I brought a titanium gravel build I was doing in a few months ago to have these guys sort out the brakes on it. They went above and beyond, particularly Dylan. The boutique frame I was building up had some odd mounts, and they took the time to call Shimano and get the right gear. I really appreciate it!

We are visiting from Utah and decided to shop around to see what kind of inventory was available in Colorado for hybrid bikes. Found ProCycling on Maps and based on reviews we decided to check them out. Glad we did. Larry was extremely friendly and helpful and while we werent really intending to buy a bike right then, we walked out with a new one and I am very pleased with it. Just got my Stumpjumper back from getting serviced (lower fork service, brake bleed, wheels trued, and drivetrain cleaned/adjusted). My bike feels brand new and buttery smooth again! So glad I bought my bike from them. Theyve been awesome since day 1. The sales personnel and mechanics are awesome to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

Best service Ive ever gotten at any shop let alone a bike shop. I thought Id need to pick it up in a day or 2 --- but NO, . . . I confirmed the quote, picked up some handle bar covers and they put the bike on the stand & went to work IMMEDIATELY checking the gear shiftings & giving it a quick and thorough tune up. Quick excellent service ! . . . they were done in less than 15 minutes ! . . . . and then they didnt even charge me except for the handle bar covers. They were done in less than 15 minutes ! My experience buying a bike here was awesome! Chris took the time to help me find the bike that was right for me. He listened to what was important to me, and then gave me options and advice. I was able to sit on a bike to understand the difference between models and was able to make an informed decision about the bike I purchased. I came in a few times to talk it over and Chris was so patient and kind to help me through the process.I would highly recommend buying from here, they really know their stuff and have excellent service. I will be purchasing from them again (although I got the perfect bike the first time around)!

I actually live 3 minutes away from another bike shop. I load up my Trek on my roof rack and drive 10 minutes to Procycling because their awesome. Please dont change anything. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Not judgmental, fair, not pushy, not selling unnecessary repairs. I did a shock rebuild and bought some carbon bars. They treated me awesome. Went above and beyond for me and its much appreciated. Thanks for everything.

We went in last weekend to buy a bike after having issues at other bike shops in the area. The staff was super helpful and got me on my new bike quickly.

The people at this bike shop are AMAZING I walked in just to look around at the bikes ended up asking a million questions. Even though they likely knew I didn’t have any intent in buying anything they still were patient informative, and helpful (keep in mind I’m 14 and just got into biking). I’ve even sent my mom to stop buy on a errand run and she always gets the exact item I need for the best price and is out of there in 2 minutes. These guys are really great and have a nice selection (especially of MTB tires) would recommend this shop for all your biking needs!

Walked in with my daughters recreational bike To get the brakes fixed. They replaced both sets of brakes and brake spring while we waited. Their product and service prices are very reasonable price. I’m very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend.

First, I want to say everyone was extremely nice at this location. The maintenance group was very attentive to my mountain bike and addressed my issues with an astute attention to detail. I’ve never had a company go as above and beyond as my experience at ProCycling.

I like the service i received from ProCycling. In the Springs. Zack, and Dillard they are true professional, very friendly. I brought a bike from the military base and took it to them. Explain what i wanted. They came through like flying colors. The military exchange should have them to assemble their bikes for its customers. Im truly satisfied...Kudos. Looking forward to a long service with them.

I deal primarily with the Cinema Point location, but have never had a single negative experience at either location. Randall, Chris, Dillon, and Zac continually go above and beyond in both sales and service (Every. Single. Time.).Their excellent customer service paired with the laid back atmosphere of the shop has continued to earn my business for years now (I have purchased multiple new bikes, had them build several more, and countless odds and ends/services).Anyone who thinks that the service or employees at ProCycling are sub-par clearly has never actually talked with these fine folks, as they will bend over backwards to make sure that we, the customers, are happy.I refer everyone I meet to them, as this is a level of quality that simply doesn’t exist anywhere else.

The bike shop is there it is hidden, but it is there. There is two store’s with the same name and the directions are not wrong for either place. Don’t get discourage. trying to find the one by the movie theater. Like I did lol. It’s a great place. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommend. Prices are good. Order time for parts was not bad less than week turnaround, depending on part.

We always take our bikes to procycling. We usually try to take care of our bikes ourselves and do a lot of research if we have to fix them, but when we do have to take them in, the guys there are great and have never tried to sell us stuff we don’t need and are really reasonable. Honest group of people and seem to enjoy what they do too. Will definitely continue to take our bikes there!

Great bike shop with friendly staff that is very helpful. Recently got back to Colorado after a decade living in the South, they hooked me up with a new bike, and after shopping at various locations / bike shops in the area I still find myself coming back here for anything else I need, be that parts or tools. They even had the dust seals I needed in stock to get me out on the trails on a weekend I assumed Id be stuck riding the indoor trainer due to a lack of planning on my part. If they dont have what you need they are happy to order it for you! Seriously, just go check them out, theyll take great care of you.

I always get excellence service here! I bought my bike at their other location, before this one was open, and received great service there as well, but Im so happy to have a trusted place for repairs and service thats a little closer to where I live.

Staff is good. Tech that looked at my bike was ok. Their cheapest bike was 400 though. Not a very big place. If youre in the market for a 3 thousand dollar bike its a good place. Not a place for regularly priced bikes or repair. Different levels of tuning prices and so on. Decent place.
