I purchased 2 NY Strip Steaks that we found had an OFF ODOR when we unpacked them at home.I also bought wild caught King Salmon that was on sale. We grilled on a plank the same day I purchased. It was the worst salmon Ive ever had. Odd, firmer-than-normal texture and lacking in flavor. Was it frozen for a long time?Im done with Whole Foods -- this location and all others too.UPDATE Re Response from Owner: I did as they asked and the response from WF was so bad that it made me even more dissatisfied. W(T)F is terrible. Ill never go to one again. Was it Amazon that wrecked this place, or were they already in steep decline when they were acquired?

Quality food no doubt. Prices on EVERYTHING are bonkers high. Nice displays for seafood, meat & produce, wow. Stop at the Bank or check your funds before you go.

Great selection of health conscience food. Service is good. Pricing is still pretty high. On a personal, nit-noid note, they need much better ventilation at the fresh seafood counter. The smell can be pretty overwhelming when you within about 20 feet of it. I cant imagine how the employees deal with it.

I really enjoy shopping at this Whole Foods. Each department always has the items I want ready in stock. The produce always looks fresh and appealing. The checkout lines go quickly and the employees are friendly. And they have an in-store coffee bar which makes really tasty drinks. Thank you!

Beautiful store. I bought cooked shrimp cocktail and Caribbean salmon with vegetables to cook. Both were fabulous!

Always a favorite place to shop. Unique and one of a kind groceries. I wish it was a little more convenient to get to.

Unfortunately the fruits and veggies are not fresh there 😕 Veggies looked sad not fresh and some fruit were moldy. I expect better for that price. Overall the store is ok but not cheap. They have some items that other stores don’t carry so I still go there for that reason.

Love the jam jelly juice selection. Always good products and you can ask questions about any product and the staff will tell you what they experienced. Awesome customer service!

Store is great. Clean and well stocked. Everyone is friendly and helpful with the exception of the staff in the meat department. Its funny tbe seafood guys are super friendly then you head over to meat and they are rude and unfriendly every time:(

This is definitely a good location however smaller than what I am use to. I lived next door to the Fair Lakes WF, which is huge and has 5 restaurants in it. The only reason for 4 star was after notifying customer service about fruit flies in produce (in bagged fruit and unbagged), nothing was done. Not what I would expect from WF.

I never go here on a mission. I like to look around and try new this so I come to this location. This seem to be getting back normal in this store. A lot of things that were removed from the shelves have been placed back, hot food section is back on the floor and the atmosphere is great. I can guarantee everytime I go in the store there is always someone who will ask me am I finding everything ok, and if I am not or I have a question to please let them know. Low and behold there is always someone there to help me out. Its a great feeling when people care/take the time to do their job!!!❤️

Love this local grocer. Prices beat our mainstream King Soooers evil CEO’s and quality also surpasses. Very rarely do I not find what it is I need. I cook a lot, and sometimes rather eccentric, but I often find everything I need here with guaranteed quality.Employees are all like friends- Tyler and Nate in produce, Seth in everything, and Heather as a mainstream manager to name a few. Five stars. No complaints.

Whole Foods was better before Amazon took over. But its still an okay place to shop. Some things are way too expensive, so I shop around.

Shopped there once.Been there more than once because a friend of mine used to shop there among other reasons. The most gratifying experience of my life was convincing him to go to Walmart like a regular human being.The place is filled with overpriced nonsense. Its a rich white people palace.Not saying that minorities dont shop their too, just saying that its obvious which demographic they cater too.It bothers me that people can be so out of touch with reality as to regularly spend money in a place like this.

Not a big selection of hot food in comparison to other locations.

Pretty good but they lose a star for not having the dirty hippie soap in stock. Also it was quite confusing to find stuff due to the fact that the store layout is completely different from the location I am used to. I eventually found my way though! Hopefully, in the future, organic food will be more readily available and not so brutally expensive. I killed $120 in only 2 bag fulls, but that was no surprise to me, this organic stuff aint cheap -- and it is of the highest quality.

Just makes you feel healthy by being in there!! Si much choice and their fresh meals were great. Being from Africa, their fruit section was sad and the cost was quite expensive for the size and quality of the fruit.

Pricy but everything is junk free and there isnt a single artificial ingredient in anything I saw there. I will definitely be back for groceries here. The selection of products was astounding and much appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

Not as bad at the mask tyranny as some others, but still insist on playing Dr rather than leaving it to the individual with their real Doctor. Selection is ok (just be discerning and dont mistake it for a health food store as many of their products are anti health) prices are higher than most.

Crowd was overwhelming. But got what I needed. Lanes were fast and efficient.

This review is specifically in the hot bar. We went at around 6 PM and most entrees and dishes were almost gone excluding the salad bar. What was left though was incredible! Their falafel, tofu, and beef-less stir-fry were the best items.By the way you would be disappointed if you did not get a vegan chocolate chip cookie! We actually warmed ours up and it was THE BEST chocolate chip cookie my wife and I ever had.Their vegan pizza was very tasty but my wife didn’t care for it as much.The cost is a little much ($8.99 per pound) but as long as you stay away from heavy cheap starches (rice, mashed potatoes, and other starches) and get the majority of protein or vegetables you’ll do well here!Everything was pretty clean and their staff was friendly when I asked if anything would be restocked.Overall, don’t come to the hot bar after 6 PM or you’ll be missing out!

Whole Foods is a place Ive shopped at extensively over the years. For high-end high-quality food you cant beat them. But of course the prices are what you would expect for high-end food. They only have two electric carts which is a little on the low side for a store that large.

This place has those hard to find items and top quality meat products. Also their salad bar/dining area is a step above other grocery stores.

Big store, amazing products, lot of choices, very clean and very organized, very friendly associates especially cheese girls.

Cant say enough about their vast selection of healthy and natural food selections. Customer service is also unmatched.

Unfortunately this is the only Whole foods left in Colorado Springs, however, very fortunately THIS is the remaining store. My wife and I live over an hour up the mountain and we happily make time to visit this Whole foods at least twice a month. The staff is respectful and helpful, while the store remains clean and well stocked. It is always a pleasure to do our business with Whole foods, especially this particular one.

Olive bar and Salad bar are back open....so thats good. Things are getting back to normal for the store.

I came in for their Macarons, which are self-serve. I watched multiple people grab the Macarons with their bare hands, without sanitizing or wearing gloves (both of which were provided and there were signs telling customers to do so). I ended up just buying a wrapped package of them instead of the ones that other customers touched. Perhaps you should provide tongs for the Macarons. Besides the obvious sanitary issues, the Macarons were delicious.

Not a regular shopper here since I can get most things I use regularly cheaper elsewhere. But... there are a few things I can only find here, so glad for that, and always love their superior customer service.

Customer service was lacking. The cashier was the most unfriendly Ive had at a grocery store. Prices are outrageous and I dont see much of a difference than just going to natural grocers. Save $$$ and just go there instead!

My very first visit. Each employee convinced me that they cared about me having a positive experience. Even the cashier had a personality. I just may have found a new place to shop. Safeway, stop by and learn REAL customer service.

I’m so sad this is the only Whole Foods in the springs but so glad we have one! (If I’m being picky I went to the new one in castle rock and would love to see this one get a facelift) but overall it’s such a great place. We have a newborn and love having a place to get his fruits and veggies! My FAVORITE part is the meat! They always have killer deals (Buffalo wings and chicken!)

First off, I gave only 4 stars due to the fact that for some reason EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I shop at this Whole Foods either a) something wasnt bagged and is missing/did not make it into the paper bag or b) I was overcharged for an item. Other than that misfortune, I enjoy the plentiful Organic produce, constant and many sale items, store cleanliness, friendly employees in each department, and unique or hard to find product availability. The grab and go food area is great as well with fresh items such as baked goods, desserts, pizza, sandwiches, chicken, salmon, pasta, cooked vegetables and more! Great shopping for Vegans and Vegetarians, look for your food product symbol V. And being a Prime member saves you more!

Update: Still only one entrance open “due to covid” Reopen the seating area. Most ghetto rigged setup I’ve ever seen in a Whole Foods for Amazon delivery.Closes for a little snow when every other grocery store is still open. Cashiers have bad attitudes like they are doing you a huge favor to bag the groceries. The Amazon shoppers have no respect for the actual customers getting in the way and racing around the store. Still have an entire entrance closed “due to Covid” when all other stores have relaxed.

Beautiful - and affordable - option for a simple, small wedding cake (please note, they will not do a tiered cake). I went in the store to talk to an associate about ordering, but it was so busy it took me about 30 minutes to talk with someone. I later called to place an order, they only need 48 hours notice for custom orders, and the person I spoke with was a bit rude, but I was happy with the results!

This review is for Whole Foods Market Corporation. While I appreciate their products, I am giving a lower rating for environmental care. When I returned a shirt I had bought and tried on, I was told that ALL products returned would be put in the landfill at this time. I could not believe it. Rather than donate, stock, or recycle them....dump in the trash? In addition, they were the last store I know besides Traders to allow reusable bags again after they chose to stop for germ risk. Lastly, their flowers are gorgeous, but housed in a non-recyclable plastic wrap. I hope they choose to make some improvements in these areas.

Vegetables and fruits are very fresh. Excellent organic, non-GMO and dairy-free selection. Staffs are very professional and helpful. Top notch products and service overall. Favourite supermarket in town for sure.

Great variety or always fresh foods with something for every diet

The BEST place I buy produce. Yes, it costs more but it is excellent quality and you are worth the extra few dollars. I actually compared the kale from Wal Mart to Whole Foods kale and the W.F. kale was bright green and the W.M. was yellow green. No, it wasnt old kale. The bakery and deli are wonderful too! The prices in the rest of the store are high, so I go to the commissary for the rest of my groceries.

Usually I never have issues... But this really burned me up... We paid for a chantilly cake which was $30, for a birthday party.. When it came for delivery it looked like someone threw it. I called whole foods they said we dont have anything to do with Amazon deliverys so youd have to call Amazon. (Gee thanks)So I called Amazon, they wanted to offer a replacement but it wouldnt be here for 3 hours. So I couldnt wait that long and they gave me a refund. I went to Costco and got a cake as I didnt have the time to drive to whole foods as its 30 minutes from me. We brought the chantilly cake with us even though it was horrible looking for the adults.When we opened it, we noticed it was slimy.When we cut it open it was OLD... the cake was crumbly and disgusting and fruits had MOLD!!!!!!

Their vegan cake is very good. We will buy more.

One of the best WF in the country. Nice people, wide aisles, great selection on par with any big city WF. Lots of variety of specialty items (craft beer, vegan food, etc) and plenty of parking. Plus awesome views of the front range every time you leave!

All the whole foods Ive been to all over the country will ring you up at the service desk if you only have a couple of items. This is the only whole foods Ive seen where they refuse to help.

Left my ID at the register. Couldve done without all the snooty comments about it. Guess the cashiers here never forget anything ever anywhere lol. If youre gunna mumble to each other about a customer at least wait until they leave the store, made it very awkward for me.

Very large selection of healthy, organic and gluten free products. Was impressed with selection of begs, meats, organic products. Price was higher than most places - especially the meat.

This Whole Foods is located in a clean safe neighborhood. The parking lot is well-lit! They have an outdoor patio where you can eat. If youre there at the right time you can get their Bakery items for an amazing price. They mark them down to go quick. Dont forget to use your Amazon Prime account to get more discounted prices. You can also buy French macarons and mochi balls in bulk here! Not to be missed!

The day they opened I was there ! I enjoy the bakery and prepared foods and their 365 brand is so adorable .You dont have to be rich lol check prices and they do have some stuff that is affordable.Every one is friendly.I shop there weekly some times many times a week.

Escorted me out of the store because they assume i was stealing. Accused ne of being a theif for no reason. Dont wear a jacket and hoodie if youre cold i guess.. security guard is lucky hes still standing.

They didnt have what I wanted, but the girls loved my finger nails and I did buy some essential oils and a large book on Soup making.

I love whole foods in general but the cashier at this one was extremely rude then didnt even put the items she bagged up on the counter so I had to go back the next day for missing items.

I honestly enjoy coming here in general. Its always a little busy and a little over priced. They also always have good GF options and dairy free options. Some of the things are worth it because Im buying specialty items but regular items cost way more so it feels everything probably is that few % more.Covid-19 note: I dont understand how one way aisles and using one door to enter and exit makes any sense. The lines to check out have been really long the last couple times Ive been there as well.

Great place to shop. Staff and patrons wearing masks with one or two exceptions. All carts are clean and appear to be wiped down. We brought our own bags so they had us bag our own groceries - much appreciated!

Shelves were being stocked, which is great. High traffic time of day in the late afternoon early evening.

Solid whole foods. They dont have the most expansive selection of absolutely everything but they tend to have a wide variety of certain things (like frozen pizza, ice cream, kombucha). They also have great little premade refrigerated meals that are easy for takeaway. Good butcher selection typically. Solid produce.

No pizza, no sushi, worst whole foods. Dont go to this location.

Very busy, but we love the Chantilly cake that we get for Christmas and birthdays. Make a special trip from out of town.

First time. I was discourage and disappointed. 3 different associates walked right past me and asked the person behind me if they needed help. I didnt find what I was looking for and left. Will not go back.
