Used them to pick up an auction piece and deliver and unload to my house in Pueblo Colorado. The customer rep was extremely kind when I called to inquire and then schedule a pick up. She went line by line the estimated cost, so there were no additional surprises. On the day of pick up the initial driver called in the morning requesting a later time; however, being an auction item I was given a time slot and the times could not be adjusted. The manager called me to assure me that I would have two men and one truck at the location and they were there! These two gentlemen were so helpful, efficient, and very kind. They delivered my piece and placed it in my home and the whole process was smooth and painless. I really am so happy I decided to use the professionals to pick up and deliver my furniture, and I am beyond thankful I chose Two Men and a Truck, because from start to finish the experience was smooth and the one issue that popped up was quickly rectified. I was thrilled with the service I received from the moving team I worked with last week, Miller and Chady. Had one previous experience with this company that was so-so, but these two guys showed up to help me move some exercise equipment and did such an amazing job that it changed my entire impression of the company.They were very personable right off the bat. I was concerned about the weight of the elliptical I was asking them to move, but they reassured me and made me feel like I was not inconveniencing them at all. They had a great attitude about the job and also thanked me for my flexibility on timing, which I really appreciated.Regarding the move itself, these two were a great team and very deliberately planned how they were going to do everything before starting the work. We hired Two Men and a Truck to move the three heavy pieces of furniture that we just didnt want to move again ourselves (Piano, recliner couch...). When they arrived they seemed disoriented, but nice enough. They were very professional in regard to wrapping the furniture and moving it. However, one of the men gave me a little lecture about having to move our sled out of the road after it was blown there by the wind. He also seemed the least capable when it came to lifting the furniture, Im not sure if it was lack of experience or capability.My only issue with the actual move was that they broke some tile in our new home. Luckily we inherited spare tiles with the purchase of the house. They handled that situation professionally, filling out a damage report and we received a call two days later to inquire about repairs.When it was time to pay the movers though, our card information was taken and we were asked for a tip. Im not sure how to feel about that. We had already planned to tip so being asked was a little off putting. On the other hand Im not sure if were the minority when it comes to tipping, perhaps most people dont think of tipping.All said, we were satisfied with the experience.

Awesome experience. Ive always done everything myself when I moved in the past. It was nice to have help this time because I cant do stuff like I used to because of health reasons. The guys were great. They moved fast but not so fast as as to damage my things, and the pricing was the best I could find. Highly recommend.

Really disappointed in the level of service with two men and a truck. We hired them to move us out of pods and into our new house a couple weeks ago. One of the movers was great the other was far from it. Instead of waiting for his partner to help him move some larger items he chose to pull boxes from the bottom of the stack causing part of our couch to fall from the top of the pile onto our computer desk causing both items to break. Here we are two weeks later still getting the run around, we were told we would get a call in a couple days which we did stating someone would be out in a few days to take a look at our items, after several days we check to see why we haven’t had anyone show up they tell us the guy is on vacation and will be over first thing Monday well here we are and still nothing. Whenever the repair guy does make it out we know one item can not be repaired and needs to be replaced so I can only imagine what type of headache we will deal with once it comes to that.

This company is incredible! From the first phone call, I was spoken to with respect. The office staff was friendly and helped with all my questions and concerns. They called prior to the move to ensure all my questions were answered. They called afterwards to ensure my move went well. Michael, Richard, and Kyle were amazing! They were prompt, very polite, hard working, professional, and easy going. We loved that they asked questions about the placement of boxes, in our new home, and they were careful loading and unloading our items on/off the moving truck. They packed our belongings in the truck in such a perfect Tetris manner that we did not have broken or damaged items at our destination. There was such a great synergy and positive demeanor with our moving team that we felt very comfortable with them and all through the 1.5 days we worked together. Had a very positive experience with Two Men and a Truck. The movers were very prompt with their arrival and very efficient with getting the truck packed. (I was quoted an 8 - 9 hour move; it actually took less than three hours.) We used their moving service to take a very large donation to a local thrift store/community organization, and they helped unload once we arrived at the thrift store. The team was great, friendly, and was very thorough in making sure they got everything and finished the job correctly. Will definitely use them again!

The crew that was assigned to my afternoon move got stuck on a morning job that went long unexpectedly. Kudos to the office team for finding another crew who thought they had the rest of the day off. I hired Two Men and a Truck for my apartment move because a friend had used them several times and had a good experience every time. It was my first time hiring movers and I was a bit apprehensive because of the horror stories weve all heard about movers, but these guys were great. They showed up early, took great care of my stuff, and were super friendly. They moved everything out of my third-floor apartment (so many stairs) in 1.5 hours with nothing damaged. UPDATE:About a week after settling in and unpacking I realized my craftsman tablesaw was missing. It was in the original red craftsman box. I called two men and a truck and was told they would investigate. It was a bit odd to me that the movers went to get lunch with all my stuff and didn’t arrive at the house for over an hour after they left my apartment. Two weeks go by and no return calls. After I call them another two times, Jason the claims manager, who handles these cases calls me back and says there is nothing they can do, and then victim blames me. He says “well how do we know you even had the saw in the first place, or how do we know you didn’t sell it.” I was robbed and you are blaming me! I pulled up video footage of inside my house that shows the movers taking the tablesaw from the apartment. So clearly it was there. He basically dismissed me and said file a police report. I did 3 weeks ago and still nothing.ORIGINAL:The movers showed up promptly at 8:30 AM when they were scheduled. They very quickly loaded up my apartment into the truck and wrapped everything carefully. I felt bad that the house we were moving into was a three level home that we just built. And as it turned out, the air conditioner didn’t work in the middle of summer. While we were all sweating they were troopers and got everything into the house and into position. They were very professional and very careful with my stuff.

My husband and I needed help moving the boxes we had already packed and our large furniture. The gentlemen who helped us move did an exceptional job! We were lucky to work with both G. and T. Wilson and Daniels on this move. They were very courteous of our things and worked diligently. I would absolutely recommend this company and their workers. I dont have a bad thing to say about our experience. 10/10 in every aspect!

Business quoted and scheduled for 3 movers but only arrived with 2 movers and so the paperwork was incorrect. At the end the mover said he got me a discount because there were only 2 men... It wasnt a discount but a correction.... The movers let me know they would be late, which was courteous. They were slow and wasted time wrapping things that did not need wrapped. (If I had done this on my own, we would have taken about 2.5 hours, these guys took 4.) My boxes were clearly labeled with what room things were to go but they didnt always put them where they were labeled for. I wonder if charging by the hour instead of by a move, they encourage movers to be slow, wrap things that dont need wrapped, or put things in the wrong place so they need to be moved again. Its also weird to have to pay for the time they drive from the shop and back. During a move they dropped a box and it was quite loud but they never disclosed which box was dropped and let me check for damage.

While our move was a relatively simple one (moved our office from one suite to another within the same building), theres still room for plenty of stuff to go wrong. Move into Colorado Springs from sea level and needed some help unloading the truck into a second floor apartment. I was worried that we wouldnt get everything moved in two hours but Slack and Golden busted tail and get everything moved in in just over an hour. Super professional and very hard working. This is the second local move Ive completed with this company. The movers were hard working, efficient, considerate, and professional. I feel like I got a good value for my money. The only issue I had was trying to return the confirmation call to the Pueblo office as their phone was not working that day, but I was able to call the Colorado Springs office without issue. I hired 2 Men and a Truck to unload a PODS container for me. It was actually 3 Men and a Truck because I had an upright piano in the PODS container. They were incredibly efficient and professional. The original crew assigned to my job had an earlier job that took quite a bit longer than they thought, and the office called to apologize and give me a new ETA. A few minutes before the original scheduled time I got another call saying that another crew had finished early and were about to head to my place - so help arrived on time after all! I could not be more pleased with their work - both the office staff AND the men who moved my belonging into the house for me.

This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck. The first was to move our business office locally in Colorado Springs. This time was a residential move from Castle Rock to Colorado Springs. They were friendly, cheerful and took time to explain what and why they were looking loading first and last. Once everything was unloaded at the new place, they made sure items were in the correct rooms and nothing damaged. They also made sure to review the contract and fees with me before final payment. I will use this company again.

They made quick work of packing everything for my and showed great care with my belongings. They listened to all of my instructions perfectly. Once we got to my new house they made sure to get everything where it belonged and even offered to help me set up my furniture how I wanted it. These guys were great! Its pricey but its worth it!

Wow!! Such an amazing experience. First, the movers arrived exactly on time and did a walk through with me. I lived in a second floor apartment and they brought the necessary equipment. They carefully wrapped my sectional, carefully loaded the boxes and were hustling every step of the way.I had a local move and was moving to the other end of the city. When they arrived at my new apartment, they laid down cover as to not soil the new carpet. They asked where I wanted my items and boom...they were done. My items were treated respectfully and their professionalism was something you seldom see in today’s world. Paying was a snap and they had the move done in under 3 hours. I will definitely use them again and I hope you all do too. My movers last names were Heard and Mccullar.

Gideon and Timothy (I think that was the second guys name!) were great. They arrived 5-10 minutes earlier than their scheduled time which made our move all the more efficient, they were thoughtful with our items and asked questions about specific pieces to ensure they arrived safely. This was my first ever using a moving company and it was the best experience i could have asked for. From the first phone contact to the actual move, everyone was helpful, professional and friendly. Laura was so patient with me setting up the move and then making changes, she never sounded annoyed or bothered when I asked tons of questions. You could tell she always had a smile on her face when she talked with me. The day of the move, they were running behind but called that morning to let us know. When the movers arrived, they apologized again for running behind and got right to work. Houston and Gamboa were friendly and very efficient. I was able to tell them what order I wanted it loaded and they were like no problem.They took great care with our furniture and inspected it with us for any damage after unloaded from the truck. Drove up to Colorado Springs in a U-haul from Tucson, AZ. They moved all my stuff from the U-haul to my 3rd floor apartment in less than 2 hours. Fast and friendly is how I like to do business and these guys were top-notch! Highly recommend and will use again when I move.

Showed up on-time. Didnt seem very experienced. Damaged a dresser, corner of a wall, and a step on my stairs. I told someone at the office. They said their repair guy would contact me about fixing the damage. That was over a week ago.

My husband and I just moved here. We encountered a lot of last minute cancelations by uhaul. So we were in a bit of a pinch. Two Men and a Truck were so quick to help us out. Mr. Hearne and Mr. Daniels are the ones who moved our things. They were awesome! So helpful, professional, and kind. I absolutely recommend them! Thank you Two Men and a Truck!

It took 2 of these clowns 5 hours to move PREPACKED boxes into their truck which only had a top speed of 25 MPH. They charged me a whopping $1365 for an 8 hour job which shouldve only been 4 hours. When I moved into that apartment it only took 3 hours from old apartment to new apartment. These guys are scam artists with really slow workers. I pushed things outside for them and they still moved 1 box per hour. Claimed it was because it was 3 flights. Yeah whatever. I had to start packing stuff into my own pickup truck. I got 6 boxes down in 5 minutes. It took them a whole hour to just move one. Dont waste your time. You get scammed.

The two young men worked hard. They carried our many boxes from storage to truck, to our lower level. They did not complain, they worked continuously and were very polite. We would definitely recommend them.

Two Men and a Truck are a great local option to choose when moving! I was sent a crew who were not only on time, but early and ready to go. The team was equipped with all the proper supplies needed to wrap my valuable furniture and took care to take steps like wrap the door frames before passing large furniture items through that could have chipped or gouged the doorframe otherwise. They were fast and worked well as a team and very efficient. Both the office team in coordinating the move ahead of time and the guys who showed up on moving day to move all my stuff were all very professional. I was quoted a move of 4-6 hours for the amount of items I had to move, and they got the move done entirely in three hours. It was definitely a good moving experience!

This is our second move with Two Men and a Truck. We have been very pleased with their service both times. They arrive on time and get the work accomplished in an expedient fashion. Both times the moving crew beat the estimate and saved us money. They also handled our furniture carefully. The workers no what they are doing, work hard, and show respect. I highly recommend this company for your move.

I used Two Men and a Truck to move a couple of miles, and they had the more reasonable estimate out of the two companies that I checked with. Keys, Moore, and Matthews were able to get it done a bit faster than expected, and saved me a little bit of money. All-in-all, they saved me a lot of stress and back pain.

They did a wonderful job. If I have to move again I will definitely use there services again. I would have given them all 5 stars but they were late. Other than that they were awesome.....

I have used them twice. First time was exceptional, 2nd time was a total disappointment! Very inexperienced crew, no clear leader. They ended up sending out other people along with a manager. All depends on what crew you get. House and furniture were damaged.

We chose Two Men and a Truck for our move. I was impressed by the ease of getting the estimate online and then, when I called to set our appointment for the move and get a finalized estimate, the representative I spoke with was efficient and friendly. Our moving crew (Richard, Carsell, and Gibbs) were also friendly and efficient and took care with our boxes and furniture. I was also impressed by getting a call from the office checking on how the move was going about halfway through. Overall it was an excellent experience working with this company.

I only wanted the items I couldnt lift alone moved to my house. The team showed up on time. A quick run through of what was to move and and they knocked it out quickly. They also wrapped everything that needed extra protection. Getting things into the house and upstairs was a bit tricky, but they managed it without any damage. I appreciated them protecting my newly refinished hardwood, too. Outstanding work!

Our crew was terrific. We added an extra man for a 3 man crew and that worked really well to make sure we did it in one afternoon. They were diligent, and careful as well as strong and fast. Office staff was great too with estimating and call backs. Great experience all around.

**********************DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*************************I am a United States Air Force Combat Veteran (disabled) call this company because they had great reviews. I was sadly mistaken. I needed to move my family and I over the holidays to our new house. They showed up and I heard one of the movers discussing to the other movers he needed this job to be done by 3:30 pm due his daughter’s birthday party and he wanted to take his girlfriend skiing in Loveland. They were in a rush, broke one of my doors which was sitting in the garage denied it stating the wind blew over a door which was sitting in the garage. There was no wind that day. They kept asking me what need to be moved. I stated the whole house has to go and be moved to the new location. One employee I had to run off my property because he was complaining that he had to meet his girlfriend in Loveland to ski. And did not want to work. He actually tried to get another crew from up North who was already on a job so he did not have to be here. I was paying them $165.00 per hour. At the new location they did not put any padding on the stair rails which heavy furniture had to go. They broke my stair rails (which they did not tell me and I found at a later time). They also broke my $7000.00 shop machine which they said nothing found at a later time as well. They scratched my brand new hardwood floors for the new house I paid $375k for. They put items in the wrong location after being told numerous times. They did not want to be there on a Saturday and rushed and destroyed a lot of my property. They had the audacity to send me a bill for $2158.00. I am not paying a dime and taking them to small claims court. I documented all the damage and getting estimates for the damage to my new/old home. Please save yourself the trouble and find a different company that is worthwhile. If I could give them 0 stars I would and that would be too generous. This is the second time I have posted this because they deleted the first review.

We had the first move of necessary items to our new home while our old home went up for sale. We had a couple of very heavy items that Two Men and a Truck took great care in moving for us. The whole experience was great. They were on time, courteous, reasonably priced and took great care with our furniture.We will definitely use them again for our final move!

The price was fair. We had 3 guys for the day. They showed up on time. NEVER stood around. Always found something to do. Even jogged most of the time when empty handed. Were polite, asked us kindly when they had questions. No personal items were broken. Very aware of their surroundings (not damaging either home).Explained the fee structure clearly.Respected our personal COVID requirements (wearing masks in the small space)... Know that wasnt easy with all the lifting. We were able to give them some breathing room in the bigger new place. I wish I could Guarantee getting the same crew IF I ever move again.Home office answered all our pre-move questions. And, we had to call a few times as new questions arose.Great job!

We used Two Men and a Truck to move boxes and some furniture from our multi room home into our nearby storage facility. The guys arrived early and were ready to roll (with a great music playlist) - we actually wound up asking them if theyd be ok with helping us toss some stuff into our rented roll off dumpster, and they happily did so. Both guys were a pleasure to talk to, professional, courteous, and very fast. By the end of the job, we wound up right in between the low and high estimate given to us from Laurie in the office. Everyone we spoke to, whether in the phone or the guys in person on the day of, were all amazing. Thanks for a painless move!

My mom moved out of her retirement cottage into a retirement apartment. We packed her belongings. On the moving day 2 guys showed up packed all her belongings and furniture. Drove 20 minutes to the new place and unpacked everything in just under 5 hours. The 2 guys were so polite and professional. They checked with mom as to which room every box went in and placed all her furniture exactly where she wanted it. BEST MOVE EVER!!!!
