By far the best place to actually get movies. It seems year after year the regular big box stores shrink their movie sections but here those sections only get larger. I only hope to see more special versions of movies like steelbooks or an expanded 4K section as time goes on.

This place is always fantastic. My girlfriend and I go probably once every 2 weeks to each pick a DVD to watch and always find great movies for a great price. I recently introduced my 9 year old to the pokemon section and now he is in love. We also love the employees that work there. They are ways helpful and kind. Thank you guys!

Huge selection of books, movies, toys, collectibles, posters, games, magazines and anything you could need.. Staff is helpful. They buy giftcards as well. Check thw sign by the register. They sell Cheap drinks like soda abd water for $1. Only downside is the bathrooms are in need of renovations.

Lots of pop figures, movies, games, books, and more.Been here multiple times, the cleanliness isnt always great and selection can be a bit redundant with 20+ of the exact same thing in a row, but theres usually treasures to be found here.Good for gamers, anime enthusiasts, and anyone looking for some older music on cassettes or CDs.

Inventory the new and used everything having to do with media music video games coloring books posters etc etc but the staff is always the best with customer service. I cant really give an example but they do have somewhat weird or random policies around selling things to them or buying things from people.

Fun store to check out with a lot of nostalgic stuff - board, card, and video games, movies, toys, music, books, and novelty goodies.If you got stuff to sell in those categories, EntertainMART isnt a bad place to sell them at. Just check with them/give them a call to see what condition or what items they accept before bringing all your sellable goods over.

Husband loves this filthy unsanitized place lol. I just wanna clean this place up & down front to back. Games & books are great but not so clean & Everytime we visit I just wish I had every cleaning supply to wash this entire building. Im free to clean when youre ready. Seriously though. Not gonna even mention the bathroom.

This place is amazing! They have tons of DVD blu-ray, books, games. If you can think of a movie, they most likely have it. I was blown away by their selection.

Great shopping experience. They did not have sone items but its because there is a shortage of products and cant order at this time.

Update - Their return process is fast and easy. We were able to exchange the broken balance board for another in under 2 minutes total. And despite the horribly corroded batteries in the new board, it WORKS! So Ive restored 2 stars to my original rating. But I cant take it to 5 stars because I did have to drive 2 hours total to return something that I feel should have been tested before being put on the shelf.Original review:I understand there is always a risk buying used goods. But my daughter was so excited about getting a Wii balance board - we drove an hour home just to find out it doesnt even work. So now I have to find time to drive all the way back to exchange for another untested board that may well not work.I would think Entertainmart would test their items before selling them for rather high prices. Quite disappointed - but not surprised. This isnt the first time Ive felt ripped off by them. But it will be the last time.

Went in hoping to help dig myself out of the doghouse with my girl friend by buying her a PlayStation. Never have a related more to the young ladies that go to see a mechanic and have no idea what to ask or buy. Was hoping for a knowledgeable employee to help guide me... ask and you shall receive. Jordan came over and no only was able to guide me to what I needed between a PS3-4-5 situation, but also explained why. Was honest and helped me get the best bang for the buck console that fit what we are after, and I am now out of the dog house once more. Much appreciated Jordan, and also thank you entertainmart for being a rad spot 🤙🏼

It satisfies everyone in the family no matter what it is they are looking for or wanting. Their prices are reasonable as well. Decent enough place. New and used Blu-Ray discs, DVDs, CDs, books, Playstation games (multiple systems), comics (new & back issues), funko pops & toys, etc. Holidays sales usually have longer lines than normal days.

I feel like everyone has been here and no one comes here for the looks. They have probably one of the largest selections of DVDs & CDs I have ever seen. They also sell games, vinyl, comics, toys, candy, books, and posters. Oh the bathrooms aren’t ever in good condition.

Entertainmart is a great place to sell games or consoles. Im very pleased at the selection they have that you can purchase too! They sell all sorts of items anywhere from games/consoles to DVDs/music(CDs or records) to knives and/or cosplay materials/popular themed clothing... I would highly recommend!

I am only reviewing their electronics sales.I attempted to purchase an xbox 1 from them. None of the staff is aware of gaming consoles, 4 people had no idea that there is a next generation of gaming systems (series s and series x xboxs and ps5). They tried to sell me a 6 year old used xbox 1 for the same cost as a series s next generation console.

This place is filthy and smells like dust, food, and BO. There are signs around the store ordering the staff to obey certain rules. Must be awful management.

One of the BEST places to shop for ANYTHING you can think of Media related. I needed a DSi charger and was like man amazon gonna charge me $14.99 for are CHARGER, where else can I get a charger TODAY....ENTERTAINMART The selection of retro games isnt great, especially since you got guys buying a lot of games on eBay that come with like 20 copies of NHL 2006 for the GameCube and where do they go to trade them in? Entertainmart. They end up sitting on the shelf for like 8+ months because nobody wants them. Same goes for N64. They have a L A R G E selection of very dated sports games, but every once in a while they get a gem like Zelda Ocarina of Time. They got some good GBA games sometimes. It really just depends on what your looking for. Definitely got some good Wii games, Xbox games, PS4 games, and with new consoles coming out their selection only gets bigger. Not to mention GameStop dropped every console Pre 2013 so PS3 Xbox 360 PS Vita etc so why not support a local spot as good as EntertainMart? Prices are usually always quite fair, if youre buying used you get just what it is USED itll work lol, these guys are amazing tbh

I would describe this store as like a combination of a used FYE, GameStop, and bookstore. EntertainMART offers a lot of Pop culture merchandise, toys, movies, music, games and books. They sell older forms of physical copies of media such as DVDs, VHS, cassettes, records, and older console games. The staff is very helpful and friendly in directing you to where you need. The store will also buy used merchandise from customers, which is great for those looking to slim their collection.

This store is pretty bad I spent almost 400 dollars at this store and what do they do they rip me off with scratched videogames they probably use the resealing to make sure you buy it without looking at the condition Ive had about 4 or 5 videogames that didnt work I hope this store goes out of business this is a horrible store.

First time here and I cant believe I havent been here before! Super fun place to shop around if youre into nerdy stuff. They have all sorts of fun items like comic books and action figures. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I definitely recommend it for all my fellow needs out there!

Fun place to go and see

Big lot there staff not very confident in helping.

The pictures on the menu make the foo s look bigger. Just order a milkshake with your food and your set. The food is good diner food. Prices are very affordable. I like to do date with my wife there along with catching up with friends. The location is awesome because there is a lot to do near by after your meal.

The staff here is EXTREMELY rude!! They don’t care about you the customer plus all of their toys are priced way higher that normal retail stores prices! A regular marvel legends figure at Walmart cost 19.99 but here they jack up the prices to 24.99! Not great deals and really rude staff! I will not be coming back to this store again and I urge all of Colorado Springs to let them go out of business due to terrible customer service! Unacceptable!

The difference between in store credit and cash in hand for things you are selling is rather staggering, I think they should balance it out more, but other than that awesome, their collection is amazing as well.

They have soooo many movies and blu-ray and box sets that its crazy! There are a lot of books and video games and posters and comic book and anime stuff if you like that kind of thing. Can rent and buy and sell and trade items there also. Its a really big store almost overwhelming but in a good way. It is very organized and the staff is helpful and polite.

Loved all the BTS things they had, please bring more! And great customer service

The guy that helped up really knew his stuff. Most everyone of the workers we saw seemed very confident and it showed. Also friendly which is somewhat difficult at this time. Everyone had a mask on too so that also showed they care. Hey entertainment will buy the gift cards you dont want or will never use.

They pay very little no matter what you bring in, but they still buy DVDs so thats something.

This place is huge!! They have decent prices and you can definitely find a great by here if you look really hard.

Been going to this place for years. Amazing selection of everything. Be careful you definitely can walk out with more then what you originally went in for. There is just so much and it all makes you feel like a kid again walking down memory lane. Remember this is a place that you wanna make sure you have plenty of time to spare so you can check out everything. Of course being as safe as you can during this COVID-19 pandemic. And cant forget to mention customer service here is always 10/10 definitely would recommend other places of business take notes from these peeps and their customer service skills!!!

Reminds me of a well kept indoor flea market!

If I could I would give them zero stars. I bought 6 packs of pokemon bulk pack of cards, not their $10 ones the $20 ones. 3 of the packs were trainers. When I called to complain they were extremely nasty and told me that was the $7.99 pack.

This is it chief. Fandom central. So many good memories here, and so many more to make. Collectibles galore, hidden gems everywhere, cheap used electronics and media in every cranny...its literal heaven for nerds. Theyve added books, just to top it off. Its not the prettiest place, but you will not want to leave once you go in. Quickly becoming a money pit for me.

The movies we got are very good and priced extremely well. however, due to governor Polis unconstitutional order to wear masks, an otherwise nice employee thought erroneously that he had to ark at US and order masks too! it wasnt his fault and i highly recommend this well run establishment! we the People will overcome this crisis :)
