They were great to work with! They cant get on fort Carson but thats not there fault. We met at the visitor center for my 1 week old sons oxygen and they were kind and on time.
What a scam!!! My doctor ordered a medical supply machine for me to use. They were going to run it through my insurance each month and also charge for my supplies. Which my insurance should have picked up their 80% but its not how they work. I would have spent double the amount if I stayed on their monthly payment pan for the machine and supplies. I found other medical supply stores online that cost much less. And my insurance was billed for their portion. be smart with your money dont throw it away with these guys.
For starters my daughter was 3 days old when she came home on oxygen. When we got home lincare called us and said they weren’t letting people on post (fort Carson) which isn’t true, I was exhausted but my husband had to leave me alone with my newborn and toddler to go meet the driver so my newborn daughter could get her oxygen tanks. Fast forward 2 weeks later when we are set to do our overnight test to come off the oxygen we do the test and were told someone would be out the next morning to pick up the equipment so the results can be sent to her doctor. The next day; 4:30pm rolls around and still no one has come to pick up the equipment. I call and the person says we are on the list and the driver must be late. No big deal. Well no one ended up coming. Here comes Monday. I call around 2:30pm cause no one ever came and has still not come out and the person again says the driver is on lunch break and would be out as soon as he’s done. It’s now 5:15 when I’m typing this review and still no one has showed. I’m not impressed at all by their punctuality or professionalism. If she has to go back in oxygen in the future I will be going with a different company that can actually show when they say they will.
Would give 0 stars if possible. My Dr ordered a bipap machine from them for me mid Dec 2020. 2 months later...still dont have the machine. No explanation given and they dont seem to be interested in communicating with customers because they will not return any phone calls. Hopefully theyll go out of business soon. And they way they do business, Im sure they will eventually.
They care about no one they stole my new machine replaced it with a old one that broke down a month later and charged me over 800 dollars which they didnt inform me just took the money from my account without my permission and then informed me that I will be charged another grand for the new machine that they stole from me
You make an appointment, For 2 or 3 days out and and you get a confirmation called confirmation call the day before your appointment You say yes I will be there you show up for the appointment and there is no one there to take care of you Its not very professional
My experience with this Lincare was excellent. I am from CA and visiting my son here in the C SPG area. I needed a new cushion (my son’s puppy got a hold of it) and Ed at Lincare was very helpful in helping me replace my cushion. Thank you!
We are a medical facility and lincare failed to make good on their contract. We have called 4 times in the last week to have tanks exchanged and the tanks still sit empty.
Customer service department is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The lady hung up on us when we confronted charges that they were making without our authorization. They don’t give you all the details of what you’re going to be paying before you get equipment. Was told we were only going to be paying $21 and they have been TAKING $65 out of our bank for the last 3 months without our authorization. We spoke with billing every month and they say they are going to look into it but never did.
This company is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Their customer service is down right awful. They dont seem to care about their patients at all. They let authorizations expire and dont send out supplies like they are supposed to. When you call they just give you the run around and get you off the phone anyway possible and NEVER call you back. I cant take care of myself properly because this company cant be bothered to do their job. I told them I moved 2 years ago and gave them my address atleast 15 times since. They still dont have my correct address. They came out to service my oxygen concentrator and went to my old address and serviced a machine that wasnt mine or even one of theirs!! They are clueless!!If I could give them 0 stars I would.
This company is a joke! I was forced to use lincare when my daughter was hospitalized and required at home oxygen. On that particular day we didn’t have insurance. So I paid the out of pocket fee $125 for the month. By the next month I called letting them know we got insurance and they assured me they’d bill them. Than automatically withdrew the money from my account two days later and backtracked that they actually don’t take our insurance. I called my doctor and had her switch us to another company who took our insurance. When they picked up their equipment the guy couldn’t give me a receipt. He said it’d be sent through the mail. It never came. Fast forward three weeks later they automatically billed my card for the $125 monthly fee. They are telling me now they don’t see the transaction in their records and can’t help me. This company is so hard to work with! They just keep giving me different numbers to call or Tell me they’ll look into it and call me back! Find another company!!!
My wife and I have been very pleased with Lincare Colorado Springs for more than two years. We have had nothing but GOOD experiences both with people in the office and with the home service, setup and delivery people. They have answered our questions, provided the supplies we needed in a timely fashion, and been helpful in many ways. We have recommended them to many of our friends, some of whom have not been happy with their suppliers, and have changed over to Lincare. Our experience is that Lincare here goes the extra mile for us. THANK YOU!
I am very disappointed in Lincare, had them back in 2015, management and staff must of changed. VERY POOR on Customer Service, and not holding up to promise on deliver or equipment. Will not recommend them to anyone. I know a lot of people in Colorado Springs, and Doctor offices. They dont like to take responsiblity for there action just give the blame to someone else.
If I could give no stars I would. Most unorganized and terriblecommunication between this DME Company with their patients and physicians during this terrible time for those needing oxygen. Not a reliable oxygen company. Please if can avoid go somewhere else and Medicare to do the same. Can see why so many negative reviews.
Ive had mix results with Lincare over the years, but anytime Ive received service from two employees, Ed in the office and Les for delivery, I have had excellent service. Ed was able to replace my portal oxygen concentrator (it was wearing out after a couple of yrs of use) without inconveniencing me and Les has been very thoughtful about accommodating deliveries with my work schedule. I appreciate both Les and Eds attention to customer service and also being knowledgeable about the medical equipment they support.
Ive been trying for two weeks to get a night time pulse ox but no one ever returns my calls so I then have to call back and each time am told that someone will have to contact me about this. UNBELIEVABLY bad customer service but apparently they dont seem to care.
I have worked in hospice and now have a almost 2 year old who is very medically complex Up until 2 weeks ago, oxygen was not delivered on time even though we were added to a route. Also, any time anyone has called me or I have called them for a service the representative has been very snarky over the phone. I wish they would do it to me when I was there in person because I would put them in their place. If you are in the medical field you should be a little more caring and very careful on how you speak with the clients. I can not wait for Option1 to become a oxygen supplies distributor.
I have experienced so many logistical problems with this company that I would never recommend it to anyone. I interact with many medical providers and equipment companies because of my sons medical conditions, and this is by far the worst Ive encountered. Today was the final straw, where they wont even allow me to return equipment without a discontinuation order from a physician. I called one of their specialist customer care folks to try to get a receipt that Ive requested multiple times, been assured it will be sent, and it never is. My HSA flex was suspended because they wont provide me a receipt. I know oxygen companies are notoriously bad, but this is absolutely ridiculous.
My portable machine (not tanks) quit working so I called Lyncare and they picked it up for repair. That was in August. Now its almost December and Ive called many times. Given a name and I have left numerous messages and no one has called me back. Ive directed toSusan and she has yet to call me. I want it repaired and returned.
I’m traveling and away from my Lincare provider.I called Lincare in Colorado Springs at Adobe Ct.They set up an apptment. They were prompt, pleasant and very helpful. They took extra time showing me and explaining my cpap machine.I highly recommend this Lincare.Thank you Zach!
Lincare has moved. They did not notify anyone, and that includes their own delivery drivers and patients who have scheduled appointments. The discourtesy displayed in their unprofessional attitude towards their customers is evident in the fact that they CALLED these customers to verify appointments and made no mention of the new location, which is on the opposite end of town from the old location. This means that the customer/patient has to double their time driving, and waste precious gas on a fixed income to make it to an appiontment that, as it usually involves oxygen-related issues or a breathing apparatus, is important to their survival. People do not deserve to be treated this way, with such blatant disregard for their wellbeing, and it is sickening to know that such business still retains revenue.
They lie about orders received and when and theres zero communication. Another medical company that gives two s$$&++, about their customers. Surprise.
Terrible customer service. From top office staff to delivery driver. My delivery driver decides for himself what I need. Only once since he became the driver for Teller County has he called to ask what I need. Usually, he brings what he thinks I need. Ive tried calling the front office to have them tell my driver what I need but its pointless. The office staff and drivers do not communicate at all. Every driver Ive ever had complains about it. The driver I have now, Richard, told my husband and I that he was banned from delivering in Colorado Springs anymore because the customers were complaining that hes an a**hole so Lincare just sent him to customers in Teller County. The 1st week, he backed into one of the trees in my driveway and damaged the tree and the truck but I didnt say anything. I said nothing until he brought me 8 small portables to last me for 2 weeks. I told him that wasnt enough, I need 18. He said, you have all those big tanks, use those. I cant carry those around!!! When I called to complain for the 1st time about the service Ive received, I was told that hes the only driver so I just have to suck it up and deal with it. The list of aggregious customer service is long but the final straw was today. Amber at the front desk and Ed the manager are extremely rude and have no business working with people. Ed was talking down to me, treating me like a stupid child.Lincare seems to think that just because customers are stuck with them for 5 years under Medicare rules, that they can treat people any kind of way. Thank God my 5 year sentence is up and I can get another oxygen company!Bottom line: Lincare doesnt care about its customers.
Worst company ever never made a scheduled delivery sent some old guy and basically told us he was not going to carry any oxygen bottles to wait for delivery which has not happened yet.called company put on hold receptionist said she could not get hold of driver if you need something come to store and get oxygen bottles yourself again worst company ever unless you want your spouse to die because of lack of oxygen then there great.
Incompetent company with incompetent employees, took two months to get cpap going, ended up going with Aerocare, and they got cpap to my daughter within two weeks.
Scheduled an appointment to pick up an oxygen concentrator and no one was available to help me at my scheduled time. Finally got help 45 minutes later. Started going over the paperwork and did not like what they wanted from me so we cancelled the deal. The salesman was very rude about the whole situation.Meanwhile, I had already given them my credit card. They told me it had been deleted. When I got home I saw that they had charged me so I called Ed and he said it had been deleted. I asked him if that meant it had been reversed and he assured me it had. Amazingly enough, the charge went thru on my card this morning and now Im having to dispute it and waste more of my time with this awful company.Advice - find another more reputable oxygen supply company. DONT USE THIS ONE!!!
I was with these people back when they were Adult and Pediatric Services and they were fantastic, but since Lincare bought them out service has been horrible! My child has to do home oxygen studies often and I have to have the doctor fax the request multiple, multiple times before I hear anything. The last test order I never got, it has been months of back and forth with nothing to show for it! Im almost at the point of going back to Apria over this!
Was told they would show up in the afternoon so instead driver shows up early morning Im in bed and hes beating or kicking on my door.. I Do have a door bell and the driver is rude . Funny they had a driver that was good but they got rid of him.
After working there for 3 months of my life that I will never get back, I find it my duty to tell people to find a different provider. It’s not the employees fault, it’s the corporate management. The employees have no mid level management support. The Colorado Springs Center Maniger Stephani is a corporate “Yes Man”, she is extremely disrespectful to her employees talks down to them during morning meetings, forces them to teach classes over things that are completely irrelevant to the job they do because she fears her Corporate leadership will question them and it will reflect poorly upon her if they answer wrong. She threatens her employees employment all the time, the turnover rate among the drivers is horrible. Les one of the drivers says that, that particular center went through 5 Center Manigers since he’s been there. She continually sets her drivers up for failure, puts them at odds with the patients, it’s not odd for them to work 14 hour days. They work sick, they work hurt and if they speak up about it or speak up for someone they are often alienated by the employees that are close to Stephani, until they are ultimately terminated. Numerous employees have turned in their 2 weeks notice only to get terminated on the spot. They want the drivers out of the office by 9 every morning, but only have one computer for 7 drivers to check their patient notes, or plan their route prior to loading their tanks, inspecting their trucks and leaving. They want the drivers to be back by 5pm and if they aren’t they better have a good reason for the overtime or they will use that against them. When the drivers are on call the on call dispatcher is purely reliant on the information the hospital or patient give them, they have no way of verifying it, which leads to an unnecessary trip from their home to the office to verify the patient info or the call could wind up in a wasted trip for a patient that might not even be a Lincare patient or even be a the wrong patient all together. Don’t get me wrong most of the people I worked with at Lincare were real pleasant to work with, most of which have quit, or let go, Chad, Jessica, Drew, Steve, Les, Aaron, Anthony, Ed, and Sean, a few are still there but most are gone now are all great people just work at a crappy company. Lincare is the way it is because of it’s Corporate Leadership from Brett Seiger on down. It’s not worth the $15.00 an hour, this place will eat your soul. If I were you don’t work here, YOU WILL regret it. The only pleasure I had with this job was serving the patients, seeing their pets. That was the only reward.
Kim went above and beyond helping my father on a Saturday! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
If only 0 stars was an option. After a stint in the NICU, our infant daughter was sent home on oxygen. To their credit, Lincare was quick to deliver. Trying to get the test done to remove the oxygen has proven beyond frustrating. Over a week of many phone calls, several lost orders, and different (and sometimes rude) answers from their reps, we are still no closer to a resolution. My advice? Use a different company. If you must be stuck with Lincare youll need to get assertive.
My wife is leasing a portable oxygen concentrator from Lincare and it broke down in Tx. We were told to take it to an authorized repair facility there on 13 Jun 2016 and have been trying ever since to get Erik the manager here in Colorado Springs to get it fixed or get her another one. He has done nothing so far and it is now July 6th.They dont deserve one star rating.
Its almost the end of October. Lincare STILL doesnt have my insurance figured out for the year. I was told by both them and the insurance back in August that I had finally been approved. So, after getting the approval letter, I called to order supplies. I never got anything in the mail. This repeats twice until, on the third time, I get a hose in the mail but nothing else. I never even ordered the hose in the first place. I call again, order again and wait. Two weeks pass. Still nothing. I call back again to be told that my order, became stale, because insurance has yet to approve my supplies. I explain the letter I have from the insurance company for approval and am transferred to the local office where Im told that insurance hasnt actually approved anything. They say theyre still waiting for more information from my doctors office. The doctors office says theyve sent Lincare more than enough info, including my whole medical record from my time of diagnosis to present, on multiple occasions. A call to my insurance company revealed that, indeed, I was approved for supplies... BACK IN MARCH!And these are just the billing and DME problems Im talking about. This isnt even how I wasnt properly fitted for a mask or how the CPAP I got was a refurb they charged my insurance above full retail for.
I have used Lincare for almost 5 years. They have always been very courteous and responsive. The driver always showed up at the appropriate time and even called when he was leaving his current customer and one his way to my location. My concentrator stopped working when I was in a different state. They called the Lincare office nearest my location and a new one was delivered later that day. Whenever I need more cannulas, they ship them to me on the same day or the following day. I used a different company prior to Lincare. The service was horrible and my pulmonologist informed me that he quit sending oxygen orders to that company.
Had a knob break on my BPAP machine and their response is to send it back to the manufacturer. They carry no spare parts, have no idea where to find a part and for all practical purposes, of no value. Not the least bit helpful. When I received a O2 Concentrater was told someone would be out once a month to check it out. Someone came out once in two years because it was required by Medicare to check the machine. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary. Trying to find a phone number to order supplies, the person on the phone didnt have the information and someone is supposed to call me back. Can not find a phone number on the Web to order supplies.
Horrible customer service! Due to the blizzard on Wednesday, they are not trying to deliver until next week! The window on when they deliver is not a 2 or 4 hour window...you have to sit and wait for them ALL DAY as they deliver sometime between 10:00 am - 4:30 am!!! If you have a life, you cant rely on them for your oxygen!!! They tell you to come pick it up from them!!!
No care, not Lin-care. Sick of getting a monthly call for over a year telling me my cpap supplies are eligible for new and never getting them. No one cares. No one finds out why my insurance doesnt cover it. No one can tell me. So I buy my stuff on Amazon bc these fools are so behind the 8-ball of the beauracracy, the last lady I spoke with asked me if I wanna be taken off the list for phone calls. Bc she had no other answers. Hideous customer service. No one has any actual care or priority of the patients who are out of pocket buying their own supplies. They just pass the buck onto someone else. Maybe If I hire an atty Ill get some answers. Sad its been over a year and come to this.
In my experience (and opinion) they give you more equipment than you need so they can charge your insurance company more. Additionally, that equipment is incomplete so you cannot use that extra equipment. If this is not enough, God help you if you need to get a hold of them. If you actually get a hold of some that in not part of the answering service, you are lucky. I have left several messages over the past month and they have been unresponsive at best. When it was time to do the O2 Saturation test for my infant they gave me an adult unit. When I called to fix this (yes I got in touch with someone) they told me that they gave me the infant and got really frustrated with me until I showed them the pictures, then the admitted their mistake. I will be so thankful when we do not have to use them anymore.
Horrible driver. Nearly running people off the roads and going well past the posted speeds.
LIN DOESNT CAREHorrific customer service, the worst of all USA companies.Total failure to provide CPAP parts on time, or even when I ask directly Colorado Springs Manager Erik Hoskins, who should be first to be sent to unemployment line.My advice: AVOID
Terrible service from the first day I contacted them. They would not respond to my calls. The doctors office got tired of the run around from them and went to another provider.
Service and delivery is terrible. Sitting on orders and not following through in a TIMELY MANNER.
Trash company, trash manager Stephanie. Trash customer service from Amber and Carry! Go elsewhere for your needs.
They keep saying that they did not get orders from a month ago and resent. Its as if they do not want customers
If you are a scrapper. This place always throws away old breathing machines.
Its been two years since Ive gotten new supplies for my c-pap, they keep insisting on me turning in my usb tab and I have a total of four times now, and still no new supplies.
Bad customer service. I wish we could use someone else.
Been working with Lincare for 10 years, have had very few problems.
Very poor organization.
Unacceptable!!!!
