Theyre a trash company. Been trying for 4 months to get cpap replacement part for my wife, they say medicaid hasnt approved it, and Medicaid says they havent RECEIVED any requests. She called them and they bounce her from person to person. GO WITH SOMEBODY ELSE.

Absolutely terrible. Did not have the equipment required. Refused to transfer me to a manager. Flat out lied to the Medicare complaint resolution representative. When they finally delivered oxygen they did not provide a key to turn it on. I don’t know how Medicare allows this vendor to continue to be an approved vendor.

Their billing processes are absolutely horrible. They billed the insurance and myself incorrectly 6 times in a 12 month period. No follow up for the services they provided. They provide incorrect and contradictory information every time Ive talked to their billing department. Complete headache of a company.

Sent wrong supplies. Billed incorrect insurance. Sent bill one week and following week sent one with a nearly 50% late fee. Been on hold to talk to someone for nearly a half an hour now. No wonder the BBB gives them an F rating. All this in the middle of Stay at Home order in our state while other places are trying to work with people.

They have been playing with my husbands claim since October! Made us make several doctor appts. then decided the know more than the doctor and are picking up the machine if I could give them a -5 I would. now I cant get them to pick up equipment going to leave it outside, take pictures and let them try to bill me, I have called, e mailed and finally had an employee hang up on me.Complaints have been filed with medicare, my insurance, BBB zand social security. Dont use this company, EVER!

Tried calling to inform them that one of their drivers almost caused several accidents this morning, while driving with oxygen tanks in the back and couldn’t even get to a real person. Absolutely ridiculous, that moron is going to get somebody seriously hurt. Hope somebody sees this and takes action. License plate # 202-WKFVehicle #850

They never return messages. You can not get a hold of a real person. Even our doctors office said they dont think they are still in business.

Horrible drivers.
