I bought a refrigerator and it was delivered in two hours. I barely made it home before the delivery because of traffic. Very friendly- salesman and delivery crew.

Saved me $300+. Washer and dryer were $150 less then other big stores.

Rude and expensive. You are not getting a deal on their appliances.I believe you need to check your prices against Lowes and Home Depot. You are selling some dented items that are more than retail! I did and that is why I did not buy. And also because of the rude old man you have working there.

Please do not waste your hard earn money here. I had issues with my dryer from the 2nd day of purchase and they kept giving me the run around. When I called back to speak with the owner he was rude and disrespectful.

Havent been there yet

Lowes/HD were quoting a 6 week wait for the basic washer dryer combo that we ended up buying (for a better price) here with next day delivery. Plus the guys here were just nicer. Cant go wrong.

Id been surfing the internet for prices and brands of washer/dryer sets for the last 2 weeks. I called today and asked if they had a washer and dryer set within my budget. They did. I asked how soon they could deliver. Answer: this afternoon. I went to the store, saw the set, purchase it with delivery today and was out in minutes. The delivery guy called within an hour saying hed make the delivery today. This company didnt waste my time and didnt try to upsell a more expensive set or an additional warranty. I recommend this place If you know what you want and they have it.

This place is a terrible. Don’t waste your money. We bought a washer that was supposed to be new. It’s wouldn’t work. We then exchanged it for another. Waited all day for delivery that was supposed to be at 9:00 am.Delivery called at 9:00 pm at night and ask to come then. We said no. So next morning again they didn’t show. We got the run around and waited until 4:00 on for the 2nd washer.We then decided to give them The benefit of the doubt. We called and asked to get the matching dryer. Was quoted a price of $550.00 tax. When i went to pay for the dryer the owner loud talk me and told me that was the price in July not now. That it’s now 699.00. He wouldn’t honor the price that was quoted to begin with. He was super rude to me and my son.These people don’t know what they are doing. They told us the washer had a 10 year warranty which we found out later was 1 year.Take your money somewhere else AND DONT GET RIPPED OFF by these con men. Don’t get ripped off. Your receipt will say NO RETURNS on something that’s supposedly new. Ive bought several appliances over the last 25 years I’ve never felt so ripped off or had someone be so rude as a customer.at $ $550 plus tax.i simple come in the next day and ask for the price i was quoted. You then told me your the owner very loudly and told me no.You couldnt have been any more rude and loud about it in front of customers and my son.Sir ....you can make yourself try to sound right for this review but we both know your a liar.We both know the washer didnt work as well. We ran the washer over a dozen times it didnt spin even with nothing in it. this entire experience was the worst service Ive ever had.As far as your response.Simply put you sir are a liar. Plain and simple.I seen the embarrassment on your sales persons face when you being rude and lying. Im strongly advising anyone reading this to take your money somewhere you will be treated fairly. Dont spent your hard earned money on such a place with a cocky arrigant disrespectfulowner. I should have went to Lowes and so should you. I hope this review saves you the 3 days of headache it gave my wife and I.

Terrible, Terrible, Bought a fridge a nice Samsung for about $800 USD, 60 days later during COVID it stopped cooling. I called, he said call SAMSUNG my hands are tied, so he put his son on the phone and he said I happen to own a repair business tell me what its doing ? He was nice at first and did tell me the fan was not working from my description. I had to pull the fridge out and remove panel. I asked for the owner to call me, Eddie called and said basically I cant help its a warranty issue. He could care less he did not even apologize for having to deal with this.We are in COVID and Wife is a Healthcare worker we cant have people in our house. Could you give me a loaner ? I asked this because his son told me the part was backordered for 4-6 weeks. He said no I cant. Spend the extra money go to Jeffers or Lowes or Home Depot. Really no deal if the appliances dont last. Had a gut feeling about this place and I should have listened.

Entered email incorrectly so had trouble getting my papers. Also told them the 2 days I got paid and they entered that incorrectly which caused me some issues. When I called to address these problems they quickly referred me to West Creek and was not concerned about their errors at all!

I went to shop for a new stove. I was greeted and helped. They have top of the line appliances. Im going to purchase a Samsung stove.

No matter your budget or what you maybe looking for, the sales representatives here will go above and beyond to find you what you want at an affordable price. If youre low on money, they offer a no credit check financing program with low weekly or bi-weekly payments that are based on your income. No interest for the first 90 days. Do yourself a huge favor and visit these guys!

Horrible experience!! This business refused to sell the product(refrigerator) to me due to I questioned their return policy. On 1/2/2020, I went to this business, the salesman told me their return policy is the purchased refrigerator could be returned and refunded in 15 days after purchasing. I went to the store to make the purchase on 1/4/2020. When I was checking out and I asked them to confirm the return policy, the salesman said the refrigerator is not returnable, it only could be exchanged. I told them this was different from what they have told me for the first time. I held off the purchase and told them I need to reconsider. I left the store and took my time to think about it. after less than an hour, I went back to the store and decided to make the purchase. But the stores owner was very rude and arrogant telling me because I critised their business, he refused to sell any products to me. What kind of business is it? We, as a customer, are not allowed to ask questions about the products and the store policies? I have been never treated like this a customer in anywhere. If this is a bully behavior to a female customer, then is it about my race making them feel they could treat the people like this?!!

I just got my new washer and dryer set today, Im so happy with the purchase. The customer service was on point. While I was at the store I realized that I had a flat tire and, these guys went above and beyond, they steppped out and helped me to change the tire. Muchas gracias!
