Went looking for some plus size panty hose. That section was a mess, boxes of fake hair was infront of the bends with the hair couldnt get to it. No one will to help me. I left the store mad.

There was clutter and boxes and debris everywhere, disorganized and stuff everywhere hard to shop in. However the clerk was very professional and helpful. Cant deal with all that junk all over the store.

This place was overcrowded stuff was all over the floor you couldnt hardly go down the aisles there was no one to asked any questions everything was everywhere it was a junkest store ever been in we couldnt find nothing they didnt know where nothing was and they barely did talk to you even if you ask him something it was the worst experience I ever had in any beauty supply store it was my Godmothers birthday and she almost tripped in that store it was so much stuff on the floor boxes and stuff was everywhere it was up, was down, low it, was everywhere all over the counter and it just was ridiculous we actually left the store without buying anything you couldnt even buy some rubber bands in there or ponytail holders I tell you what couldnt even find it was so much junk in there all over the place they need to close for a few days and just organize it straighten it up hang it up put it where you can find it at least where they know where is that look like the truck just pulled up and throw it in and where it failed at they had left it there

Prices are reasonable. Staff is kind. This is a womans Disney World of anything dealing with beauty!!!

Its always a good visit, not like other Asian owned beauty supply stores. Ms. Kim and her family are very respectful people and always have kind words for her customers.

Its a great store to go to I will admit. However, there is hair all over the place even in boxes so maybe they need a bigger store. I love the wigs and selection of crochet hair. A ton of hair products are all around the store so sometimes it can be overwhelming. I still will go to this store because of the variety. They keep up with the trends!

This place has everything under the sun. Very crowded in the store, overcrowded!!!!. Mr. Kim was very rude. I was going to purchase several scarves . Decided to open one of the packs when I got up to the register to check the size. This guy starts yelling at me like I was a kid. I know the situation with COVID and the new regulations and thats why I waited until I got to the front register to open it to see how big it was and even if it wasnt to my liking i was going to purchase that 1 anyway, just not the other 3 scarves I had. He starts yelling and going on and on and I told him what I was doing to please calm down and stop yelling He says No you calm down. Had I not really liked the scarves I would have put them back and spent my money elsewhere!!!

That particular location is the best in my opinion. The staff is polite and easy to work with. They greet you with a smile every time

Both me and my friend have experienced the same scam at this location. On my incident I was charge for a product That was never placed in my bag I tried to straighten things out through management however I’m still waiting on a call back;Resulting for me to dispute things through my bank. As of yesterday my friend purchased a Wig from the same location, she was charge An additional 8.99For products that she did not purchase she was also charged $99 for )89 wig. These people are scammers and Overcharging customers daily. Review your receipts before you leave The store. I’m sure they’re running a scam on everyone.

The place is hot, had an odor, boxes everywhere for trip hazards. Customer service was rude.

Inexpensive compared to most or mainstream beauty supply stores offering a lot of different items (make up, weave, wigs, jewelry, hair care, skin care, hair accessories, etc) yet able to offer good quality and larger quantity. Very helpful, polite, and friendly staff. First time shopping at Kim Enterprises and I was impressed. I will be a repeat customer due to my great experience, the pricing, and selection.

Great selection of products. Prices are doable compared to some other stores. The help in this store is okay as long as Vincent is there. However because Im a stylist I know a lot on my own or know how to get the answer without their help. I prefer the neatness and tidiness of the new location but thats to be expected

Large selection of merchandise...downside...they did not have the wig I wanted, so I was willing to purchase the one on display...felt 10% off shouldve been offered...it was not...so I went elsewhere.

It has most of the hair products I need and has a very large selection of hair, wigs, and hair peices.

So maybe its because Im new to the game. Im natural 4c and have embraced it since before it was cool but Ive recently gotten into crotchet. they have a large facility with hair to the ceiling. more inventory than Ive personally ever seen but again Im new. the staff was decent. scarce but willing to at least ask you if you needed help rather than assume youre trying to steal so they watch ya. I felt comfortable. that said.. prices were typical (though I did get a random discount in my first purchase) :)... I would recommend it and wish I had as much selection closer to home.

Its ok but it shouldnt matter how early someone come to shop. They should always be happy and willing to show the customer what they are looking for. Instead of standing there like they dont know you need any help.

Terribly rude old man. Sold me 72.00 hair clippers . When I got them home the 4 attachment combs were not in the box. I called right away and after listening to him go on and on telling me that it wasnt supposed to come with combs he finally looked at the correct box and admitted he was wrong. Next day when I brought them back to get the missing piece I said I hope that its not because this set was not new..like maybe a return or something. He then said no I probably took them... because all the other boxes had the combs in them Really??? Wow!! I probably spend 1000 or more or hair products, weaves, wigs etc in this store every year. Now I will buy my hair products online and in other stores. I wont give my money to a business like this. Think just because your customers are minorities you can be rude, disrespectful, and accusatory? Looking forward to seeing what that building becomes after you go out of business.

Kim Enterprises is a very large store with a large variety of hair in every color, style, design. Between a large selection of weaves hair. Crochet hair and braiding hair. I will definitely be returning to buy hair.

So I been living here for 10 yrs. and hands down this is the best hair store to go to in the city. And even though I havent been here in over a year, Im always helped. I didnt get a chance to get the young lady name but she had on a tyedye hoodie and she was a lifesaver!! I guess she could see the stress in my face lol. She helped me find everything I needed. Right down to helping pick out hair color. Thank you! If your looking for anything trust me, they have EVERYTHING!

My visit to this store was the worst there was no one to help you find anything,thank to another customer for her help,and after all that when reaching the check out these two people left the register for about 20 minutes some customers left and so did i.do better.

The selection of natural hair care products is huge, they also have a very large section for wigs. If youre looking for anything hair related this is the place to be. They also habe a good variety of makeup and its not priced high at all. Everything Im in Columbia I stop in to shop because of the selection they have.

Everything you need. Could be more organized, but they just have sooooooooo many products available. Because of the large inventory they are nearly always cheaper than other beauty supply stores.

Junkie store, dusty filled products, off putting employees that at like you trying to steal. Product selection is nothing but low quality mineral oil filled junk. Saw a product still on the shelf that was discontinued back in 2009...I know this because I use to use the product before it was discontinued. The beauty supply store on Decker close to the Jamaican market/ Korean market is much better.

When one store is out of a product check out the other location. Has all your hair needs.

Profiling! That’s all they do. I frequently shop at this store just to be followed around. What do they use the cameras for if I still need to be followed? Their stuff is not worth buying if I can’t get any respect as a paying customer.
