Harbor freight my go to store. I bought a hot knife from here for cutting foam and Styrofoam. Works great and only paid 20.00 for it. I would recommend this store for use of some tools.

Great place to buy tools to use once or twice a year… Otherwise invest in name brand tools for frequent or daily use …. Just my 2cents

Been having a lot of problems here lately with what I buy from here breaking or not working. I love the prices though. And the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Tools are quality in many cases as good as big box stores. Check out usually faster. Almost always by a human, not leaving us to self check! Website is about as good as the big box competition.

Theres really almost no point nowadays in trying to buy American made tools because if you buy for example a Craftsman tool its going to be made in China anyway. Im finding that lately many of the import brands at harbor freight seem to be very well made in comparison to the imported tools but have American names and maybe are even better.

Great staff members. Always look for coupons and see items. Convenient parking and not a huge store so its easy to get and out quickly.It is sometimes busy enough to have to wait in line

Restroom code is the store number, unless they have changed it. After all it is very important only those VIP customers get special access to the restrooms.

Way different than the one we have at home, loved the store though and the customer service was nice. It always is wherever we go to one of their stores. Definitely wish our store carried everything this one has. I was actually lost when I went into this one but found what I needed.

The prices are great! The coupons are even better. The staff is helpful and friendly and ready to assist when needed. I have found many things to aid in my crafting projects and kitchen as well as building projects in the store. Have even bought gifts there for family members.

Prices are ok, employees are friendly, but dont have a lot of luck with the products I buy there lasting very long.

Other than slow checkout, its a good place to shop.

Russellville store is ok, the people I interacted with seemed like you were incoviencing them or they didnt want be there. I went to the Conway store instead.

My husband went by our local store to buy a few things this morning. Got up to the checkout and there were 10 people and only one cashier. He called while in line and spoke with the manager, assuming they would want to know the situation and possibly send another cashier to the front. The manager was curt and let him know that people have to take a lunch break! End of story for us, we wont return to this location.

Went to Harbor Freight to purchase some golden metal hooks. They do not carry much hardware and did not have the hooks. I noticed some grommet pliers on display and purchased a pair. I had planned on attaining a set. The store is on the small side. There are not many people on the floor to ask for help.

Gotta love the batteries and emergency lights. The night lights that look like a light switch and their cheap brand batteries lasted 24 hours on straight. Deamed but still going after 24 hours. They got us threw several storms and they are a comfort for those who do not like the dark.

If you arent a professional that depends on their tools for their livelihood? These tools are good for the beginner and homeowner

So, if you dont know what HF is, this is where you go for discount tools. They are reasonable quality with a few gems mixed in. I am happy with most of my purchases there, but I know what Im looking for.The only real complaint I ever have is that checking out is reminiscent checking out in the nation wide economy store. You know, 1 cashier for every 5 stations.Hope this helps.

They had what I needed with a good price it was worth the trip from North Little Rock.

Staff and personal here are outstanding and great people. Great prices and great variety of industrial and commercial applications. I recommend doing reviews and ask for personal input of items before you buy so you can get exactly what you want before you invest in a item this is heat gets people in trouble. Buying and not knowing what to get is just as bad as buying a bad item. With that being said make sure you spy attention to the item tags because they have alot posted in on location so make sure you read and look for what your getting.

The quality of tools has improved since the days of yesteryear. They also gave some very unique tools that I cant get at Lowes or Home Depot. Very nice if you need it now.

Fun store to browse around. Prices are dirt cheap but, dont expect quality with the tools. However, so many tools for under $10. Staff isnt too responsive or really cares if you are there or not... that is ok. Its like a Dollar General minus toilet paper.

I have bought several things here that cost more at Walmart. However. they tend to have a cheap quality on some if the things Ive purchased. They always have a free gift with any purchase in their mailings. Overall they are economical and location is convenient.
