I was at the deli at 12:45 pm on Oct 22, 2021. The older black lady who works in the deli is EXTREMELY RUDE, and needs training in customer service. I walked up to hot counter and no other customer was in sight. She had her back to me and refused to turn around. Another employee came out to put something in the cold area and I asked her for help. Although, the black older lady clearly her me, she refused to acknowledge my presence until the other employee I asked for help, told her, I needed assistance. She then turned around and said very nastily Im helping another customer remember, there was no one standing at the hot side or the cold (sandwich and meat ) side of the deli. She then turned around and continued to ignore me. Im a regular customer at this store. This isnt my first rude experience with this woman. She acts as if she does not want to be at work, or bothered. Management, please wake up, and ensure what little staff you have, is following the proper customer service protocol. Your employees are a reflection of you and your management team.
Waited 40 min at customers services desk; 30 minutes of that time no associate. We asked for help 3 times; finally a manager came out and asked each customer what they needed. The manager did not help check out customers in long lines. NO SAFETY MEASURES IN PLACE
I used to really enjoy going to this Kroger. It was convenient and they always had things in stock in spite of having to deal with Covid shortages. However, it has gone down hill as far as customer service and people caring. It may be because unfortunately the staff is overworked and they just don’t care anymore or they’re burnt out. My last couple of pick up orders have not gone the best. There was even one day I went in early in the morning and it literally smelt like something died on aisle eight. One of the workers begged me to call corporate because they had mentioned it, but nothing had been done for about a week. When I did call corporate to help out, because it truly did smell sickening, the lady informed me that no ticket was ever put in. I’m really hoping that they get more help and people that actually want to work because the few apples in the bunch are really starting to spoil it for all of the good workers there. I’m hoping that they show better appreciation for the consistent heart workers that they do have.
I love kroger. They have everything you need. I do most of my grocery shopping there & save money on fuel with every purchase. Definitely worth shopping here rather than other grocery stores. Always fresh!
STAFF WAS SO RUDE! i asked NICELY if she could cancel an item on the self check our thing. she looked at me with an attitude and spoke with an attitude. i didn’t even do anything to her. definitely not self checking out when she is working her shift. absolutely nottt 👀
The cashier ESSENCE is RUDE. Never said hello, what my total was, just her whole aura you could tell she didn’t want to be at work. Then she had to void something out, that’s when the eyes started rolling !! Wow you can tell quality customer service is not being taught here. I will drive the extra mile to another Kroger location this one is terrible. Not to mention there were no carts inside.
The great part about the shop is that you can do it quickly and easily. They still have all of my frozen meals, and theyre delicious! Several of them are reasonably priced! Its a beautiful and roomy bed! This is a brilliant place!
It’s OK because the people always are rude and sad and the customers mainly so I understand why the employees are kind of cold. The customers are always nasty cutting you off As you walk to the line. They won’t even let you get up and down the lines apart. They usually have a place in here but I haven’t seen them anymore they should have it still because I saw a woman get slapped by some mail and she got in the car and left with the police would be in there it would’ve been a different story I hope that woman’s all right.
Online ordering is really bad, doesn’t matter whether you pick up or they deliver...the order is rarely complete and accurate. Once I actually received an empty box, no product inside. Anyone should have been able to feel the weight of the box and know that.Once you contact the headquarters they resolve your issues by giving you a $5 credit to your account. Well that’s something but sometimes you just want what you ordered! Inside the store shelves are often empty. I continue to go back out of convenience and habit....time to break that habit!
Was in on July 14, and Sharon the cashier was extremely Rude. Never greeted me nor spoke. She acted very aggressive and when I asked for cigarettes and she said she was tired of walking! If you dont want to or like your job, Quit! Its simple as that. The manager needs to utilize her for another position and diffently not in Customer Service. Ill go to another store.
The female “Manager” “Lead” over grocery pickup is VERY RUDE! African American female, LACKS customer service tremendously! I frequently do grocery pickup from this store but has recently stopped, due to how nasty she is towards Customers. Will never shop here again! And always out of stock of bare essentials
This store looks old and nasty to me. Looks like a old farmers market…I never go there I like quality.
No no no...smh .wow I dont know whats up with this store but its not good. Why is everyone in this store so miserable, unfriendly and mean faced. Management are you at fault why your workers look this way at any hour of the day? Its not just the demeanor, they actually treat you exactly how they look and feel...like I dont want to be here so dont bother me. The store needs a logistical make over, an outer facelift, new/more shopping carts and the list goes on. No Kroger Management..do something. One of the added Ps in Marketing is people... Your staff needs training in not just customer service, but Customer Relationship Marketing, and the Management needs training in Human resources and staff motivation..maybe thats missing.
Weve been in the parking lot waiting on our clicklist order for almost 2 hours. We put the order in for pick up between 4 and 5. They called us to tell us that the order wouldnt be ready until 5. So we arrive at 5:30. It is now after 7. We are still waiting. There are 2 other cars beside us that have been waiting just as long. This is unacceptable Kroger!! I will be calling the corporate office.
This is one of worst krogers, store looks old and employees are so rude i ask one of cashier where can i find a item and she look at me roll her eyes and told me thats not her area this store really went down hill and i will not be shopping here or another kroger anymore.
Horrible customer service. Avoid this conyers Kroger if you can! A few days ago I was returning a brisket because I opened it up and it was rotten. I told them I had a picture of the receipt… the front end manager Thea tried to lie to me and claim corporate policy won’t let them take it back. We went back and forth because I knew she was lying, just giving me a hard time for no apparent reason (maybe my skin color) She was entirely wrong and rude about it. She told me she would get another manager and disappeared never to return. I had to follow up with the the lead manager Tish, who came down and did the return no problem. There was never any apology or recognition of their error when I had to wait 15 min and struggled to return their faulty product.
! This used to be a good Pharmacy. But in the last year theyve gotten terrible. I cant get my medications when my insurance will allow me to order them. Every month when Im able to order them and I place the order they always have to give me a partial fill until they can get the drug in. And these arent unusual drugs were talking about insulin! And the last time I went in to pick it up on my way to work at 8 a.m. when the website said they were open and the gentleman told me they were only open at 8 a.m. for vaccine people. I told him I was completely out of my medication and Chris told me that I could go to another Pharmacy! And that was my fourth trip to try to pick them up because they didnt have them in stock! Very disappointing that they dont care about there customers.
The cleanliness can be picked up quite a bit. The Organic produce selection is almost as bad as Walmart....and thats just pitifully sad.
This review is ONLY for Stacy the FUEL CENTER attendant!*the grocery store itself is amazing & the employees always treat me well!I politely asked for my receipt & Im pretty sure she thought her microphone was turned off, she said well, isnt that a waste of paper, I just ignored it & said thank you, have a good day! she said nothing, just looked right past me and said next customer. Now, unless the receipt paper was being purchased with her personal money I really dont understand why she had to be so rude about it.

Felt very uncomfortable. My husband and I went in at 10:00pm and there was a lady that was working at the self checkout that profiled us because we were not black. She gathered everyone’s basket that was black people and when my husband tried to hand her our basket she rolled her eyes, shook her hand and started talking to her friends that were standing there. She was so rude and for this I will no longer go to Kroger.
Went to Kroger‘s last week and saw roaches half the size of my hand running around on the floor. I pointed it out to one of the workers and he said that’s nothing you should see what’s in the back. I will not be going back there
I really like this Kroger a lot. Ive been a customer for many years and Ive always found the employees to be very friendly and helpful. Additionally, they have a wider variety of products than any of the other local grocery store. I love this store mostly because of the cleanliness and the people. In the past, I have accidentally left my cellphone and money in the self checkout lane, and each time, one of their employees had it for me when I returned to the store in a panic. They go above and beyond. I do wish Kroger would stop changing the aisles around every few years(which they did again recently). It makes it difficult to find my regular items and these days, I dont like to spend too much time in the store. Overall, I enjoy shopping here.

Arrived before 12am. As someone who works nights thought this would be convenient. They did not allow entry stating the store was closed. I even made sure o call before coming out in the pouring rain(thundering/lightning). The voice message stated the hours to be from 5am till 12 am not til when we feel like it .
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have been going here for a while and I have yet to meet one person in staff who is not friendly or courtesy. All the staff in the pharmacy are amazing they actually care and are willing to take the extra time to help you out. The deli staff is amazing as well they are always on point and they help you the best way they can. The store is always kept clean and well organized. Michelle is one of the upfront mangers who is always trying to get customers through the line in a quick fashion. They all are amazing and this store is my favorite kroger to go to.. again they are all amazing and they are willing to help and have a conversation with customers and they really care!!!Cant give them enough credit on how courtesy and friendly they are. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars cause they definitely deserve it!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

With all respect....Not the time for a remodel of the store. It is already out of half of the items. Understaffed. Employees are stressed and do not have answers because they are just as confused as we are. I spent an hour shopping, stood in line for 20 minutes (at self check out so I could do it myself because that is the only option apparently) and was told I could not pay with cash. I get that times are tough...but is there something that can make it easier?

It’s the nastiest Kroger I ever visited. Ceiling has mildew stains. Cash register lights full of dead bugs. Dusty shelves. I’m only comfortable buying packaged foods. Don’t trust buying anything they prepare behind the counters. Only plus is the senior staff. They are very nice. The younger ones ALWAYS have nasty attitudes.

This has got to be the worst Kroger around. I placed an order for pick-up. When I arrived they told me they were looking for one more item. 45 minutes later, I went inside to inquiry about my order. To my surprise, they were actually looking for 10 items. No one called to update me about my order. When I addressed the manager, they tried tell me I wasnt waiting for as long as I had. I had to show them my call log, which clearly showed I had first called at 5:25pm. It was now 6:25pm. Long story, short...didnt get my order until 6:45pm, without an apology. Ill go to Publix from now on, where shopping is a pleasure.
I was here on 7/19 and my cashier on lane 8 (Steven) made it a terrible experience. Not only did Steven have an apparent attitude, he also refused to properly wear his face mask, leaving his nose exposed. As Steven leaned in to ask my partner about her beverage, I had to remind him to keep his distance because he was breathing on her. I understand things can get busy sometimes as a cashier, but no good comes from being rude to customers unprovoked. Kroger needs to address the mask issue with this guy.
Their automated line says the first hour is for seniors *and* high risk customers as defined by the CDC. Yet when you get there they have someone watching the door and will only let seniors in. Doesn’t matter that you’re high risk apparently. 🙄Either fix your automated line or better train your employees.
I just recently left out of this location when my water fell from the bottom of shopping cart & started leaking. Happened going down their ramp. In immediately went right back into the store to swap for a new. The customer service rep was so sweet & went to verify with the MOD I believe her name tag said Simone (Short blond hair) said to the young lady.... yes she can get another one since I’m being nice today. I’m standing right there as she was speaking around me. As she’s walking away we make eye contact. I was told her name was Ms. Williams. We patron this location quite often never had this type of bad service. Very disheartening.
I just check out my purchase hadnt yet left the store look at my receipt and saw there was a purchase for more than what was advertise I immediately brought it to the associate attention she said because of whats going on I cant get a refund......wow smh this is getting out of hand please train your employees if I havent left the store I am due a refund. I didnt want to make a show so I left. I will never patronize this Kroger located ever.

Went in for a sale item and couldnt find it so I asked an associate if they were out. He was extremely friendly and went to check in the back and said hed be right back. I half expected him not to return but was surprised when he returned with a case of the sale item.
This location is a joke placed an online pick up order and was charged. Never received a confirmation email or an email stating my order was ready. Drove to the location to check to see if order was ready was told that the department was closed and no manager was available to assist with refunding my card. I’m beyond annoyed and displeased with their customer support. Please ship elsewhere.
While I rarely buy produce at Kroger, they have great prices on most of their items (with the Kroger Plus card and digital coupons). Their Simple truth brand and their private selection brands are very good taste wise.
The people at the cash register are so rude.Yesterday when were there they told us that we could not get a certain kind of yogurt and told us that the kind we wanted was fat and we can’t have fat I will never go there again.
I am leaving Kroger right now at 10:30 am on a thanksgiving. The parking lot is so full that I had to park at the gas station. All this to say, my checkout experience was amazing. I was in and out in 10 minutes including my shopping time. The displays were conveniently planned with all of the last minute items I came for. Most importantly I was checked out in under 5 minutes and even though she had to work on a holiday my cashier (the receipt says Lashunda) was friendly and quick. I only gave 4 stars because I frequent this location and it’s not alwaaaaays the best. Good overall.
Not the biggest fan of this store. The only saving grace...is the lady who usually runs the self check out during the day time. Ms. Rebecca. She is awesome. Always trying to make sure customers are cared for.

One of the best Kroger I have ever visited. Newer shopping carts that feel like their floating. Large fresh produce produce area and flowers area is very nice also.
Your Customer Care/Service person needs to spend less time on their phone than giving BS excuses. Multiple customers have to ask REPEATEDLY to get a single line open for assistance, is just bad service.
Customers are like Zombi Apocalypse, same employees are great, but it is like a food stamp SNAP store . Major renovation and expansion needed, they have plenty of space to build a better store, but grom what I can tell, the area cant support a new modern store, because of the poor leadership of the Democrat takeover of the once middle class county. Area is run down due to lack of leadership in all sectores including city council. Depressed burned town houses are walking distance to the store and many murders have taken place in the area, as well as gang activity, illegal aliens.
Store is in way better condition than it was 2 years ago. Yet it still has a ways to go! It serves its purpose.
Parking is ample, but I never can seem to get close to the store. Good prices, decent selection, except for organic. Cant always get waited on in the seafood department.
Im not sure how the hell this store got a 4 anything rating. A 1 star is too good. Ive gone in on 3 different occasions. Each visit, I have struggled to find any help...at the self checkout. Tonights visit, there were no registers open and the staff was not very attentive. It took more than THREE times to actually get an employee to acknowledge the fact that we needed help. Ill never spend another dime at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the one further down hwy 20.
Store is very clean, but cashiers are the worst. Cashier at the self checkout couldn’t assist customers because she was too busy texting on her phone. This seems to happen quite often at this location
This store gets A LOT of business, however its not keeping up with the demand. Some Krogers offers & salad bars. I know this would do well at this location. Even though this location is closer, I will take the trip to shop in a nicer location.
These kind folks are my friends and neighbors. Its always a pleasure to shop there.Mr. Ken, Miss Patsy, Miss Lisa, and Mr. Rodriguez are always a warm and comforting sight.
I enjoy going to this Kroger...its a little out of my way but its always worth the drive. The staff are always nice, smiling and dont mind answering any questions I have as well as showing me where the item Im in search of is located.

I usually avoid this store because of the parking but it was the only store open at 11pm. I ran in to pick up 3 items and had to use self checkout as usual. I wanted to buy a chrysanthemum but the only 3 that they had were almost dead. I think they need to step up their game at this location

Found everything that I needed using my mailbox coupons! Encountered a small discrepancy in the coupon for FREE Simply juices, 52floz or larger. The coupon wouldnt validate because I chose the 84floz. However, the coupon read and Larger, the operative word. So after a bit of conversation with cashier, it was honored. This is my reason for 4☆s.
I always prefer to go to Kroger. They have a fresh selection of vegetables and meats and their service is always friendly. If I ever have a problem the managers are always eager to help
Other than the farmers market, this is only store I use! Quality products, mostly friendly staff, and just all around good savings! Keep up the good work you guys!
This Kroger usually has really fresh produce. I like to get tomatoes from here because they typically last a few days longer than from a other grocers in the area.Minus 1 star on the account of it not being an easy parking lot to get out of. And you should know to lock your car and turn your car alarm on. I was the victim of an attempted car jacking in this parking lot 2 months ago.
10 PM and only self-checkout is available. Line is 10 deep. Senior Kroger management needs to be here tomorrow morning. This is incredibly disrespectful to customers.
My wife bought December 2018 some ham that was expired for months. She caught it and brought it back to the store, and the employees where like whatever. Then, a few days later she bought a sandwich from this Krogers Deli and got violently sick. Ridiculous! We wont be shopping there again, even though it is close to us. This Kroger clearly doesnt have its stuff together. You cant run a grocery store like that!!!
I usually always shop at kroger. There are a certain things I dont buy from here such as the bread which is not always fresh and certain vegetables. They usually have some good sales. They sort of lost me when they stopped doubling coupons and now they even charge to use coupons. Yes this is the only place that I have had to pay a tax on my coupons. But for the most part they arent that bad.

Rebecca is super sweet. I came in this morning to get one item. I could hear her from the freezer section handling the heavy foot traffic. She kept things moving. Upon arrival to the self checkout she called me handsome and asked for my basket. I asked her if she was sure because I could easily put it away but I noticed she had a big shopping cart full of baskets that she got from the customers when they were done checking out. What a sweet woman. Her spirit was very alive. I actually wrote a review about her a few years ago. I hope someone really promotes her. She deserves much attention and praise. I also notice when I was leaving she was handling something at the front of the store entrance because a customer had an issue with the door. Talk about a multitasker! Rebecca does the job of many. What a sweet woman. I cant thank her enough.
My large family shops here at least two times a week.Reasonable prices, friendly staff.
All Krogers are similar, but this one is slightly older and is a bit confusing in lay out if youre use to the newer ones. Aisles are small and packed indicating lack of space. If a high-end market comes to town, look out.
They have the best discount only if u get there in morning before they r gone.
Tried locating grass-fed healthy T-bone steaks in the Kroger Flat Shoals Rd meat department. No luck. Went to Ingles on Salem Rd and found grass-fed, non-antibiotic Angus beef T-bone sirloin. And it was on sale for Ingles card holders. Sweet!
I have the best time at Kroger when I do my shopping Im not in a hurry, the produces are Fresh, the employees are there to help and assistance with what ever I need. Thank you Kroger for giving the Best Customer service and Great produces
I love this location, its easy to get to, always clean, staff is friendly especially Mrs. Rebecca in self check out. The only downside is everybody else loves this location. Parking is horrible!!!
The customer service is horrible! I always have problems at this location!! I went in one night after work to grab my baby milk. I asked the customer service employee could she cash a WIC voucher for me and she said yes. The security on duty (who was sitting in a chair eating snacks) looks at her and says we cant do that, it too late the cashier insisted that she had the capabilities of cashing the WIC and it wasnt too late, but the security officer looks at her and wink and say no we cant they both busted out laughing and the cashier tells me nevermind we cant do it. Of course because Im already tired and frustrated from work I just roll my eyes and walk out. I decided to go to a different Kroger who did everything with no problem.I gave this store 2 stars because I like Kroger as a company, however they really need to make some changes at this location. I drive the extra mile just so I dont have to come to this store.

This chain is really going downhill fast! They stick more Kroger brand items than anything else. Check out lines getting longer and slower. Not enough handicap parking. Then they keep rearranging the store and it wastes my time looking all over for items. I stopped doing regular grocery shopping there. Now I go to Publix or Aldis. Only go to Kroger if I have to pass by it.

Everyone always tells me how much they hate this Kroger because of the customer service & now I see why! I purchased hair dye here today and everything that was supposed to be in the box was not. I call this store OVER and OVER trying to get in touch with someone and I never received an answer so I drive all the way back to the store at 11 pm for an employee to be extremely rude. No greeting. No how may I help you? Just staring at me and before I can even finish explaining to her what happened she tells me no. I cant exchange the hair dye because customer service is closed and that I need to come back the next day. No apologies. Nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous. Since when can you not do a even exchange without customer service being open? If thats the case then customer service doesnt need to close earlier than the store! I will NEVER shop at this Kroger again!& btw, there are lunch meats in the back of the store that expired in January. Disgusting!!
This is got to be the worst Krogers in the United States I will never ever ever walk in their door again. if you shop at this Krogers youre a fool for not writing a review and calling the customer service and complaining, if you dont speak up the store be that way forever till they close them down.

I always go to Kroger to check out the woohoo section and to see the new deals. However, a manager woman with a short haircut came and grabbed my cart 🛒 as she acted like she was placing my groceries inside the bag. Her attitude is usually nasty. I carry a backpack because I have coupons and mainly baby stuff because I have a 1 year old and a newborn. I have never stolen anything.She grabbed my cart then saw it was nothing inside my bag except my wallet and coupons. She left quickly after that. I will be calling corporate on Monday .
