My sons ps4 wasnt working and was having issues turning on but after bringing it to the guy here he fixed it in 2 hours. He said that the console had overheating issues and just needed to be cleaned out. I reccomend this place for help

Looks pretty sketchy on the inside. They were going to take a week to fix my phones battery. I was told it woulf be $125 which is crazy. I decided to go somewhere else where it only took an hour and cost was $90

Great work at fair prices. I walked in to see if AO Tech Repair could fix my iPhone X cracked display. They quoted my a reasonable price and said it would be done in 45min - 1hr. It was done within the quoted time and the work was flawless. Would recommend to friends & family for repairs.

Highly recommend this business. Bought a iPhone battery from Amazon and after watching You Tube tutorial realized it was way above my skill level. Without appointment, I showed up with phone and new battery, Jason took care of me promptly and battery was installed within an hour. Quick, painless and very reasonable.

Took a PlayStation 4 with an hdmi issue on Friday to be fixed. They said it would be ready in 2-3 days. Tuesday and Wednesday passed with them telling us it would be ready by Thursday. We called an hour before they closed and they informed us it would absolutely be ready for pickup by Friday. When we arrived at the store they told us it wouldn’t be ready until Monday of next week, even after we gave them two extra days. If you’re looking for a fast fix in a certain amount of days/time with accurate updates, then this place is not for you.

Alpha Omega Tech Repairs is awesome. I lost my SIM Cart to my iPhone 8 Plus and they had it in stock and I was able to start using my phone right away versus having T-Mobile order it and it was going to take 2-3 days. Awesome place!

I had an IPhone that other repair places said needed a new frame plus a new screen and it still might not work, but these folks had the phone for about 4 hours and called me to say it was fixed. One star but only for PS4 consoles. Seems like other people who reviewed had issues with same item. Store clerks were nice but had terrible experience. Took my console in for an HDMI port repair and it went ok, got the console back fast. When I got the PS back though my disk drive wasn’t working when it was prior to that. Ended up taking the console back for repair on that. Called a couple of times in a week and a half period for a status update since it was taking a bit, and come to find that they didn’t solder the hdmi port right so they were trying to fix it along with the disk drive. They said they would refund the money and the hdmi port may act a little funky, but the disk drive works. Said if I experienced any issues to send to Sony. Well I get the console back with the refund, but now my entire PlayStation won’t turn on at all. I went from having no signal to the console being completely dead in a 2 week period. Beware taking any consoles to this place for repairs.

I had battery replaced in my phone and didnt see major improvement so they ordered a new battery and replaced it again at no cost. It was better but it appears to be more the age of my phone.Very pleased with service and friendliness.

This is the only phone repair store Ill take my phone too. Theyre extremely close to campus, offer a student discount and have very fast service. Theyre super cool and helpful with questions regarding phones. I dropped my iPhone in salt water (killed the phone) and brought it to them to see if they could use their fancy technology to fix it, they ended up not being able to and I didnt get charged a cent.

Great service at Alpha Omega. I came to location for an iPhone battery and charging port repair/replace. He removed lint from port which remedied the problem. Battery was replaced in 20 minutes. Timely and honest service has gained my business. Highly recommend this business!

Called before going and described the exact problem I’m having with an iPhone 8 showing 0% battery after a battery replacement attempt. The guy says he would have open it up to say if he could help. Fair enough. I drive across town and get to the place 30 minutes after I called. Same guy spins my phone in his hand a few times at the counter and In less than a minute says he can’t help me. Took my PS4 to Jason for repair on Friday. Was told it would be ready by the following Thursday. Thursday and Friday came and gone without any word. So I called Saturday talked to a lady said that he wasnt their, and my PS4 would be ready by Wednesday with a discount. Well I waited till Friday an showed up at the shop to get my PS4 either fixed or not! Jason again wasnt their....and my PS4 was in Pieces!The lady tho very nice told me it wasnt repairable.Alpha Omega is a joke! I will never use or recommendThem to anyone Ever!!!

I broke my screen on my iPhone 6 awhile back, and decided to take it here to get it fixed. I took it in and he got my name and number and told me itd be 20 minutes after seeing another customer walk out on my way in. It wasnt even 10 minutes later he called me on my other phone and it was done. The price is really good compared to the last person that repaired my screen it was better to just get a new one from insurance. Everything works the way it should, and youll have good confidence knowing youre taking it to a professional. Ive used other repair technicians and theyve left pieces out and one time my proximity sensor didnt work. This guy knows what hes doing and he does it well!!!

Excellent, professional service. Dropped off an iPhone to the get the screen, display and battery replaced. I was told it would be about 45 minutes but got the ready call about 20 minutes later. I went on a Sunday, an hour before closing, and the man was very helpful and awesome with getting my phone fixed within the hour of closing time! Brought a badly broken phone in for repair. instead of repairing it for more than it was worth i bought a new phone for a fraction of the cost. the man and his wife were very nice and they gave me an awesome deal. I wont be going anywhere else for electronic help ever again.

Do not use they failed to explain water repair service advised one day service took a deposit charged, $2.00 for using CC without advising. Came to pick up ext day and then said additional $30 plus parts for water damage service and would take min 2 to 3 days. Totally untruthful when left for repairs.

Left my ps4 over and they said theyd get back to me in a few days. I went back 3 weeks later and they told me they couldnt fix it. They never even called. I brought my ps4 there because their website advertises same day repair if they have the part that needs to be replaced and I didnt want to wait a few weeks for sony to fix it.

I dropped off my Samsung galaxy 6 edge off for screen repair and was told the motherboard needs replacement. He said it might not be that that he ordered a new screen since the one he had was sitting so long and still have not received a call on repair or to even pick up my phone. Ill be getting in touch with the triple b, the Better Buisness Bureau!

Took my iPhone 7plus here to fix the screen. Two weeks later my phone won’t turn on. I took it to a different store (batteries plus). Batteries plus informed me that the last place I took my phone to never installed my cable connector shields or any screws associated with them. This will make your phone lose connection to the battery. I then talked to Alpha omega, they said that my phone was missing all those parts when they opened it up. My phone was brand new. Alpha omega continued to lie even going as far as calling me a liar. Do not let these people do this to you!!!!

I had a pretty good experience with Alpha Omega. I got my S5 wet, and the screen was not responsive. I dropped the phone off on Thursday afternoon, and he said he would take it apart and dry it for 24 hours to see if that would work. If that worked, it would only have cost $50. Unfortunately, my screen was too corroded, so he had to replace it. That took another 24 hours, and ended up costing $190. The screen isnt perfect. The home button is a little loose, and there is a faint keyboard burnt into the screen.

I went to get my phone screen and camera replaced in January. Everything else on my phone worked. I have a military discount and was told it would be $99.99. Went to pick up my phone and the screen wasn’t cracked anymore, but my home button was now broken and the camera still broken. They also jacked the price up to $109.99 when I went to pay. They told me since the home screen was broken they would fix my camera for free, but it would have to be ordered. I called for a month straight and they said they didn’t have it. The quality of the replacement screen is also very poor. I have an iPhone 7+ and can not use 3D Touch or use Live Photo’s. It’s been 7 months that I’ve had to deal with not having camera, no home button, and a low quality screen. I should have just saved that $100 and went through my carrier to replace it because I’m going to have to anyways I should have taken it back for the 90 day guarantee but was already tired of being put on the back burner with my camera that I’m sure they never ordered. I do not recommend this place. My phone left in a worse condition after they “fixed” it.

I completely shattered my phone with my car door by accident. It was near broken in half. I brought it in, and they fixed it within two hours, and it looked like a brand new phone. It still didn’t turn on, but when I tried to paid the guy said “na man, go buy yourself a new phone”, no need to pay me. One of the nicest gestures ever. These guys are great

Dropped off a PlayStation 4 to get repaired for an hdmi port was told it would only take 2-3 days it really took a week and then finally said we could pick it up so we go to pick it up come to find out the hdmi didn’t work that they put in and was told it would take another 3 days at this point we just took it back from them and will take it else where to get repaired...don’t bother wasting your time they never communicated with us we had to call them several times to get follow up info on it and it was a hassle with their phone setup

$75 for a new USB port (not bad, compared to other quotes), and he had it fixed in about half the quoted repair time. No complaints here!- - - - - - - - UPDATE - - - - - - - -After posting this review, I started noticing my fingerprint scanner/power button not working, followed by my battery expanding til it popped the back cover off my phone (had to destroy/replace the battery). I called them & they denied responsibility (LG batteries are NOT known for blowing up unless theyre damaged during a repair).After getting the damaged battery replaced, I found out that the microphone & speaker are on the same replacement part as the usb port, so the fact that everyone who calls me gets a horrible echo & I cant hear them is likely due to improper repair too (thus ANOTHER re-repair Ill have to do to clean up aotechs mess in my phone)!

We dropped our phone to replace the charger port. We got a call that the screen had broke during repair so it would be a few days. When we didnt get an update the next week, I called and was told the motherboard is bad and the phone cant be repaired. When we picked up the phone it is physically damaged and obviously not a new screen as the screen is now scratched from top to bottom. Summary: they lied about the broken screen, damaged the outside of the phone and I have no doubt damaged the motherboard if it is actually bad.....horrible service

Took my daughter’s iPad to fix a cracked screen, because of the 4.5 star rating and 90 day warranty offered. Thank goodness for the warranty. When picked up the first time the power button had been messed up in the process, so took it back. Next time I went, there was an eyelash under the screen and was notified that the replacement part for the power button they obtained was faulty so it was going to be a longer wait to get the iPad back. Following time there was a black speck of dirt/dust under the screen in a noticeable portion of the screen. Left it to be fixed. When I called for a status they told me it was ready and I asked the gentleman to check the screen for me to make sure there was nothing under it.. he checked and told me there was a bit of dust and he would start working on it and hopefully have it later that day or Monday since they were closed the following day, Sunday. On Wednesday I called and was told that their shop could not to the particular work I wanted done and I could pick it up as is with a full refund. Upon looking at the screen there was dust in several areas of the screen. Fortunately I’m the not the primary user of this iPad or I would be very annoyed by them. I was going to give two stars because I at least got my money back and the screen otherwise was replaced well, BUT since getting it back I have now seen that one side of the screen is not on right allowing a strip of brighter lighting when in use. Also, each time I left, I was told that they would call me when it was finished or to let me know when parts came in and that was never done. I had to call each time.

Took my ps4 to get fixed, was told may take up to a week to get fixed. I was the one always having to call for the status on my ps4 AFTER 2 weeks, always had his associate call back or he would lie to me saying he was working on it and it would be fixed upon the next few days, well those days turned into weeks again. Its been about a month and they have yet to try to call me daily. Only attempted once! Called a couple of places and got an opinion on what may have happened. They may have damaged it more and tried avoiding me until they fixed it. I just bought a new ps4. DONT rely to get your ps4 power source to get fixed here people, even best buy wouldnt want to deal with it.

I paid $85 To have a cracked screen replaced. The glue used didnt stick so I took it back. A week later i picked it up.. same thing. Now I cant use that phone and Im out money. Lost all my pictures.

Took in a Moto Z Droid for screen repair. They repaired the screen but broke my speaker. They said they would fix the speaker, said speaker would take a few days to come in. Meanwhile screen that they replaced just fell out of my phone due to piss poor adhesive. Still no call back on the speaker
