Ive never had a bad experience with Starbucks. My coffee is made nice and hot. The breakfast sandwich I tried this morning. Im not a fan of sausage, but I ate it easy enough! I was hungry what can I say?

We ordered 3 different drinks today and my daughter had to send hers back 2 different time in order to have it made correctly. I was not very impressed. If you decide to buy an expensive drink as a treat, you kinda expect it to be what you ordered and PAID for.

Left out things on drink when called them to let them know they had that oh well attitude and just wanted to hang up. Second time they screw my order up and have the same result when I call them back. Hope May the manager reads this and trains her people better!!!!

Everyone needs beans in their lives wouldnt you agree? Was what the workers were discussing when my school bus arrived. Evryone was friendly and they had a post-it board with nice messages.

Yummy breakfast and the hot chai tea latte is a must in the morning for me. Drive through can get congested during peak hours but moves pretty quickly.

Experienced this store while staying a week in CC. Consistently slow and backed up drive thru. Consistently slow on on mobile orders.

The rudest Starbucks Ive ever been too. And they messed up both of my drinks. I asked him to fix one and he got so upset as if he was the one with the bad drink. We go to Starbucks in many towns when we travel and have never experienced a barista to get upset after asking them if they could fix the drink. Theyre usually really happy to help. Not tonight. Well make sure not to stop here the next time were in town.

Everything Was Going Great Until Their Credit/Debit Machine Wasnt Working And I Had To Use What Little Money I Had

We took our Grandson to celebrate his year long honor roll achievement and he, as well as, my husband ordered the Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappechino. It was horrible!! Bitter, no flavor and had a bad aftertaste. My grandson and husband threw them away. (We had gone to the drive through on our way downtown). The drinks were 4.95 a piece and that was for what looked like a small. I spoke to the manager Victoria who stated that she could not do a refund unless I came back to the store. That might not have been a problem except I live out of Corpus a bit. It is about a 30 minute drive for me to get back to their location. It was a bad experience for my grandson and certainly not a pleasant one for us either. Now, I can’t even get cooperation to get a refund or replacement. Will never recommend this Starbucks to anybody and certainly won’t go back. Buyer beware of this drink and how refunds/replacements are done.

I went there during a major ptsd/anxiety episode, trying to keep it together. They were open till 10.30pm and I arrived at 10.20pm. They gave me 3(!) Puppacinos for my 3 doggies in the car and my drink perfectly made with care. Thank you, this might be usual to you, but your kindness meant the world to me today. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Didn’t love my strawberry funnel cake frap but staff was very kind and understood and made me something different. Friendly and nice staff, gotta leave them a 5 star review :)

This place has great customer service but the location inside and out is always filthy as he#/. Everytime I come to Corpus, people leave their trash on tables, floor and allow their kids to do the same. I often see grown adults leave diapers on the group by their car and drive off. Im glad the workers hete work hard to keep this place clean and nice. adult leave

This is normally one of the best Starbucks in corpus but the parking lot is stupid ridiculous.

A strawberry in a Green tea late???? Seriously?? Taste are awful, just like they made the drink from whatever leftover after rinse off the machine.

Ok it’s a Starbucks so pretty much the same as the others. Placed a mobile order on my Starbucks app. Liked all the cups they had for sale inside but seemed pretty pricey. My coffee was ready and correct. Have had issues in the past at the location forgetting to add in my syrup, sweeteners etc. not is this time

On our way out of Corpus Christi stop for some breakfast. The breakfast 🥐 and wrap 🥰🤗😋. Super good and filling. The Caramel and White bean frappuccino super nice. Service was fast even though they were packed.

Great drink and service but strongly disliked the paper straw sure to falling apart halfway through my drink.

The service is smooth and quick. The staff is friendly and quick on their feet.

Took an hour and a half just to order. If I was going to work and wanted a quick coffee I would have definitely left. The manager or who ever is in charge needs to get this store pandemic ready cause the drive thru is your life blood. Nobody wants to be waiting no damn almost 2 hours for a coffee.

For like, the first time ever, lol I was able to get right in out- I think there was 1 car in front of me and they were leaving as I pulled up. They had exactly what I ordered and made it perfectly!

Had to use this place over my regular shoppe. Feel it is hard to get into and out of. Food and drinks are average. They did have what I needed where my regular shoppe was out.

This is how they gave me the pink drink….. I’d avoid it.

Worst customer service ever! They humiliate people that can’t speak perfect English. It is not true that Starbucks is against discrimination.

Now that Adan and Mike are there, the place is great! I didnt prefer to go to this location before but now its my knew go-to for coffee. Im even willing to travel out of my way for it.

This is the only Starbucks in corpus that gets my orders right every time. its so clean and the staff is awesome and so friendly. they remember who you are and always smiling. the parking is tight but its so worth it.

My 1 year old woke up at 6 am and I have a pretty bad head ache so to get out of the house, we get some Starbucks. I’m assuming her name was Aileen because it was on her mask...well she was very kind and made my morning that much better! Patient with my mommy brain! I went there on Sunday Oct. 14,2018 around 4:30 pm. Very rude and lazy’s Cashier ( Candice) She’s talking bad behind the customer with another boy’s cashier just come in. I was order dark roast coffee. I saw her pouring spike coffee, I call her and tell her that is not right one. So she has to brew the dark coffee for me. I have to wait about 23 min. and look my venti coffee turn out.....see the picture. I think they need to be training before to work.

My cappuccino was half full, machiatto was half milk, and they barley put foam on one drink . No napkins . Horrible. 2/25/21 the crew this morning was no good

Ordered a drink that didn’t have the inclusions but wasn’t notified till I paid $6 for it. When I brought up how my drink didn’t have all the ingredients, the lady closed the window in my face while I was still speaking to her. Very rude and unprofessional.

Friendly and good service. Drive through line tends to be long but moves quickly.

So I called just to ask a question. Asked about that hole tik tok thing going on with the hole food stamps card as payment, she was kinda rude. Yes she answered my question with a no, which was all I needed but she felt the need to tell me yeah not all things are true on tik tok.All I did was call and ask. Didnt need the sass or attitude.

Every time I’ve visited I’ve experienced fantastic customer service from this location. One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to in that regard. Never been inside, but I imagine it’s nice since the location is so new.

Other than getting a frappe instead of iced coffee that I asked for it was great. The frappes are great even when you want something else!

I love Starbucks. I am kind of biased because I was influenced by some friends I worked with in the early 1990s who where from Seattle. Needless to say, I got hooked. I am more frugal with my $ now and consider it more of a treat rather than an everyday event. However, I love it when I am traveling and see one. My wife 😍, she says, Whats the big deal?. I have to pull over, then shes like, Hey we should open a place like this. Yeah! Now were talking. I am glad they have expanded the menu. Just a quick tip, if you see more than five cars in line at the drive through, it is quicker to park, go in and get it. I have never, ever been to a bad Starbucks. Always pleased with the service. They do such a great job. Highly recommend.

Staff was so nice, my drink didn’t taste right I went back and they made me a new drink!! The barista even made sure to wait and make sure i liked the replacement drink. Thank again.

If you are only going to allow drive thru, then shut down the ability to order on the app. The app was made to be able to place your order, skip the line, and get your product. Allowing people to order on the app from your location makes it seem that you can actually go in and pick up your order.

Had some caramel iced coffee and my daughter had a fruit smoothie both were delicious. The wait wasnt long at all. Theyre on the corner of an intersection and traffic is congested. Gotta be careful around that area. Great service.

I was very disappointed with the wait at this Starbucks. I waited in the drive thru line about 30 minutes to even order and by the time I got my drinks and left it was a total of 45 minutes. This experience was very frustrating. They usually are so quick with their orders but today was a disaster.

I have gotten coffee here several times and am never disappointed in the craftsmanship of my various drinks.Today I visited with my elderly neighbor who just needed to get out of the house. We sat in the store to drink our drinks. I never sit in store, I pick up or go through drive-thru.First, the patio area is so crammed with tables and chairs that we had to squeeze through the rear of the only occupant and a pole next to the jumble of chairs. She tripped on the uneven concrete joints and almost fell.Second, this is no place to sit to enjoy a coffee over pleasant conversation. The music is loud so all the customers who are with someone have to speak very loud to be heard, and all of this echoes.I know that this is what Starbucks is and knew that it probably wouldnt be enjoyable.She said that her daughter used to take her to a Starbucks, so thought wed give it a go.I need to find a quiet coffee shop or diner to take her to next time.

Starbucks is a special treat for me. This time of year, be sure to have their pumpkin spice latte. Take in your reusable cup for a small nominal discount.

Tasty very delicious and one of the best places to go to for coffee if you have the money to spend I preferably went with a home-brewed version of the do-it-yourself by bang a bag of their coffee blend grind it up and you got the French press I had it recommended and it is amazing

The store must have been short staffed because I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes before deciding to leave because I had somewhere to be. Went back later and still had to wait a while even though there were only 3 cars at the time.
