I rented a trailer for a one way trip and what I liked the most is they gifted me an extra adapter so I could hook more lights up for my 6hr tow. Very kind, thanks yall

Very sneaky with their 54.95 a month for the box storage... WITH A MANDATORY $5 A DAY TRAILER RENTAL! So really its $200 a month to store at your house... very sneaky. Never had an issue with UHaul but this extra charge is sneaky.

I asked for a manager to call me back twice to discuss the issues I had but was never called back. They did not have what I reserved, 17 ft truck so they tried to put me in a larger truck 20 ft which would have been okay but the representative for U-haul at the storage location I was going be moving my stuff told me that the storage location could only accommodate 17 ft trucks or smaller. When i asked about the $50 reservation guarantee they would not honor it saying they had a 15 ft truck which I said your company charges by the mileage and i would need to do more trips because of the smaller truck. Which they then said I would need to talk to a manager who never called. So much for the $50 reservation guarantee. They dont honor your reservations or the $50 reservation guarantee.

No good place cant rent a car dolly a 2 wheel car dolly,, that the vehicle that was pulling it wasnt qualified i have chevy blazer 4 wheel drive extra heavy duty tow in back and a toyato 4 wheel drive v 8 with tow bar, an they said no, wowbthis place a joke, so i got a got a big trailer from another u haul they did great sorry this place in crosstown i guaretee it u lost my bussines an if any body needs to find a place to rent dont go to crosstown

Don’t go to this location. We rented a truck and traveled less than 40mi total because our new home is only 5mi away. We were quoted 150 for an estimated 100mi which we usually get credited back when we return the truck. We returned the truck that night and we were charged $319 on our card!!! We called to ask what the hell was going on and they said we used 191 miles!!! We drove from Rand Morgan to Violet 2 times and just drove back to Uhaul! This location is very unprofessional, the person that put the miles in system totally failed and made us pay for her mistake!! Totally unfair!! We had little money because of deposit we needed for move and now we have no money to pay the fisrt month! We will be complaining with corporate!!

Renting a truck from these guys was so easy. The staff was very helpful and very professional. For a no hassle rental and move, these guys are a must!!

The workers except Danny are very rude and seem to have been told to never smile to their customers. I wish to do business elsewhere or just borrow a truck from now on.

My husband and I had to move our belongings from our home because Hurricane Harvey made it unliveable. We had to go all the way to Corpus from Ingleside to get a truck because none were available in our area. These people charged us $105 for a 10 foot truck advertised at $19.95 a day. We were told we were charged that much because we took it out of town, like we had a choice. And we didnt even have it a full day. We were eventually credited back a portion of what we were charged, but only after numerous calls made throughout the company. Needless to say, we wont be going to this location again!

Was guaranteed a van to pick up at 9:30 PM, when we went to pick it up we found it was not ready, customer service attempted to call the general manager and they did not pick up. After an hour on the phone with customer service we are still sitting in the parking lot. Apparently the email saying we guarantee your vehicle will be ready! means nothing.
