Price went up without no notifications didn’t find out till went to go make payment& customer service is horrible. I asked about why the trash policy doesn’t allow us to throw away trash knowing we all pay this money, and the girl said “if you don’t like it move” I was shocked. I been them for past 6 years and left …Now If you want a good recommendation lock and key storage on corsica !!

Im very happy with my experience renting a unit here. When I needed to upgrade the size of my unit due to my mistake, Melissa was more than happy to help me. She was very nice and made everything easy for me while having a busy schedule.

The Storage Place - Holly is well maintained. All doors work perfectly. The storage units and pathways are clean. I did not get a discount in December 2020; however, I felt that my items and my presence were secure and safe here. It was a pleasure communicating with the staff, also.I will add that the free truck use for moving in is a nice gesture, but the truck is really in bad shape and rough. It should be replaced. If I need a storage place in the future, I will consider this facility again, but I will not use the free truck.

The staff here are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Im looking to upgrade my storage. But within these building Im currently in. They have called me with updates to my request to make sure I get what Im asking for! Great customer service!

Friendly staff always happy to help with whatever they can help with. Secure location, clean and even let us use their truck to move our stuff into storage for free. Can say enough good things about the company!

Exellent all around,its refreshing to see friendliness, smiley young people do such a good job with customers, quick to respond, knowlegable, official and just nice, no matter how big wait line is,facility is spotless and a nice plus that they offer you 10 foot box truck for free when moving in,Main guy Justn and his two young girls assistants(yup,two young girls)are a true pros at what they do,,i hope they all make a lot of money,Thanks Justin,Amber and rest of crew.

It was a pleasure being a customer at the storage place. Michelle Villarreal was amazing and so helpful. I highly recommend anyone using this storage and their uhaul truck. Great and affordable package. Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH for neing so kind.

This place is great, they let you use one of their U-Haul style trucks for FREE when you rent a storage unit! Dont know of another company that offers that. One less thing to worry about thats for sure.
