Very clean, well managed and organized, however, I have received two price increase letters in the last 5 months. Beware of multiple price increases once you are moved in.

The process of getting a storage unit set up is painless and convenient, specially right now with all the limitations we have.The facilities were adequately maintained and cleaned. The unit I got was climate controlled, which tend to be more pricey than regular ones, but you get what you paid for.I’m sure you can get better prices somewhere else, but the area and location of these units is optimal if you want to feel safe about your belongings being stored away.The staff was very courteous and helpful through out our rental period.Would recommend, for sure.

I just had a great experience renting at Extra Space today. I had an emergency need for storage and Candace arranged everything over the phone quickly and conveniently. When we arrived, Gerry kindly helped us into the unit & got us a dolly. The spaces are very clean and well lit and obviously very well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly. Very friendly staff. When I walked up to the office one of the associates held the door open for me. I was greeted by smiles and positive attitudes. I purchased 2 boxes and the gentleman who handled my purchase was training and he did a great job! I carried on conversation with all 3 associates and my experience was very pleasant with them!

My family and I recently moved to the area from New Jersey. We came to this location in hopes of getting a storage unit and we were immediately welcomed by the store manager Kerri Perez who listened to our needs prior to offering units. She took us to the first unit and we were immediately sold. She explained in detail everything that we were signing and I left knowing that our possessions were in good hands.

This is the BEST place I have ever had storage. The units are the best deal in all of Corpus Christi. I called around to every storage place in Corpus Christi, and the management at Move It Self Storage - Bay Area was the most helpful out of all of them! The units are nice, new, and clean. The gate hours are a little longer than some of the other storage places too. The property manager, Cyndi, was so friendly and helped me pick the perfect storage unit. I have moved numerous times over the years and have had to store my belongings frequently. This has been the best experience with storage that I have ever had! They have the best service and prices in Corpus Christi. If you’re looking for a unit that is clean and climate controlled. The location makes it easy to move with a large truck (they have wide isles between the buildings), and less traffic on that side of town.

Extra space is amazing! No better place to do business.

Ive been renting space at Move It for about 3 months now and it has been a real pleasure. The facilities are super clean, well-kept and highly secure. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they even do regular rounds to make sure all the doors and locks are secured and will call you if something is amiss. Oh and the rates are the best I could find in town. Online payment, setting up autopay, and authorizing users is a breeze. If I could change one thing, it would also be open overnight, otherwise five star service!

This was the 2nd time using Extra Space Storage on Rodd Field (1st was Aug/2018) and I must say I was very pleased again!! The staff is very nice and always in a good mood. The areas are always kept clean and I have never seen trash during any of my visits. I definitely recommend THIS location for anyone searching for a good place to keep your items. This last time I was actually located in Banquete and still drove all this way just because I loved how friendly and clean the place is!!!

I have used storage facilities in a number of small towns and cities. I checked out five different ones after moving to Corpus Christi, and these were the best maintained, cleanest units I found. In addition, the office staff is exceptionally friendly, and called me by name the second time I stopped in. They were very helpful when I needed to locate a service they couldnt provide. Their price is reasonably competitive, recognizing the local demand. They have my recommendation.

This is my Secret Santas Workshop each year and I love how they work with me! My kids are too nosey to keep stuff at home. They provide me with an air controlled unit at a great price for the month of December. The storage units are VERY clean, and the staff is friendly, plus the video monitoring and controlled access gives me peace of mind and a sense of security. I love them!!!

I have been a customer for close to a year, i love the staff they are awesome and always friendly. There has been a couple of times that i needed to rent an extra storage unit for either just a month or even a couple of months and they fixed me right up. when we hit a rainy season and they were remodeling so there were some ruts on the property making it difficult to get to my unit with a trailer, they were extremely helpful in getting me into a unit that had new concrete laid so I would not have any issues. I feel like Cindy and Aaron are there to actually help the customer.All of the other Move It locations are also wonderful and I have done business with all the staff at the different locations in Corpus Christi.

I researched several storage facilities and was lucky enough to find Move It Self Storage on Rodd Field Road. It is very clean and secure. Cyndi the Property Manger and Aaron the Assistant manager are always helpful and available if any questions ever arise. I highly recommend this storage facility.

This is my second time using this Move It Self Storage. The customer service from the manager at this location is great. They always have great deals and specials going on. The storage is also very well kept and there are lots of security features like security cameras and coded doors to get to the indoor storages. I would definitely recommend this storage to people looking for something nice and affordable .
