Friendly and close by, was in and out to rent a trailer for the weekend, drop off on sunday was effortless.

I have been using this store place for about 2-4 years on and off. The staff is very sweet and kind! The laddies always respond quick to any of the question I have. Also make paying the bill EASY by sending text messages to update when it is due. Also sent reminders when you are past due. Which is a really good thing when you are forgetful sometimes. He storage unit place is always clean. Another awesome features that they have is your Storage is locked behind a gate. You can access it through certain times. Overall I recommended the storage place to anyone who is looking to store their items.

Just moved to Corpus Christi. Needed storage for my extra house goods. MS.Amanda was very courteous and professional. Provided a informational breakdown of pricing and guidelines. This lady is most definitely working below her potential. She represents The Storage Place with professionalism and a customer service attitude that is bar none.

The staff are fantastic here. So helpful and courteous. We had a storage unit for about 6 months and recently closed it because we moved our stuff back to Miami. I cant say enough about Susanne and Melissa. Such wonderful service and people.

Convenient South-Side location right in the middle of an established neighborhood. Gated facility. Oh & they have a FREE TRUCK they let you use when you move-in! Dont think any other company that offers that!

The Storage Place is one of the best storage facilities I have seen in Corpus Christi, Texas. The staff is welcoming and nice and will always try their best to accommodate your needs. The Manager Krystal is exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous and welcomes everyone with a smile. If you are looking for a great storage place with friendly staff this is the place.

I am still a resident. I have enjoyed the reliability and ease of access for years now, The on site manager Eric is polite, helpful and knowledgeable in all actions you may need. I highly recommend the facility.

Rented a truck for one day and a week later I’m still here with 2 charges to my bank account after contacting the facility who said to call u haul whom then gave me a different website to go through to get my money back and it still hasn’t helped so save yourself the frustration of over a week bank hold and go somewhere else, I previously rented from a budget truck rental place and never had this issue.

Rates went up twice in less than a year. Unit is nice, staff is friendly however don’t like seeing emails every few months of rate increase!
