Units are clean and nice. One thing I dont like was today getting another unit, went to use my card for auto pay but my gf had to sign auto pay since unit was under her name which makes no sense since the card for the auto pay is under my name and Im there one saying they can auto pay with it and they said she has to sign the form. No id was checked so I could have been any Joe blow with anyones card. Did not like that policy at all so I made them take auto pay off and will not be using that option ever again.

Good place, just find it funny how they raise rate of storage units at a whim. Unless you plan on moving out the day they raise rates. They got you and all your stuff by the balls.

Excellent storage facility. The entire complex is covered with security cameras, on site attendants, and individual door alarms. I had a 10x15 climate controlled unit; the temperature was always perfect and the hallways always clean. Well lit and safe

Ive known Justin for a few years and he manages this complex at Cimarron, superbly. The place is well layed out allowing room for traffic flow to not interfere with in and out mobility. Much in dimensional options at reasonable rates. Highly maintained and clean. Attractive in itself to inquire about. Justin is an awesome businessman, and friend, and will work well with you according to your spatial needs. I highly recommend to check em out!!!

I was very pleased with the office staff, they were very friendly when I went in looking for a unit. I have been there for a 1 1/2 and I love that its climate control units and that they always have the property clean. The year hurricane Harvey hit Corpus I got an email from the storage office asking if we had any leaks are damage to our stuff that goes to show that they take care of there customers.

Absolutely love this place. I would recommend everyone there if they need storage. Very friendly and understanding people we went threw harvey and lost our home didnt have anywhere to put our things that we was able to save, here come this company to the rescue. I like this place because its very close to my house which makes it convenient. I pictured the climate controlled units to be different. More personal. Also, we need light fixtures in our units.

New and clean units. The staff is very friendly, even the other people renting out other units as well. They always offer to help or move their cars if needed. Affordable pricing, although renters insurance is mandatory but it is only $10/month. I got an e-mail that they were raising my rent by $5, but I was already planning on moving-out. Safe and secure, you create your own unique passcode to get in and out of the gates. I feel that it is a lot more secluded than most storage facilities in town, since it is in a neighborhood area rather than just off the highway or busy intersection. I would recommend renting with this facility.

We Havre been there for a while with our units. The Manager there is awesome we love the staff. Its clean well maintained, and very secure. I wouldnt go anywhere else. they are also a great place to get a Uhaul we have used that service many times and never had a problem. They are very trustworthy and dependable for sure. I am so grateful for their awesome service.
