As you know, B&O is really high quaility and luxury brand and also Miguel’s greeting and supproting is incredible. I walked into this store to check out the Beoplay H95 color options in person and was greeted by Miguel, who carried a professional and helpful demeanor. He was passionate to showcase and answer any questions regarding B&O products and even demonstrated some home audio equipment. Miguel runs a great operation at Costa Mesa and I will continue to do business with him in the future. On a side note, if anyone is considering investing into the H95 headphones, they are incredible and easily has no competition.

What turned into a negative visit, turned positive. This was my first time visiting this B&O location and first time experiencing B&O. I have been eyeballing a certain pair of headphones for sometime (H4) and Miguel made the process so seamless. He even offered other types of headphones so that I can experience the B&O signature sound. I am blown-away by the quality and craftsmanship. When it came time to check-out, Miguel let me know that they did not have stock of H4. I made the drive from LA and was slightly disappointed, but understood. Miguel took it further and offered to ship them to my address and was able to secure a pair of H4 that same day! I am not super excited to my pair to arrive and experience what B&O is about. I will definitely be back for future purchases. I am HOOKED! Thanks Miguel for taking care of me!!

I recently bought some Blu Tooth Speakers @ Bang & Olufsen in Costa Mesa @ SOCO from Adam. He turned me on to them and I’m a huge fan. As an Interior Designer in Orange County for over 25 Years, I never knew that B&O could handle all my clients Audio/Visual needs. But thanks to Adam explaining their capabilities, we are now working together on several client projects here in OC and other states. Thanks Adam for making my life easier abs my clients happy.

Been a B&O customer for years. Bought the Beolab 18 and BeoVision 14 from Adam. I have an existing turntable which I wish to have analog connection to the Beolab 18. (everyone needs to try analog connection to thess speakers). I also wanted the speakers to connect to the TV via analog connection. Adam personally came all the way to Hollywood for the delivery and setup. He came up with the perfect solution, which allows seamless switching back and forth between the turntable and the TV.Overall, a highly recommended shopping experience as everyone I talked to in the store was an audiophile and had very good knowledge of hi-fi equipment in general. So whether one is looking to add to the existing home hi-fi setup or just building a brand new B&O home audio system, please pay this store a visit and ask for Adam!

I called B&O of SoCal to have some BeoLab 18 speakers installed (wall mounted) as well as a BeoLab 19 subwoofer wired up. The courtesy and professionalism from my first call to the store, to the coordination of the install and through the install itself was as good as it gets. Adam (the store manager) was not only accommodating and cordial but also knowledgable and willing to go out of his way to ensure the install went as planned, as well as followed up afterwards to ensure my satisfaction. The staff not only did an impeccable job of wiring without creating any new holes in my walls, but also did amazing cable management, calibration and left my home looking the same as when they started. These guys respect your home as if it’s their own. If you require professional B&O installation or consultation, don’t hesitate to contact Adam. It’s rare and refreshing to see that professionalism still exists on the service-side of retail. I have since returned to Adam for additional point speakers (BeoPlay A9) and more. Each time, they made it easy to accommodate my schedule and on occasion, Adam has even brought speakers to my home to audition!If you’re in need any anything B&O, you would be remiss in not contacting Adam. B&O products are the best quality you can buy. Great sound. I own 6 portable and home speakers and 3 headphones. Kwamé who helped me with my last two purchases is very knowledgeable answered all of my questions. Even follows up with texts to see how I’m doing and if I’m enjoying my speakers. Very nice gentleman.

Excellent customer service by the B&O team Costa Mesa. I walked in to the store and was greeted promptly by the team. Adam helped us with the selection process for upgrading our speaker system in our family room. The team offered several options for our configuration without any pressure. The installation crew was also very professional. Highly recommend B&O Costa Mesa!

My experience at this location was superb! I called the store before it opened and left a voicemail saying I was interested in purchasing headphones and a speaker. Before the store even opened, Adam (the store manager), called me back and talked through the items with me. He was very friendly and said he can ship the items to me right away with free shipping, arriving the next day if they did not have it in store. First of all, its very rare when stores actually listen to voicemails and call back. I was already shocked by how quick my call was returned, I did not expect that at all.When I came in within that hour, he was kind and went above and beyond, even going the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and that my husband would receive the items for his birthday within the next day. I felt confident in my transaction.I would highly recommend going into this store or even calling, because Adam and his team certainly will take care of you and if not, do everything they can to help.Will be going back in the future for more items for sure!

I have purchased my electronics from Bang & Olufsen for the past fifteen years and tho the price is higher, it is totally worth it for these reasons. You get what you pay for in quality, experience and professionalism. The customer service received by Adam Rejino, Showroom Manager in the Costa Mesa store went beyond my expectations. He is talented, hardworking, knowledgeable, available, helpful and most important he is kind and he cares about your/my experience. I recently purchased the eclipse with 18s and a 19. Adam was available from the beginning to the end. I will only purchase my stereos and other sound / vision equipment from Adam. I highly recommend this experience...you wont be disappointed.

We got the Beolab 18 full setup with additional multi-room wireless setup using the Core. Obviously B&O is amazing in its quality and sound but what amazes me even more since our purchase 2 years ago is the on-going service and invitation to events by B&O afterwards. Adam is the best of the best, he is knowledgeable, and he cares about you as a person. What Adam does at B&O is what makes me a lifetime fan and I think you would too.
