Shipping Docks are on the South side of the building #7-#16. Shipping office is in the corner by dock #7. I arrived a half hour before my 2pm central time appointment. They put me in a dock as soon as they came back from break at 1:45. He said they the product that I was picking up was just about finished being completed, so hed let them know that I was here already & waiting. Loading started at 2:10 & finished at 2:40, with the bills in hand & departed at 2:45!!On the Shipping dice, theyre Quick, Efficient & Friendly!Thanks Dana!

Enough overnight parking for a couple trucks. 8am appt ant I checked in at 7 and out by 8. Really nice people. Good delivery for me

Check in time 12:15am check out 7pm, and check your appointment time u can get there and will find out that u actually have one even if broker is saying it’s straight thru load

Rude, unprofessional. Got here at 7.30am, my appoi tment was at 8.00 am, they put me on a dock at 9.20am after i reacted 4 times and they told me go on dock number 2 but i cant tell yoy when are you gonna get unloaded. Are you serious people like this are imployed?

Rude people and lazy I got here at 2 pm and I lift 9 pm the worst company ever

Took a little over 3hrs getting loaded.

8:00am appt. now 11:00am still waiting for door. Reviving is really b....it!!!!

Drivers This location is very bad receivers they play game with appointments may appointment at 7 AM they told me 5 PM to keep me here all day day for no reason.I wish if I can give them half star.

My load was not ready, but when it was ( was not waiting to much), they loaded fast. I do not think they are big risk for ELD hours.
