Went to upgrade, paid for new phone and received obviously a refurbished. Every video taken was jumping. Exchanged it and 3 days later that one is doing the same thing. Going to Lafayette this time. Hopefully we wont get junk again being as were paying these high prices.

My girlfriend went into the AT&T store in Crowley for some things. I was in Walmart so I couldn’t experience what she experienced. Long story short, she left with more than what she went in for. She told me the gentlemen that made her experience a memorable one are Chris and Zachary. She explained to me it’s gentlemen like these guys that make your trip worth it while visiting the Crowley location. I don’t know those guys but thank you for leaving a lasting impression. Those good deeds will come back to you two. I highly recommend Crowley store for your phone needs, especially when these two gentlemen are working. Thank you AT&T.

This store was really awesome! I was assisted by sales rep Payton and Jenna and they were amazing they helped me file a insurance claim on a hotspot that two other at&t stores (Congress & Carencro locations) said they couldn’t do. They got it done in like 5-10 mins and Also helped me save money on my phone plan I recommend anyone who needs assistance to go in and ask for Payton or Jenna by far the best sales rep ive ever dealt with!

Peyton was great, needs a hefty raise and a long vacation. He helped recover all of my passwords, showed me how to operate an iPhone when I came from a Samsung. I am exceptionally please. Thx for everything.

The AT&T store in Crowley was a very nice experience. The customer service there was great, they are nice, helpful, and patient. I enjoyed my visit there. I didn’t have the same experience at the AT&T store in Jennings. The girl just acted like she didn’t care and didn’t take the time to even check on what I was asking about. I wouldn’t say she was mean but just not helpful. Two towns not far away from each other but two totally different experiences.

I went to the Jennings store to buy an iPhone for my prepaid plan. They refused to sell me an iPhone outright so I went to the Crowley store. Me. Peyton not only helped me get an iPhone but a new plan with a discount on a phone. It was the best service I’ve ever had at AT&T. Thanks guys.

Really wish there was a no star option. Honestly can’t recall a time I went into this store and actually got service and a worker didn’t royal screw up our account. Went into this store yesterday and not one nice person in a building. Witness one man even do a little dance when a customer walked out without help. Our experience with store and their awful employees was a major factor in us cancelling our service with this company. Literally walked out the store, drove down the road and switched to Verizon, saved a lot of money, and the service was amazing!!!

I later came inside the store and Mr Peyton & Miguel helped me with my troubles and got me more promotions then that was brought to my attention! Only thing they do there is sell phones. I can do that on line. Secondly they made us put mask on, she had a mask on but kept pulling it away from mouth and nose when she talked to us.

I walked in and waited at the door for someone to sign me in. Nobody greeted me,signed me in, or even acknowledged that I was there. I walked around and looked at a few phones but still nobody gave me the time of day. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Ive been with At&t for years never really had problems until the manger Tiffany got there went to do a warranty on a iPad I have she said I was wasting there time the rep helped me out anyway today phone case broke it has a 1year warranty Tiffany said they dont do that anymore never had this problem before. Maybe the bbb can change her attitude with customers

Went to Crowley office to add a line and get another phone. I was put on a different plan which was higher then the one I was on and was told my bill was going to be cheaper. Turns out my bill was extremely higher then what Romona told me. Very disappointed.

I tend to have my phones for quite a while so they are always happy to help with any problems i may come there with, i hate that they dont have more variety and cheaper options than just the brand new phones. We did get hacked while we were in the store, our AT&T account from some guy in another state but they were very quick and helpful to help us out with that too and didnt charge us the extra money the guy spent on the account.

Im not sure of the other workers here, but Heather is just absolutely awful at being a salesman. Pushy beyond the point of aggravation and counted the cash so fast that she thought she had $420 in her hand when she actually had $400. My friend had to tell her and Heather replied, Im just trying to get yall out of here. One should take their job seriously and patiently when handling this quantity of money.

Worst staff!! Incompitent and so RUDE. Polite to them the entire time, and couldnt even put on a phone case properly, it was upside down and a very sloppy screen protector job done, had to end up taking it off because it was so dirty and crooked, they couldnt even be bothered to clean it beforehand or at least attempt to. Came in for a new SIM card and after an hour of being there we left, with a new sim and it didnt even work, they simply told us it was all they could do an to keep turning it on and off until it worked.

I see Im not the only one duped by Heather. I went in for a phone and she push and pushed Direct Tv and their internet service. In order to get out of there, I agreed to allow them to come try it. They came to my house and cut my cable, which I didnt want them to do in case I didnt like their service. Their service was horrible, took two weeks to get a service guy out. The service guy finally comes out and fixes it. He tells us to give it a week or two before we make our final decision. Well guess what, at that point your 30 day contract kicks in and and their service still doesnt work. Did I mention that Heather acknowledged this because she told me to keep my cable in case I didnt like their service. We go back to see her to fix the mess she got us into and oh, she cant help us, and handed my wife an 800 number. Now we are out $300 but Heather got her commission and Im back with Cox.
