This place is awesome. So friendly here and so knowledgeable about there services and products. This lady drove all the way to Dallas this morning and then let me know about 11:30 she let me know my phone was ready. A friend gave me a ride there and he also got his iPhone fixed in like 30 mins. Awesome place and I will be returning for any further needs I may have. Great job guys.

Wow, what a wonderful place. My iPhone took a bad nose dive last Sunday night and just completely quit. I went there earlier today and they repaired it in less than an hour. Their prices were much, much better than other places and the service was just hands down amazing. Jennifer and Conrad are great folks. It’s good to support local businesses like this!

KB cellphone repair is a great place for phone repairs. They have great customer service and great pricing. I have a Samsung and they had the best price around town for screen replacements. They were able to get my screen fixed in a day and communicated with me, every step of the way. I highly recommend them! I did not try it but they do have a bakery right next store so check it out too. I plan to try it at some point. Thank you KB cellphone repair.

I got my phone fixed here this past Friday 7/24 and they did a wonderful job. This was the second time to get it fixed and my keyboard doesn’t glitch out like it did the first time, they were fairly cheap, and super friendly. Needless to say I would recommend them and will be going back if I need a screen replaced again

I had dropped my phone so many times that my screen eventually went dead, would light up but was unresponsive and had a mind of its own. Went to apple and was told my phone had no value for trade in, I was looking at over 450$ to just replace my phone with the same model, iPhone 8. I went to KB and ended up replacing my screen and fixing my phone, completely usable now, and was able to save a ton of money by doing so. After install I had some problems with my proximity sensor, they replaced the sensor and took care of me, great customer service! Very affordable! Will definitely recommend and send people KB’s way from now on.
