Worst Experience Ever. Me and my mom went to get a final bill and they wouldnt let us both in. Only one person at a time. We are in Phase 3 and they are still only letting one person in at a time???? Then when my mom walked out, the lady told me If you are going to be rude, you can just leave!. Excuse me? Just when I thought it couldnt get worse, she couldnt even print my final bill. She didnt know how to print it, even though all the details of it were on the computer. And she kept giving me false information saying I can view all my bills online and I can have them emailed to me. No I cant, my account is closed. I am so happy we switched to T-Mobile. They have way better coverage and customer service!!

If you have employees this terrified of the virus they should be working from home and not out in public. I was the only customer in the store with the only employee in the front. She was hiding behind a shield and I was sitting 6 feet away when i pulled down my mask to unlock my phone and she freaked out

I walked in, the only customer in the store. Waited while one worker had to talk to the other. Show the guy a special that my daughter who was on my plan got at Best Buy. Show it to him and asked if they had that special or something like it. The reply was, not thats something that just Best Buy has. Not, we do have those phones, we dont have that exact deal but let me show you this. Not, we can give you this price for that phone, not even, what are you crazy, we couldnt possibly compete with Best Buy! Just nope, see ya! S10+ you would think theyd try a little! That was my last trip to that store.
