Guy stated it would be $35 to diagnose the washer and it would take about an hour. Several hours later, we call him, and he says ok, it will be $140 and I can have it fixed. Ok. great. We call them about an hour before they close because we need our washer, and the guy says oh yea its ready, but he would only take cash. Go to pick it it up, and test it, but yet it still would not drain and it was not fixed. The guy says ok, come by tomorrow morning, we open at 8am and it should be good. Now its 10am, place is still not open and still no washer! Would not recommend this place.

Had a good selection of washers and dryers

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people who run this business are EXTREMELY rude and irresponsible, not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL. They had our washer for OVER a month and they didnt even fix it. They had it out in the sun and dirt the entire time it was there. Every time I called to get information they never gave me an answer and they never called me back when they said they would. Not to mention when they went to our house to pick up the washer, they charged us $40 and they tore our floor. When we tried going up there to just pick up our washer we had to call the police because the confrontation got so out of hand.

Purchased washer and dryer set many many years ago. Never had any issues with purchase needed to replace the old ones. Went back and purchased and have never had any issues and customer service is above and beyond.As with any purchase of slightly used sometimes you never know but I definitely would and have recommended V&V

Do not go here unlesss you wanna buy some broken stuff!!! Trust me!!! I seen all the bad reviews and looked past it.. i shouldn’t have!! Just don’t buy from these ppl!! When you do, you will see why!!

Lots of washers and dryers used or new to choose from they also have stoves gas and electric and refrigerators. Only bad thing is they do 30 day warranty but to get it fixed not to refund or exchange the appliance.

Read the reviews and then went to check out this place, and the other people writing these bad reviews are liars! the owner and the people who work there are super nice, knows what they are talking about, and gives great customer service! anything new or used can have their defaults, but their products are really good! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family, they are wonderful!keep up the good work guys!

Just left this place from getting a washer and dryer. The guy was super nice and seemed to have good advise whether i bought from him or not. We started off going to mr Ks down the street and that guy was so rude and not helpful at all. So we saw this place just driving by and stopped in and i FINALLY got the costumer service i needed. He answered my questions but didnt hover over trying to make a sale.

Went and the gentleman bwasnt the friendliest..not a large selection and prices were higher than others..I wont be back

I purchased an washer, the washer was leaking from the time it was delivered to my home. I called and informed the owner immediately that the washer was leaking large amounts of water. The owner came out to my home to check the washer out 2 weeks later after I called several times to follow up. When the owner came out he informed that he could not tell were all the water was coming from so he would just replace it. I called and called several times after that and finally I received an older washer machine 3 weeks later. The older washer machine is not leaking. However the older model washer machine is not what I paid for previously. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE.

Went to buy a washer. One young man on phone with girlfriend. Owner in parking lot talking to friend. I was leaving and said call me when you want to sell me something. The owner shouted Up yours, Lady. I bought a washer down the street 5 minutes later with great service and people I knew.

Bought a washer a dryer set. 3 days after my 30 day warranty my dryer goes out. I called the older guy said he was going to come out and fix it. Ive called several times and it took him 3 weeks to come fix it. When he finally comes out he says my rotars and my belt were gone. He knew that when je sold it to me and tried to charge me 80 dollars to come fix it

Dont believe Chelsea Veracruzs 5 star review. Joe Veracruz is the owner so she is obviously a family member. Seriously guys getting a family member to write a fake review, thats low...AnywayFound on craiglist. A little rocky with delivery times. First washer was too big. Not their fault. We mis-measured. But he was 3 hours late. Delivery was $35, but he didnt have us pay anything because the washer was wrong. Didnt want to come back the same day because he didnt want to hit traffic. Understandable I guess. Maybe if he had shown up when we agreed then that wouldnt have been a problem. Second one fit just fine, but was over an hour late. Not a huge deal, but Im a timely person. BUT, he then raised the delivery price to $45. Why? Because you had to come out twice? A few times over this ordeal we wanted to just call it off and find one from someone else. Also wouldnt sign a cash receipt. Says his business card is a receipt. Looking at other reviews I have seen, I hope nothing goes wrong with our washer. Definitely wont be dealing with them again.

This place is a ripoff I know we are buying used products but dangerous used productsos a different story my friend puchased a gas stove from there it leaks gas oven area and explodes when ignitedCalled atoms energy they said range is faulty took stove back v &v said we hooked it up wrong and argued with me would not repair or exchange called sears out for $65.00 they said gas safety valve and igniter was bad v&v would not accept diagnosis these people are sorry and nasty dont buy from them
