After purchasing my 2009 BMW 535 I, I noticed a burning smell coming through the air vent and tried to go to many shops for diagnosis and pricing, including classic BMW, but they weren’t able to locate the issue until I found this shop where Freddy was able to diagnose the oil pan gasket leaking. Freddy and his team, on short notice, fix the problem promptly, and their pricing was incredibly reasonable. When I received my car back, my e60 felt like brand new, all of its power restored, which I never expected is quality craftsmanship. I’m very thankful for all their help. Moreover, with the service you get with this independent shop you won’t find anywhere else, I would recommend this place for any German vehicle any time and time again. 😁👍

The guys at Motorwerkz have helped me so much. I’ve had my 2009 BMW 335i since high school (2012) and they have been my GO TO guys for all my BMW services. They have managed to keep this car (and it’s issues) always running. Alfredo and the others have been extremely helpful and I could not thank them enough for all the help on my car. They have it running like brand new.

This shop does great work, at very reasonable prices. 3 months later and my car is still running perfectly. I was given a timetable and was updated at every step. I was also given three different choices for parts at three different price points to accommodate my budget. This is a great shop Ill be bringing my Mercedes here from now on!

I believe they have a good mechanic, but management is subpar. The front desk lady / co- owner is rude and lacks professionalism. Make sure you get you quote in writing. She doesn’t see the need to call to get your consent if additional work is needed. Unless according to her it’s expensive in the thousands.

I received services from this business in 2017 when I first purchased my vehicle. I went there for an oil change for my Mercedes-Benz. A year later, I made an appointment for another oil change. I arrived for my appointment on Saturday morning. I checked the door, but it was locked. I went back to my vehicle, and called the business. There was no answer. I waited in front of the business for about 2 hours, periodically getting out of my vehicle to check the door, and call inside. No one ever came, or answered the phone. Finally, I left a voice message, and traveled home. I received a call back from a woman; I dont recall her name now. I explained that I made an appointment for Saturday morning, and no one was there. I told her that it was unprofessional that no one called to make me aware that they would not be there. Instead of apologizing, she berated me. She told me it was a family business, she was the owner, and they dont make money any way doing an oil change for my vehicle. She then went on to say that I didnt have to get my vehicle serviced there. This was so shocking to me because I received outstanding service from this business the previous year. Looking back on the incident, I should have written a review then due to the unprofessional attitude and behavior of this business owner toward a customer. Since this incident, I began getting my vehicle serviced at Park Place. Its way more expensive, but at least Im treated with respect. I do not recommend this business to anyone, unless the ownership has changed.

My wife and I took our VW Tiguan to this shop based on the reviews that we found online. Lets just say that I have learned a lesson with online reviews and will actually debunk reviews found on this site. First off, I will say that the shop did get our vehicle looked at in a timely manner. Going on.. Our VW had a check engine light on and the accelerator pedal was pulsating when driving. The shop recommended that all of the coil packs and spark plugs be replaced. They also recommended that the crankcase breather valve be replaced because the technician had heard it hissing. The shop quoted us a little over $650 for the parts and labor. I called the VW dealership and the cost estimate was about the same. The dealership couldnt get our car into be seen for a few days so we decided to have this shop do the work. They did the work and I picked up the car. Less than 50 miles later the check engine light came on and the accelerator was pulsing again. I, of course was upset, and attempted to call the shop with no response. I went there after I got off of work and asked the woman in the front office what diagnostic equipment was used to diagnose the fault and what troubleshooting steps were taken to determine the root cause of the problem. I was told that they use a $10,000 scanner which tells me that they dont have VW software. I was told that the troubleshooting was done based on the technicians experience. I said that I was going to take the car to the dealership to have it diagnosed by VW certified technicians, which is where the car is now. I said that I wanted to see what VW had to say and we would go from there. Yes I did insinuate that if VW had to fix the car that this shop should pay for it. The woman picked up on my insinuation and informed me that they had bought parts and put time into the car and I wasnt giving them an opportunity to correct the problem. Well, Im glad that I didnt give them a chance to correct the problem. The VW dealership looked at our car this morning. The coils, plugs, and crankcase breather valve are all aftermarket parts purchased from OReillys auto parts. Not just aftermarket parts, but the cheapest parts available for purchase. They did not use OEM or factory parts to fix the car. The VW dealership said that I had a hard misfire on cylinders 2 and 4. The dealership is replacing the coils and plugs currently. Whats funny to me is that I received similar quotes from this shop and an actual dealership, but this shop used the cheapest aftermarket parts they could find. This is an expensive lesson learned on my part. If you need work done to your European car, please do yourself a favor and wait for a dealership. At least you will know that the parts are factory or OEM parts. This place will charge you like youre at a dealership so you might as well take your car to one and get the piece of mind that a certified technician will be working on it using actual diagnostic software. Our car is about to go back to the dealership because the crankcase breather that was replaced failed and I have oil all over the bottom of the car. I wouldnt trust this place to check the air in my tires.
