I bought a double vanity from this company through vanities depot. Both sinks have fallen out of our double vanity within our first year of ownership. Horrible quality product and I highly recommend people steer clear of this company

OH MY GOSH! James Martin Vanities has the highest quality vanities and impeccable customer service! I bought 5 vanities from them! I wouldnt go any where else if you want the best. I got this very cute one for our managers room! it has an electrical outlet inside the cabinet too. VERY PLEASE WITH THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILLBE TOO!

I recommend not getting any James Martin products. They wont deal with customers, you have to go through dealers. James Martin wont offer replacement parts to their mass produced products.

Ordered a product from James Martin, we are now more than 2 weeks from the originally scheduled shipping date and still have not received the product. At this point, our contractor is complete with all other work on our bathroom, and we will have to pay him to come back and install the top separately when (if ever) it arrives.I would not recommend ordering from James Martin.

For pre-fab vanities that look cool the quality is hard to beat especially in that they include the top. They are unfortunately made in china - why cant we make anything here anymore. Shipping and stock can be low. I have installed over a dozen of them and am happy. Better than restoration hardware products and cheaper

I was so impressed with the showroom! We browsed so many options and finally found the perfect vanity for our bathroom. Overall, a great experience.

The sales lady showed us around the store and looked like a great place to purchase a vanity with various top selections... we picked marble . We purchased one for a house flip, was delivered only days later to the curb, without phone call or notice they were coming, (that’s the movers fault not James Martins) got all of it put together and found scratches on the marble top. We called a professional marble tech and he informed us that the top was not any marble but that it was a plastic resin. PLASTIC! On a $4000 vanity. That was not an option to have plastic nor would we have chosen it anyway. Please be cautious when purchasing.

I am a dealer for James Martin and will not be selling them anymore to my client! The quality of the product does not meet my expectation for a high end furniture vanity or the cost. They cannot seem to ship items without damage ( because it is coming from China, Im sure) and their customer service is a joke. I have been waiting 4 months for a replacement drawer front and they have been holding it for weeks! Every time I contact them I get a different version of the story!

Recently bought a James Martin vanity - we are so happy with our choice! Looks amazing in our home and the quality is 100%. Their showroom in Dallas had 100s of options and the staff helped us along the way with our decision.

A designer friend of mine first told me I should check out their bathroom vanities when I was in the planning stages of building my house. I guess it never occurred to me that there was something else out there other than big-box store inventory stuff that was either boring, made of mdf particle board junk or the only option that I thought was better, kitchen cabinet makers throwing together a couple of pieces of wood left over from the kitchen. After looking over their website I visited their showroom while I was away on business to see if it made a difference in person.....it does. Each vanity they had looked like one of the pieces of antique furniture Ive acquired. The weirdest but the probably coolest part was standing there looking at a vanity thinking from the looks of the outside, for all appearances sake, looks like a high-end piece of furniture. When you open the doors and drawers I couldnt believe how much useable drawer and cabinet space theyve figured out how to give you without compromising the external looks or the interior functionality.

We had several defective as well as missing items (two sinks) from our order. We placed the order on April 16th through one of their vendors. The order was supposed to be shipped on May 14th. The item didnt get shipped until May 28th. When the vanity arrived we noticed that all pieces of the counter tops are scratched and have dents. The paint of the furniture is peeling. In addition, the drawers arent symmetrical. Most importantly, we havent received the two sinks that were originally included in our order. I have reached out to customer service of their vendor and sent them photos as requested. after 20 emails and 15 phone calls later I still dont have an ETA for the replacement.

I keep receiving mails from them filling up my junk mailbox. They must be desperate buying mailing list. Im not even state side for crying out loud.

Cabinets are just wonderful. Owner and the staff is just amazing...I wish I could give 10 stars..
