I visited Home Goods today. I bought a couple of Fall pillows and some thank you cards. I love this store. They have very cute accessories for the house. I will definitely be shopping here again.

They carry a lot of nice unique pieces to decorate the home with.

When I asked for a discount on a very visible damaged home decor item with chips and dings and marks in it the male manager on duty was rude and unprofessional. Seemed annoyed that I even pointed out the item was damaged and he rudely asked “what’s wrong with it” and after I pointed out the multiple damages he didn’t immediately respond and just turned around and was typing on his scanner and we’re all just standing there in awkward silence as I’m still waiting for a response and then he finally turns around and slaps on the new sticker and says “it’ll be $29 flat” and turns around to go back to whatever he was doing. Such an unprofessional and awkward experience and unnecessary might I add. It’s completely normal to ask for discount or further markdowns on clearly visible damaged items that are still marked full price at their chain of stores. Normally the manager would examine the damages for themselves and let you know (politely) if they will either take off 10% or a certain dollar amount and ask if that’s fine with you and if you still wanted it (before they even go through the process of printing off a new sticker) Mind you the item was originally marked $29.99 ….. if it was just for the 99 cent discount I would’ve saved the awkward and rude experience with this unprofessional rude man and paid the 99 cents and just bought it full price or not buy it at all! Why would any customer want to spend money at a store where you’re treated like nothing….. he seemed like he hated being there and his negative energy definitely rubbed off onto his younger associates as the cashier was almost just as rude as him and seemed like she didn’t care to be there either. Probably won’t be shopping at this location for a while and if I see that same manager working again I will steer clear and run the other way and spend my money elsewhere!

This location always has good finds. I found a great piece of art and a couple of other things.

I purchased 2 large chairs from here and returned the 2 I bought previously. The experience was easy. The manager was organized. Very satisfied!

Kinda expensive, but have nice and top shelf items. I only go once a month, because it is so expensive.

Variety of merchandise, almost like a Tuesday Morning. Nicer merchandise

Has plenty of great deals on anything to do with your home or office. The entrance steps are a bit steep and awkward but there is an elevator if you decide the steps are not for you.

Large store but the aisles are close together so it makes it extremely difficult to move through the store and shop with a basket and also other customers walking through the aisle shopping. Can get crowded very easily. Nice selection of items and friendly staff

My wife wanted a cork board to hang her pictures on -- and saw one she really liked that came from Home Goods. So off we went. This was our first time in the store and we overwhelmed with the size of the store, the quality of the merchandise, the variety of decorating fashions and the low prices. Oh, and the five people pushing carts around the shop resupplying the shelves. A busy place. Unfortunately we could find a match for the cork bulletin board we had seen. But, we will be back to shop some more.

Its like a massive underground warehouse, i would defintly park and go in from the back door as it was hectic walking out carrying my purchase, nothing to do with the establishment, excellent layout with a tip top rug area, very helpful and diverse employees defiantly coming back,

I do enjoy this store thoroughly. However, they should have a limit on the number of people allowed in the space at one time. They should also require children to be wearing masks! I was there this past weekend and there were multiple children running around and had no masks on. They should be required

I can’t even begin to say how disappointed I am at this location. My experiences get worse and worse. My specific issue being the Manager. The way you treated my mother as if she was an inconvenience to you as you were simply stocking shelves. I work at a store that is heavily focused on customer service and I would’ve never dismissed a customer like you did. She was simply asking were a certain product would be. Believe me, as part of my job I stock shelves and when a customer asks me where something is I WITHOUT A PROBLEM show them where it is. You Sir “manager”, are useless and RUDE.Also the number of people in store is appalling.

I was there yesterday to buy a large tree statue. Terrance was greeting people up front and assisting customers with large purchases. He was friendly, organized, and professional. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be back for sure.

HomeGoods has become my guilty pleasure. The prices are amazing and the quality is great too. It’s not like IKEA, where my bookshelf falls apart because of the cheap wood. HomeGoods is great quality and some is the best pricing. The variety is massive and basically you have everything you’ll need for your home in one location. Be ready to spend hours at HomeGoods, trust me!The location is kept clean and organized and the staff are wonderful and always willing to help you. My experiences with AtHome are not the same as HomeGoods.

I found all my 2020 Scandi gnome decor for Christmas here today....great selection. Not too crowded either.

Go early as it gets very busy but the store was very clean and organized. I love this location.

Great selection but don’t expect much on the side of customer service. Some manager stood by the cashier girl as she struggled checking out TWO basketful full of merchandise.On the way I found one 1 bookend AND it was visibly broken! When I asked a discount the manager only discounted for missing bookend, and not the fact that it was broken.When I said “I might as well not buy it, he abruptly took it out of my hands.”Spending the $10 for this was a drop in the bucket since I had spent $550!Rude, lazy manager. He was at the exit side on June 13th. Some bald guy.Not going back. Ridiculous!

Parking is good underground. The entrance is right there. We like the store, because they always have lots of good stuff, at really good prices. They have an excellent selection. Thats the only drawback. Its packed to the rafters with stuff strewn around everywhere.Theres no rhyme or reason to how they stock: They just pack everything on tables and shelves. You never know if youll ever be able to find what was there a week ago.So, its disorganized, but still strangely fun to go there. Could have more checkouts open.

Staff is helpful if needed.One thing thats nice about the store is that the merchandise selection rotates to such a degree that I can go in about every other week and there are new find that I simply do not find at other stores. They carry food and snacks plus coffee and hot chocolate.Thats not all there is a small selection of chairs and rugs. Not to be forgotten there is bedding and comforters at great prices.Worth a trip at least every other week.

Was greeted warmly, but the store was a mess and some aisles were at times impossible to get through due to the messes. The cashier was angry and let us know it, Im sure anyone could feel her ready to snap. I was able to purchase pillows that I needed but they were not a price that I expected, way too high. I would say that I have been to several different home good stores in other areas and in michigan and was shocked.

Not coming back to this one.Everything about this particular store was overwhelming. The isles were tight and way too many customers inside all at once. I saw that they were counting how many ppl entered the store, but what was the purpose in that? Literally felt like I was at a Black Friday sale.

Second time around worst customer service ever. First one two weeks ago standing in line for over 10 minutes while two clerks ringing up customer in front of me. One associate looks at with a snarky look on her face, walks away from a register....when the other one is trying to finish up her transaction with a lot of items. Since the customer was trying to make her mind up what yo purchase..it took another 10 minutes for me yp be checked out.When I asked to speak with someone in charge...surprise surprise...clerk/manager in charge shows up...claiming she did not see me in line. Her name is Ona or Una.Todays shopping experience was even worse.Found for plates of Kate Spade that clearly says on the ticket Set of 4...yet they were individually priced. When I asked to get them priced properly...to my surprise same clerk/person in charge..showes up cutting off the conversation..thats the price this is it!I purchased them...walk away through checking line..found something else un the aisle...to my surprise...both of them were talking trash about a customer (me)..who does not know what she buys..she should know better...When I appeared from the corner..i mention to the Manager in charge (Ona or Una ..her name) that perhaps would be wise to wait until customer leaves the store to be disrespectful...or at least look around...I would give a zero Stars...but that option is not available.

Great place for ALL your home decor needs. Awesome prices, quality merchandise. My only complaint is... The store was a mess. Everything was tossed around, not organized. I understand that happens sometimes, but there wasnt anyone trying to straighten it up either.

Prices are hit or miss, some items a great deal, while others marked dramatically higher than other stores regular sale price. Still a go to for items and highly recommend.

I love HomeGoods store. I have to visit each time Im in the Dallas area. They have beautiful items for your home.

Theres a lot going on here. Too much, in fact. The store is cramped, the parking is bad, and the prices are terrible for the cheap quality products available. Go to Michaels, Hobby Lobby, The Container Store, or World Market instead. The only redeeming thing is the friendly staff.

I love this store i like browsing and once in a while you can find some interesting decor and trinkets.

This place is extremely dangerous. You want to walk out with everything in the store since it’s all priced so low! I love coming here, their selection is great.

I put aside a mirror at the checkout area, while I kept shopping, and when I went to pick it up, the lady had already sold it to someone else, so disappointing experience

This Homegoods has less of a selection than most I have been to and staff varies from good to average. Cell signal inside is almost nonexistent as they are below street level so its hard to send pics of items to my family when I find an item for them.

The store is clean and organized..if u have ever been into any Homegoods most are chaotic as far as items displayed and staff. This location is excellent.

Overall, what you would expect from a HomeGoods! This location is quite large and has an extensive product selection. The only downsides to this location in particular are the two entrances which result in employees being spread thin across two separate checkout areas along with the overall sense of clutter which this location seems to be plagued with for some reason.

This is an amazing HomeGoods, they have everything. The only issue is checkout, every time I go it takes more than 10 minutes to finally get to a cashier, they never have enough cashiers.

Im not sure if everyone realizes that there is a check out counter at both, the front AND the back of the store.. I know that I didnt notice the one in the back, my first visit, or two, here.

Great selection and prices. Parking is not as intuitive as other locations but after the first time you should be fine. My one complaint is related to my most recent visit: plain clothes inventory control people were more obvious than usual and I was uncomfortable, feeling like I was being watched/tracked and shouldnt linger too long in any one aisle. Unfortunately, as a darkskinned person being followed or treated as inherently suspicious in stores happens at times and I try not to let it get to me. However, I would like the luxury of zoning out and contemplating excessive kitchen organizers like everyone else. My only ask is that store personnel be more subtle - and smarter - about who youre targeting. Despite having dark skin, a woman wearing fitted clothing and carrying a tiny purse is probably not going to attempt to stuff a lamp in her sock.

The bargains in this place are unbeatable!!! And if you look hard enough you can find some seriously awesome stuff for every single room in the house!

I used to love this store, but the past two times I have been here, it was messy with restockers and carts taking up much of the space in aisles. In addition merchandise was not organized.I was also disappointed as staff overall was not very friendly or helpful except at checkout although I have to give a shout out to one guy who went above and beyond to find out the price on an item.I didnt find much I wanted the past two times - Maybe I was just so disgusted with the disorganisation to really spend much time looking? It was just as well as I found more than I wanted across the street at BB&B.

Today was my first time going to this store and I fell in love...It was so neat and well organized. This is my new spot for my home goods.

The space is tight. Accidents waiting to happen. The day I patronize this establishment they were putting out new merchandise. The isles were blocked, carts and baskets everywhere merchandise on the floor. It was very chaotic.
