Beautiful store. It’s small but I could spend all day here. It’s a great compliment to their online website so you can see and feel their products. I would recommend making the trip to the store to see the fabric and colors in person if you’re unsure about what you’re seeing online. The staff are super helpful and patient. The assistant manager even offered to help me plan out my space with their products.

Went here to pick out some updated towels and wanted to feel the different options in person before buying. After walking in, Raja offered his help and was wonderful. Love the towels I purchased, love the color combos, and even snagged a robe I wear ALL THE TIME now. Plus the cute linen bags the towels came in were perfect and I use them all the time now. Highly recommend!

Totally shady company, we accidentally placed a duplicate order and contacted them within 2 hours of placing it and they refuse to cancel one of our orders. Instead they are going to charge us and require us to return ship it in a few weeks when it arrives.

She also helped me procure some items that were out of stock and got things shipped to me right away. Walked in there ready to drop some money on their bathrobes for my wife and I; I was literally looking at them for 10 minutes with 3 workers behind me on their phones. None paid attention and acted like they were too busy to be disturbed while they scrolled through their grams. Walked out and spent my money at Neimen’s instead. Never again.

When we arrived, we were looking for new pillows since ours were not really that comfortable to sleep on. Mindy, a very gracious and knowledgeable manager, patiently guided us and allowed us to take our time choosing the right pillows.. She and her service are awesome! She even ran to their warehouse to get the extra king pillow we decided upon while we waited so we could take them home that Saturday. We ended up getting the down pillows and have been sleeping happily ever since. This is a store that we will shop happily in from now on. If you want to have a superior shopping experience, this is the place to go. (No, I wasnt compensated for this review).

Their bath robes are so good Ive gifted 3 family members and finally got myself one. My wife bought bed sheets and we feel like were sleeping on a cloud

This is regarding Parachute Home products. Not their stores, but their products. I order mine online. I shall say i used to order them. Their sheets are fantastic. But do NOT buy their pillows! Bought 4 last year (approx 400 dollars +), and within 6 to 9 months each of them have lumped up and they are horrible. We had 2 medium . 1 soft and 1 firm. Each of them did the same lumping. Tried to wash them as it instructed, and it was a disaster. Nearly ruined my washer! Had to throw ALL of them out. I emailed their online customer service to be told since i had cut the tags on them it ruined the warranty! No more purchases from here!

I can still remember the day I opened my box of bedding, a hand written thank you note from Ariel Kaye! Growing up in the south Bronx, to what I would call a welfare pithole, left me little room for success or advancement. I joined the US Airforce in 2002, I learned the values of life, the definition of hard work, I was challenged in the ways of people. Years later I’d be sitting in my living room, successful, stable, and more important aware of the very thing that makes this world go round! Kindness, hard work, care for people. Something rarely felt or seen any more. In short Ariel in herself showed me by that little note inside my sheets, she was thankful for my business and for my trust! Years later I would be running in Dallas, and in the corner of my eye see a Parachute store front! I smiled and thought myself! Wow, what a well deserved opportunity! In short, I wouldn’t dare use any other bedding or linen company! Parachute not only has some of the greatest feels, it has the greatest quality! Slate Percale is my favorite! Always will be! Ariel you have a customer for life and I’ll continue to share with those around me the quality of your bedding! Thank you!
