This was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had! They made it come to life for me!! They have wonderful customer service and are very enthusiastic about there job!! Terrible company. DO NOT BUY. I ordered a bedroom set in April received my bed in April but the chest in September and I’m still waiting on my dresses mirror and night stands. They kept saying it’s coming have me dates then nothing arrives. They blame it on Ashley furniture as apparently that’s their purchaser and let me tell it’s been awful. I received 200$ off only and I’m waiting 7 months for my full bedroom set. Manager quit in the process. Nobody has been addressing my issue by calling Ashley furniture and bringing me the rest of my set. Absolutely redicoulous, not to mention they advertise 4 weeks for this set ..DO NOT BUY. They are trying to make me cancel the rest of my order after I waited 7 months and it’s hard to match this set. Horrible business practice! UPDATE 10/1 Rose has just called me and with a condescending tone has CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER ALL I WAITED. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BUSINESS practice. And to the question why they still sell the LODANA SET DECEPTIVELY lieng to customers it takes 4 weeks, 6 months!!! And not even,,: don’t buy, they will cancel your order after you wait, and treat you like you are at fault when they practicing bad business! Rose even had the audacity to tell “ here, you can call Ashley furniture yourself, since you gave us a bad review! … this is going to the BBB!

When I took pictures and videos of it, the manager said they can’t do anything because I bought it couple months ago.-I started getting hives on my body, I though I have allergy. I went to check with the doctor told me these are bad bugs bites. That’s when I flipped the bed to see what you guys can see in the pictures.-I went to their business to tell them what happened, guess what happened :*They ended up calling the cops on me. The police didn’t do anything, they actually told me to follow up with them after I showed them the proof.-Their sales lady literally said « Go we don’t want in here !!!! They didn’t say that when I was paying for the furniture...-I’m not a person that complains at all, I take responsibility for anything I do. Looking for quality furniture but with “friendly” prices, this is the place to go! Great service, Rose, James and the gang were awesome! James even showed us “discounted bed frames” 50% off because of minor paint, missing screws. Unfortunately it’s not the size we were looking for. Military discount too! Glad we drove up to Lakewood and looked at their inventory. We found what we were looking for!

I have shopped there before. It is not a bad furniture store. Just remember, it is a discount store; so, if you buy a fairly cheap piece of furniture, dont expect it to last forever.

This was the second time we were here in the last two weeks. The prices are more than competitive. Where we didnt find the reclining chairs we were looking for the first visit, we did find a a great deal on a new sofa. Being delivered in less than week were stoked.

We walked in the Lakewood store 11/19 in the evening. Was greeted by 2 very nice gals. Asked if we needed to help or just to browse. Answered our questions and left us to it. Didn’t bombard like a salesperson. It was nice. When we needed them they were there and when we didn’t they weren’t on us like crows waiting for our lunch. They were prepared to measure lengths with us and we’re all around very helpful. Checkout was awesome too. We really felt comfortable chatting with them.Delivery was fast. Came 4 days later right on time. The guys were polite and fast. They were here all of 15 minutes to deliver and pickup our old couch. Defiantly would do business here again.

Fairly fast check out. We had bought a bed before and everyone was super nice. We took it from the store. This time we got a sectional that they delivered. Less then a week for delivery. The delivery guys were early and ended up waiting patiently for someone to get home. Very nice. We set it up ourselves after they got the pieces inside.

Love discount direct we purchased a pullout couch bed! And till this day it has been great, we loved the service, and the fact that we were able to have warranty in case of any stains which was nice. I recommend this place for a better discounted furniture than other places.

Been in here for 20 min. 3 different people asked if I need something. I told each of them I was window shopping searching for some things. I must of been suspicious looking around for so long. To the point they asked me if I was ok. After I already told them what I was doing. I was even on FaceTime with my wife. The only reason for the second star is because I felt (hoped) the first person was sincere about helping me. Funny thing about it is. I got $5000 cash in my pocket. That’s too bad

We went to buy all new furniture for our house. Rose was amazing and walked my husband and I through the whole process. She only showed us what we could have shipped on the day we wanted it and we left feeling happy. Definitely would recommend!

This place is a very unprofessional run place. Please be aware that they do not communicate properly with one another and refuse to conduct proper customer service. We have been told way to many lies on a bed ordered many months ago always being told its in route and halfway there to, it was never there. Then that the headboard was in only waiting on the frame when asked to pick up the head board told it never came. We are not the only ones who have had an issue with this place. And question asked was met with a well you can just cancel. We were supposed to get it in August then told Sept, then October then December. Very rude staff that do not care about keeping you updated or about you merchandise. Absolutely a joke. I do not recommend.

We’ve gotten nearly all of our furniture from the Lakewood location! Never had an issue, prices are affordable, they have lots of inventory including a clearance section! Never had an issue with quality of furniture or hospitality of staff.

My family just purchased our first ever big piece of furniture. We bought couches on a Monday and got them delivered on Wednesday, MORNING. Not only do we love our couches but we also loved the service, they were all very kind professional and they even made me laugh a few times. Ive never actually felt more comfortable to buy furniture from anywhere, until I came across discount direct furniture..I went to the tacoma location.I WILL MOST DEFINITELY GO BACK FOR MY BEDROOM SETS,..soon. I will not buy furniture anywhere else.**HIGHLY RECOMMEND**

My husband & I just bought a 3 seat reclining leather sofa well in less than a month one side of the chair is stuck in the reclining position however they took 4 to 5 days to send someone for inspection, so after he left the other side as also stuck in a reclining position at this pointing time I want no fixing on this product but a new sofa let’s see what happens now, now the hydraulic in one of the arm as gone out, and its not a cheap chair as they say it is genuine leather all this happen in lest than a month.

Great store and prices

I never received my furniture when I was told it would arrived. And of course, no on ever answers the phone in the store nor was I notified my order was not arriving timely. I ended up locating the customer service line to file a complaint and get a refund. Theres no reason for it to take almost 3 months for a bed.They want commission and for us to pay for a product were not guaranteed to receive.

I am giving this store a 2 star because each time I have gone in to TRY to purchase anything the wait time is over 2 months and half of the time they no longer have the item in stock. This is extremely frustrating when the prices are really good, yet if I have to wait over 2 months for an item thats ridiculous. Furthermore, the sales clerks could use some help in the customer service department. The example I asked for a specific item and she had no idea what I was even asking, even after I showed her pictures online, I was getting annoyed. I would love this store if THEY had the actual furniture in stock. Please fix this issue, its annoying and extremely bad for business. Thank you!

Before you goto Ashely’s or any other big name store you should atleast stop at this location . After driving around to serval different furniture places and seeing the same couch in 2 others none could be this stores price on it . If you’re on a time crunch let the sales rep know . They were upfront and honest about what they had in stock and what they had to order . I made it clear I didn’t want anything they didn’t physically have in stock . I could deduct a star because the 2 lamps they sold us had paint chips but I won’t . The price and customer service was so good it deserves 5 stars.

Just got a couch from the Lakewood, WA location and we love it. Our sales rep Amanda, was excellent and made the experience quick and easy. Definitely recommend!! All of the staff was friendly and we love our new piece!

I’m extremely disappointed. I want to first say that the employees are extremely friendly and that made the experience great at first. We ended up financing a couch that we love and still do a week before moving into our new apartment. We ended up putting $600 down on our $1200 couch then we’re going to do monthly payments for the rest planning on paying it off by November. The next day getting excited to move into our new apartment we wanted to go get some things for our place. My husband looked at our account and noticed they charged us twice for the $600 we put down. We needed to pay deposits at move in or we would be screwed in our lease. Keep in mind this is a 5 days before we move. I called and said we have to have this refunded now. They were very understanding and sorry and ended up refunding it and said it would take 7-10 business days. I told her I don’t have 7-10 business and she ended up being able to refund it in 4 days. THEN it was delivery day and I paid $60 for the service where they will bring it up the stairs into our apartment. My husband was home by himself and they said the couch won’t fit in our door way with it in the box and just left. Keep in mind he’s by himself and I’m pregnant. So we ended up having to get his 60 year old father with lots of health issues to help him carry it up our stairs. Guess what?! They got it into our apartment WITH the box with no problem.. THEN today I look at my account and they took out the first payment a month before they should have and once again I’m screwed because I need to pay rent in 5 days and that refund is going to take 7-10 business days. I’m incredibly close to returning the couch all together because this has been such a terrible experience!

If I could give this store a 0, I would. After purchasing a couch directly from them, which was delivered to me broken, the only thing the female in the store could say to me was to call CS and there was nothing they could do about it. The number that she provided does not work, simply ringing and then cutting off. When I called the store, all the rep could say was that there was nothing he could do as he was only a sales representative and that the line must be extremely busy. I asked if he could call for me and he refused stating that it was not his job. So hes okay with me wasting my time but god forbid he has to take an extra minute a problem that his store created.I hope noone has to go through this and listen to the phone ringing then going the person at the extension 700 and then the line going dead.

We had a great experience in the store and were treated very well. My husband and I bought a couch from the back floor models. It was our understanding that the floor models in the back had cosmetic damages or were sat on too much to be sold as brand new.A nice young gentleman helped us look over the couch for defects and it looked great just a little bit worn. He even sat and opened the recliners and gave it a good thumbs up.When the couch arrived it appeared to be in the same condition as it was on the floor at the store, but boy was that wrong. I popped the right side of the couch recliner up for the first time, less than 24 hours later, and when I went to get up it wouldnt close so my husband got down on the floor to see what was going on. The entire frame of the couch was busted and touching the floor. Surely wasnt like that when we purchased the couch.I called to see what my options are and the manager, Judith, informed me that the only option I had was to pay the difference and purchase the same couch brand new ($200 more) and she would wave the restocking fee or pay $70 and 10% of the couch cost to return the couch. We bought the couch as is, however, I firmly believe that the couch was either damaged further during delivery and shouldnt be penalized for that.The structural damage is so bad that the couch shouldnt have been sold as it is on the floor even with just a $200 discount and it should be noted directly on the tag where the damage is located.

When we came in to look for mattresses, not one sales person greeted us. Even after looking around for half an hour we still were not approached. If youre busy with other customers at least still acknowledge that youll be with us or someone us will. We ended up leaving.

I walked in got Amanda and she was excellent let us shop no hasseles n once we choose what we wanted it was a breeze doing business with her. Recommend if you need furniture at a very reasonable price this is the place to go!

Wish I could give a negative star.First off they tried to screw my over with my discounts and over charged me.Ordered mid September said it would only be a few weeks. Every time I called, the arrival date would get pushed back. Part of my order was pushed to end of December, WTH, so I canceled it.I had to call multiple times about the other part of my order I was told would be in, in another week. A week went by, I called, oh guess what???? Somehow the buyer couldn’t get what I ordered 🙄🙄🙄 so again i had to canceled.wish I had read reviews before I went here

I had to cancel my sofa delivery from Ashley’s after the worst experience ever. I went here, found a sofa for literally half the price of very similar design and quality, and was able to get it delivered and set up the next day! The salesman was new but sooo friendly, and our whole experience was such a relief after the horror we had with Ashley’s. THANK YOU!

When I was purchasing my sectional at the store and going through the paperwork signing for white glove delivery, the lady (Rose) told me that when they delivered my furniture they would take my old furniture back with them. I was very pleased to hear this. But that was not the case, even after spending more than $1500 I still have my old furniture. They told me that I didnt purchase the removal of my old furniture and since it was not in my contract there was nothing that can be done. The two delivery guys were very nice and put my sectional together and helped me move my old stuff out. Be aware to get it in writing, and dont make the mistake of taking someones word for it.

Love the sectional we got, except, A) the strap to pull out the couch came completely off not even an hour after they delivered it and B) they lied to my fiance about payment plan and then told him they cant fix it.

Greeted within a few minutes of entering a very large store, but she let me look around without shark circling like salespeople tend to do. I found the dresser I wanted, but didnt need a mirror - she worked out all the details in a matter of minutes! Furniture was delivered within a week. It was a great experience, a nice solid piece of furniture, and for not much more than the garbage you have to assemble yourself.

I purchased a power recliner upon delivery it did not work. I called them they provided replacement. I would recommend this business!

A very rude and unprofessional manager.Purchased mattress from Lakewood store they were not able to deliver it in 10 days and when I asked the reason the rude manager responded without saying any reasonable reason just told me I can refund.I recommend not to buy any furniture from this store because it is managed by a unprofessional, rude and racism manager.

Never buy furniture from here, I bought my furniture paid through a leasing company and they made a mistake in their system which put my furniture with another leasing company after I already had paid of the other furniture with the other company. They called me 3 months later saying that I needed to pay for the other furniture I had already paid for, and wanted me to sign paperwork I was not willing to sign. They harassed me saying I was going to go to collections and told them to go ahead and do it knowing they did not have any paperwork. 3 wells later i get an email saying my paperwork was signed and ready, which I DID not sign a thing and that my account had gotten charged. They not only committed fraud but also theft. I called to get it straightened out and they tell me they are not sure what happened and that they can’t do anything about it.

Ask for Dominique! She is super energitic and helpful. She takes the time to get to know you and your needs. Also this place has overall good serive. We are also very happy with the quality of furnishings we have purchased here.

If I could award them negative stars I would. One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. My husband and I recently tried purchasing a queen mattress set from this store. They sold us a full mattress set and we didnt realize it until we got it home. We had to take it back and ended up arguing with the staff and manager. Why and how did this experience have to go down into flames? I’m actually holding the manager accountable for the whole thing. This is his store and he’s responsible for his employees and everything that happens in that store. Steer clear of this store.

Went to buy a sofa and after much time found one that I liked but when I went to purchase it the associate informed me that if I wanted to buy the sofa I would have to buy the loveseat as well. Never heard of a furniture requiring you buy another peice of furniture when they are defiantly sold separately and have there own price tags, his reasoning was that they didn’t want to have an odd number of peices in that model. I kindly took my business somewhere else. Was not willing to be conned into buying something I didn’t want just for their numbers.

I know in some places of course you dont want that it can actually be uncomfortable but here yes please follow me around. And not that she really was it was more she asked of if we needed help we told her what we were looking for and as we progressed around the store she came with and shared anything she thought would be useful the moment she noticed we showed interest in somthing! I loved it we came out with something we didnt go in looking for but that was also on are list to get so we are happy. Even after we were helped we had another gentleman come and offer help 👌🏼 I could go on it was all around a great experience thank you cant wait for our item to come in so we can pick up!

5 stars for the furniture and the service, and 3 because of the delivery. The delivery people showed up and dropped a 200lbs dresser in the hallway and left, pretend to not understand me asking to move it into the living room to unbox it and inspect the items before leaving. Didnt even bother to shut the door or pick up all the stuff they knocked over. One box had a big hole in it and i asked them to stay so i could see if its damaged and they just shrugged laughed and looked confused at the statement. Thankfully i have a truck and i will just take my stuff with me next time.

Prompt delivery and pleasant people. I know they didnt have a fun time sticking that big bed in my small room, but they were real troopers!

The worst customer service ever! My bed broke and its still under warranty. I called the store and spoke to the manager Greg and for some reason my receipt was not in there system to verify my bed! I was advised to go call and email over my receipt thank god I keep everything. I did just that and now Im getting the run around about when they will fix my bed or replace it! It has now been a month the manager has not assisted in anyway! And my bed you got it is still broken! I will never ever ever do business or recommend my family to do business with this sorry a** store! Stay away this story is no good!!!!

The no credit check option is BS, on my own I make plenty not even including my husbands income but theyre financing company denied me anyway and I didnt see anything until the end of the application they would still check your credit.
