Showed up a little before closing and they had a full house but I needed an oil change so I figured it wouldnt hurt to ask. Frank immediately got working on my car. He had me in and out in no time! He could have said come back another day but he got it done. The staff was super friendly. All I needed was an oil change but before I left he had one of the guys air up my tires because he noticed one was low. Now thats some excellent customer service! I will definitely be going back for all my mechanic needs!

Fast and affordable service but they dont go the extra mile to make sure everything is really OK, they replaced a tire but only put enough air on it,not the recommended amount.

Went in to get my tire plugged 5 minutes away from where I stay. Realized my hubcap was missing on the tire that was plugged and the tire they put on looks different than the one I had as shown in the photos below. Went back to the tire shop and was told that my hubcap wasn’t on my tire when I arrived and it must have fell off on my way there. Told the guy that I have a picture of my flat tire with my hubcap on right before I arrived. Instead of going to check to see if they did forget to put it back on he was adamant that the hubcap was never there to begin with. I would of heard the hubcap fall if it did during my 5 minute commute since I was driving very slow. This will get disputed on the next business day because he could of simply checked considering the fact that he wasn’t the one that plugged my tire. It was 15 minutes to closing so he didn’t care.

Really bad service, I do not recommend my mother took her damaged tire to be patched and they accidentally popped her tire by overfilling it, and they still had the nerves to charge her for a new tire when clearly they were the ones who popped it. A waste of money and time, please dont go there. If I could I would rate a HUGE 0!

I always choose to come here for 15 years, lately they always have new people working on the cars, there has always been an issue after I leave the last 3 times I have visited them from scratched lug nuts to chipped rims, and now they broke my lug nut lock and claim wear and tare on the 3rd time used, by a young kid who wasnt being supervised, unprofessional place, oh not to mention they didnt even reset my my maintenance light after the oil change

Someone said she needed an alignment and all they did was add air. Lmao. Hopefully there’s more to that. Don’t be hoodwinked people☹️

I went in for a wheel alignment. They told me it was 35 for the front or 60 if the front and back needed alignment. They were honest and told me it only needed the front. They finished quickly. I paid and left with a friendly have a good day. Good service and affordable.

Great place to go to get honest work who don’t overcharge or cheat you. Not the best place for customer service but if you want that you can go to the dealership and be overcharged. I trust these guys with my car and tell it to me straight. I recommend it to anyone who isn’t a car person.

POTENTIAL SCAM ARTISTS: I paid them to replace my rack and pinion but three months later I replaced my tire rods, which was yesterday, and the tire rods were severely damaged (I replaced them because they didnt fix the clunking noise my car was making which they said that changing the rack and pinion would resolve). Typically, rack and pinions come with brand new tire rods, I havent seen a rack and pinion that doesnt come with new tire rods. I asked them if they could find my invoice in their records so I could get my money back but they said that I need the original receipt for a warranty. The mechanic was speaking with sarcasm to me and wouldnt even help me out. Im sure he may recognize me, Ive been there a few times, recently, and Im sure that he may remember when I came in to get my rack and pinion changed but he wouldnt help me out. The car was still making the same noise that I brought it in for. It is my fault for being ignorant about how to deal with mechanics, I should have kept my receipt but Im sure there is a way for them to find the transaction in their records. I think that they possible just tightened up my tire rods and didnt change the rack and pinion. The parts look old.

They dont need your business.So I got a nail in my tire on the way to work and it was leaking pretty bad. Luckily, my boss had an air compressor so I could get aired up and get down the road. After getting air in my tire they tell me they are busy and it will be an hour. No problem, can I leave my truck, go back to work, and you can call when its done? They tell me it would be better if I just left and came back in an hour. I explain that Im not sure my tire will have air for that long and Im not sure if I can pick up at the exact moment they are available. The guy just looks at me and says, Yeah, it would be better if you just came back. I went down the road to Omars. If you are so busy you dont even want my business if I will leave my truck and wait on you then the way I see it you are so busy you dont need more customers. I would give zero stars if I could.

Ive been coming here for years for my oil changes. They are very professional, and they give great services. I feel like Im part of their family. Frank is an awesome person, who will give you things to consider about your vehicle.

While one can understand that people are busy, there is a level of professionalism that you should take when you are running a business. I went here to get assistance with getting a tire pressure sensor reset. One of the attendants kept asking if I needed help, so I assumed that he would approach my car to see what I needed or say that someone would be right with me. Instead, when he kept asking if I needed help, I had to walk away from my car and over to where he was working on another car, to ask my question. When he said he couldnt help me, I simply walked away, and he flippantly said Thank you, as if he was brushing me off. I said, you didnt help me with anything!. Neither of us were right, but the situation could have been handled differently. Bottom line, dont go here, not even for directions. They may be too busy to help you.

Poor quality of work and customer needs, switched our car part that needed no replacement and on top of that, workers lied about their work and is sad for people just trying to fix their car. Whats the purpose of having a business if you lie to customers and say your work is not the best and never take in accountability of their actions. Highly disappointed

They was paid to put shocks on my truck and did not do a proper job. My shock just fell off as I was driving.

Took my truck in to get it checked out for a problem im having with it initially they said a specific amount (45) to check it i leave my contact info and leave my truck later they call saying whats wrong with truck and charge me 85 for just visually checking the problem didnt even check with the computer nothing. Or to even call me to verify if i wanted more done to it which didnt even happen. He said i just saw some loose cables and thats the problem.

Worst experience, left my vehicle for repairs that should have only taken a day or 2, and after 2 weeks my vehicle was untouched. Took it a more reputable establishment and got it fixed the same day.

If I could you negative stars I would. This place is crooked. I went there for an oil change but one month later I kept smelling a burning odor. Come to find out I had NO oil in my car. I had no leaks either and I took it back and they told me that I had a leak and tried to charge me $130 to fix it. No way will they get over again. I had gotten multiple opinions, not one stated that I had a leak.And then on top of that one worker outside told me the oil change was $35 but I remember a previous time I only paid $25, so I checked inside she told me it was $25.

They said it took a hour or two. I called to check on it he said he hadnt looked it. I called back, he said he did a test on it and nothing came back wrong. I go back to get it he say i havent looked at it but if you need your car take it. I say I dont need it, iicame back because over the phone you said it was good. He just looking crazy. I said I dont mind keeping it here, i just came cause you said the test came back clean. He going to say oh you have to take it i already closed up the shop, bring it back tomorrow in the morning. Whatever u do, do not to to Garcias off scyene and prairie creek.... they put my brand new radiator in my car wrong I didnt find out til I took my car back to get my condenser fix and from it being in there wrong it a whole was in my radiator they tried to fix with out charging me.. the next day my car ran hot cuz they didnt put no fluids back in my car and my head and head gasket busted... paid them 1300 to fix, just for them to mess that up and lock my motor and they only wanna give back $300

Got an alignment ended up worse then before I took my car in. Had to take my car to another shop so they could align it properly. Turns out the Hawkeye machine Garcia uses is not calibrated correctly.

Ask for the tire rotation.. They only do the front 2. If you want all 4 rotated they will tell you that you didnt ask for that and charge more. Need tires balanced? The weight fall off before you get home. Theyll tell you their weight dont fall off. Take it back for a redo and get the same results. These guys arent mechanics, they may know a little about cars but not mechanics.
