The team was great and communicative related to the needs of my vehicle. DJ was especially helpful and was able to fit me in last minute on a Saturday. The team were friendly and engaged. The general sitting area and bathrooms were clean and well taken care. It makes sitting for a couple hours in the lounge area pleasant. When the opportunity arises again, I will definitely be back.

I had an appointment for 2 tires to be replaced. The old tires were really worn on inside, DJ told me he could check the alignment. He was friendly and courteous. I was in and out quickly. Would definitely use them again.

My family and I just moved to Dallas from out of state and within the first week had one of our cars disabled with a flat tire. We had the car towed to Mavis and the whole experience was wonderful. I was extremely satisfied when I bought my four tires 3 weeks ago. The staff was friendly and communicated with me on the process. I then got a screw in my tire and needed service. DJ worked with me to get a new tire at a reasonable price and when it was time to get it changed, everything went smoothly. and quickly.

I highly recommend Mavis Tire Supply in Dallas GA. I recently moved to Dallas from Florida and didn’t know where to get my Jaguar brakes service. DJ the store manager was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. DJ’s customer service made me feel very comfortable, I knew my car was at the right place. The young lady in the front desk was very attentive and very sweet. I am very grateful to have found a shop that I could take my Jaguar to get service, most shops do not like to work on Jaguars. They were very reliable, in my experpence.I had to help my daughter who had leave her car in a church parking lot because she had a flat tire on her way to the airport and had to take her sisters car. AAA dropped her car late night at Mavis. I got to Mavis 10 minutes earlier to figured out her custom wheels, which she was missing a 5th custom one. They told me it will arrive next day, so I ordered wheel and so the very next day, early afternoon, the car was ready for her!

I won’t be back to any Mavis establishment, after my visit, their Regional Director contacted me asking about my experience and the survey that I had completed & sent back giving them all 10’s on my experience. I never completed a survey. This location is more concerned with rating themselves with high remarks under customer identities rather than preforming the service at hand and waiting for the customer to leave honest and genuine feedback. I won’t ever trust them with any of my vehicles again and am definitely spreading the word.This will be escalated to corporate. I have no toleration for dishonesty.

I came to Mavis for an oil change and learned that I needed four rotors and brake pads. 😳 Although I am paying more than I thought, Kayla was very kind and helped me come up with a great payment option which was better for me! The technicians were all friendly and I felt comfortable in the waiting area. I am a satisfied customer and they will see me in the future.

We use this location for all of our routine maintenance. Today we stopped by to put some air in our tires. Their self-service air machine wasn’t working. Matt saw my husband struggling with it and not only came over to help, but took us to a bay and filled the tires for us instead. He was so kind! Great customer service!

Straight forward, prompt and curteous staff. Had a flat and needed a tire rotation, turns out I had a nail in my the side of the tire. They were extremely quick replacing the tire and doing the rotation, most importantly their prices were cheap

The customer service I received at this location was amazing. I had a flat on a Saturday night, so I went to every tire place on the strip of Hwy 278 in Hiram to try and get it patched and no one was able to do it until Monday morning. I went to the Dallas Mavis and Pat had my tire patched and back on my car in no time. I will definitely be doing my business at this store next time I need some tires.

Have been twice and both times they were extremely fast with their service! This week when I went to get a couple new tires, they noticed my wipers were bad, they gave me them for free!! They will definitely be getting my business from here on out.

I stopped in and Elijah the service manager helped to put air in my tire. He was very friendly and didn’t charge me anything for it either so I appreciated it. The other times that I’ve been here everybody’s been nice.

I’ve been to this Mavis actually several times to get air in my tires. I’ve been to my fair share of tire places and this is by far the best I’ve been to as far as customer service and quality goes. I had to get a patch on my tire and was out of there fairly quickly. Definitely will be back.

My final price was much higher than my quote. This company will add charges to your final bill that are not discussed before hand. An example would be that they charged separately for the oil change and the oil filter. I heard the person in charge casually telling another employee ways to get customers to sign up for unnecessary services while in the lobby. These people arent trustworthy and only care about hitting numbers for bonuses. I will never do business with them again. There are local businesses that are much more caring and I will work with one of them from now on.

I had to get one of my tire patched, I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was surprised at how fast it got done.. in the past at a different location its taken 2 hr or so to get that done. Thank you for the quick work!

Waited 3 hours to get a simple brake job done. Ended up leaving without the job done or started because they couldn’t come up with the correct parts for my car. Terrible service. Do not bring your car here.

Store Manager, DJ, opened the garage doors to open his store. I didn’t realize he didn’t open until 8:00. My tire was extremely low in pressure. Being a female, I was scared to drive my car to work. He helped me out and put air in my tire to get me to work. So appreciative of his help.

Amber, the store manager, got me taken care of today. I had brakes pads, rotors, shocks, brake line flush, and wipers done; there was a special going on for the pads/rotors and also the wipers. The prices were all reasonable, inexpensive even, with the special. But the real reason Ill be coming back (since price isnt everything) is because of the level of customer service I received from Harry, the gentleman working the front desk, and from Matthew, the mechanic. Harry came in from the shop to give me an update on how things were going and how he had found a pair of safety glasses for my kiddo, who wanted to watch the work be done. Harry provided some advice too, on the merits of where to put new tires when you only get two (front vs back) and the difference between shocks and struts. Matthew was so kind to my little boy, allowing him to work on some homework near the car so he could watch and patiently answering the 1000 questions my kid asked him. Matthew worked diligently and was polite and kind to both me and my son. Great team, Ill be back for tires and will be recommending my friends and neighbors to come to this Mavis location.
