I redeemed my vehicle back after a couple of days of it being reposed and I understand they have to go through the car to make sure everything is good and their is not anything illegal in the car, but that being said I had a security camera installed on my vehicle and it clearly shows a guy disabling my camera that captures inside and outside video of my vehicle my vehicle had 3/4 of a tank and got it back with less than half a tank also some LED lights new in a box where missing from my car Im only talking about 50$ worth of goods. I have never had a problem with this company which is a great company that offers great customer service and good quality cars, but I did not expect this from the employees of Drive Casa. I picked up my vehicle from a warehouse location on 4023 singleton blvd Dallas Tx 75212. Dont get me wrong Daisy in collections and Maria the manager where great in helping me redeem my vehicle, I have no complaints in that department. Service is superb with Mario running the service Department. I will always refer customer to drive casa because I believe it it is a great company to do business with. That being said I would expect some departments not to be stealing stuff out of customers cars that might redeem the vehicle. I hope Streeter and Rafael see this review not so I can get refunded, more so that they can keep an eye on whoever it is that took my stuff from my car and disabled my camera so they can go through my car and claim whatever they like out of customers cars.

I have been financing my vehicle with these people for about 2 years .I had a bank issue where someone did fraud and they have disable my vehicle and also picked it up . I was told I could pay my fees and get my car back now all of a sudden my vehicle is lost and I have to refinance and start all over again .DONT FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE HERE .They will rip you off the supervisor was no help !!! I know the only reason they are doing this is because my lease was up in March of 2022 .Never recommending anybody or getting a vehicle here ever again !!!

Cesar was absolutely professional, helpful, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I did my application over the phone got the approval went to the dealership and signed the paperwork. The process was super easy I would recommend anyone to shop at Drive Casa.I want to retract my review. I bought my car on Monday 8/24. I test drove the vehicle I noticed once I was on the highway once the vehicle reached passed 60 mph the wheel would shake as well with the tire pressure light was on. I advised Cesar who relayed the message to Carlos. Carlos took the car around the back to get the tire changed which at that point the light was no longer there. On my way home I noticed the wheel still checking. I texted Cesar this information along with a picture of another light that showed up that same night. I was told service would get in contact with me to set up an appointment to bring the vehicle in. On Wednesday 8/26 no go by no call from service. I finally reach out to them and the lady I believe Margarita answered. I tell her my name she proceeds to say I meant to call you but I’ve been super busy. I explained to her the issues that I was having I was asked to bring the vehicle on 8/28. I had an appointment that I couldn’t miss. I spoke with Cesar to see what else could be done. I get a text from Cesar on 8/28 to advise that I would either need to bring the vehicle that day and Lyft to my dr appointment or wait until sometime mid September to even get my vehicle looked at. I call service and speak with another lady who was able to schedule an appointment for Monday 8/31. Today 8/29 I get in my vehicle and it doesn’t start until after 4 minutes of waiting. I make a call to Cesar explain that my vehicle wouldn’t automatically start. I ask at this point since I’ve had a few issues since I purchased the vehicle if I could trade it for another one that’ll be more comfortable for me. He states that their policy is 3 days to return the vehicle but he understands my frustration since it had only been 5 days and I put $3000.00 down. He places me on hold to speak with Cesar who then gets on the phone to say that it was the gps tracker that caused the vehicle to not start because I didn’t provide insurance. The day I purchased the vehicle it was added to my policy they didn’t have proof. I speak with insurance get the email to send proof. I ask the lady since it shows a late payment of $50 due to no insurance is that the reason my car wouldn’t automatically start. She confirmed that the gps tracker is disabled and should not start until they have proof of my insurance. I call back to speak with Carlos to tell him the gps had nothing to do with the vehicle not starting because it’s disabled it wouldn’t have started at all. I expressed that it’s been one issue after the other with this dealership. Service has to make the determination whether the vehicle is fixable or not and if I’m able to get into another one. I’m highlyyyyyy disappointed in how this issue had been handled. The sales manager doesn’t want to assist with any problems that you may experience. Basically once you buy a car he’s done his part. I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership. I hate that I put my money into this place.
