This place has a great variety of stone.We love our Marble!

We were greeted promptly and pleasantly, and asked to sign in on an IPad. One of the women at the desk took us to the showroom and showed us the various sections that contained different types of stone. She answered all our questions and then left us with her clipboard to browse and write down our selections. As we were finishing she approached us to see how we were doing, and then walked us back out front. A very satisfying experience!

I highly recommend Kiva Stone for countertops! Alexandra was very helpful, listened to our likes and dislikes, and made suggestions accordingly. my husband and I loved that we were able to see the entire slab and not just a sample piece. They have a pretty large selection too.

Good place to get your countertop stonework material. They had a great selection of different granites, marbles, quartz and quartzites at really good prices. They walk you around their warehouse and let you see and touch the different slabs. They also have regular slabs and then jumbo size slabs if you need, which is great so you don’t have to buy more than you might need. Overall, good experience.

I was recommended to Kiva Stone by my countertop installer. He said they had a great selection and he was right! But what I enjoyed just as much was the immediate customer service I had when entering the door. Asra checked me in quickly (without even having an appointment) and walked me through the showroom directing me right to the type of countertop material and color I was looking for. She answered my many questions and captured my desired selections to share with my installer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We went to a lot of stone / granite places. Who knew there were so many! Kiva was no-nonsense and, more importantly, had the right stone for our kitchen counter top. Their customer service was really great and knew their products.As you have likely discovered most places will have their price levels either in some color code or level code. It is hard to suss-out what those levels will translate into - not even approximately. While I understand the reasons they do this, it can be frustrating.While Kiva also has levels, it was refreshing to be able to say this is our price per square foot limit, show us what can we afford. While the exact price is still taken care of by the fabricator, we found we could afford something nicer than we thought based on the head-shaking / and opaque levels at other places.Ultimately it is about finding the right stone slab. If youre like us you will want to look at a lot of slabs - and you have to see them in person. Kiva had a great selection and selection experience. They made it easy to find the right slabs for our project.

Excellent service by Justin and his brother. They helped us find the exact slabs Ive been looking for, for months. They have a nice selection of fabricated and natural stones. Since Justin used to fabricate counters, he knows what hes doing and is able to give great suggestions.I was able to get the physical slabs I wanted pulled out and put aside with my name on them. That way I know my slabs will be mine. Wish I could give ten stars.

I would describe this stone with two words: Honesty and professionalism. I met with Jay and explained why I am here. He took me in his warehouse and showed me every marble/granite/quartz I wanted to see. Later on, I wanted to get pricing but since I was working with a fabricator, he could not tell me quote but he told me upfront why he cant give me a quote. He was nice enough to call my fabricator and provide quote right away. When I asked for warranty, he printed a whole warranty papers for my reference.In short, I was very pleased to meet with him because not only my needs were met, I was also provided with honest answers by the staff.

I visited Kiva Stone with my countertop contractor to look at slabs of quartz for selection. I found a very good selection among a variety of white or white/gray with a range of vein patterns from light to heavy. The staff was helpful in showing us the options available and provided a sample piece to take home for coordinating with other finishes. They are oriented to the contractor community, so dont look for a showroom, just the warehouse with the actual slabs. I recommend you contact them if you want to shop their selection.

First timer here! Great customer service, was very patient explaining to me all my doubts/questions. Only thing, (not much of a complaint) while other places gave me samples of the slabs I saw and liked, KIVA didnt offer or let me know that was even an option.
