Lauren is the owner of PLACE AT TYLER located in Tyler Station is an older white women who profited off the backs of young black entrepreneurs during the middle of a pandemic and civil arrest in 2020. She refuses to refund our deposit despite us never being able to use her venue due to the federal lockdown in April 2020. She is very vile and nasty. I have emails to prove it. Never do business with this women if you know what’s best for you. There are tons of other reputable venues in the DFW that respect others and would never take advantage during a pandemic of minority businesses.
Love it...very professional Commercial Shops right next door...
This place is Awsome! People are collaborating and working together to make things happen. Things are being made, work is being accomplished, art and beer is being made. This is a great place for anyone who has an entrepreneurial venture or needs a place to launch.
So glad to see responsible development that takes a holistic approach. Very cool co-working space with a number of different tenants expanding the networking capabilities. Nice Job!
UNIQUE in N TX - Mash-up of DART Rail stop, Co-working, Brewery, Event Space, furniture makers, photography/video, artists, offices, church, Barber, Coffee, & Bakery??? Its like a Village. OH, & a Candle Maker. (Sounds like a Fairy tale...)
You should check out this extremely unique property full of great energy. It has all sorts of business merchants and provides a fun and eclectic vibe to the neighborhood.
Incredible old wax paper factory converted into offices, coworking, yoga studio, brewery. Nothing else like it in town.
These guys have been fantastic neighbors in the short time theyve been open, helping Elmwood Neighborhood Association with their Mardi Gras float and providing meeting/event space. Cant wait to make this a weekly stop to buy beer at Oak Cliff Brewing Co!
This is going to be a cool place for small businesses in Dallas.
The 125,000 SF version of Cheers. Where neighbors come together.
