Found the polo shirts in the color I was looking for my kids school. For that Im very glad. The store was pretty unorganized and messy but Im going to guess it was due to the time of year; back to school, new merchandise coming in, and everyone just looking through and making a mess.They do have a good variety polos, pants, shorts, skirts, sweaters, vests, suit jackets, socks, scrubs, etc..For sure Ill go here first before going anywhere else next time Im looking for more uniforms.

I walked in and the store is packed but thats to be expected its back to school. I didnt know where to start because of that. I was about to get frustrated but the most handsome, sweetest kid name Eric pops up. Can I help you and help me he did. Helped get me the right size, took some time but he didnt leave us (some adult workers can learn from this kid). One shirt was messed up but Eric got some assistance, got my 3 shirts (without the school logo) but the store takes care of that and will be ready in a couple of weeks! Eric made it easy for me and even explained how the logo process would work. Good job young man. Give that kid a raise!!! Oh and the cashier was super cool too!

Levines is a great store. I have been shopping at the one on Redbird lane for over 17yrs and it sadden my heart this week to see how people came in and trashed the store by opening up packages and boxes and throwing items all over the place… This store has always been nice and clean…. People we have to do better if want nice things in our neighborhood

Worst store to get your uniforms. first time i came took 2 hours waiting in line. was told uniforms would take 10-14 days come back about 2 weeks after still don’t have them. come back a month after purchase and they don’t know what’s going on with my order. all they could tell me was we don’t know, we just place the orders.” what kind of stupid response is that to give to the customers. At least call the company you are working with and see what’s going on and why it’s taking so long. had to ask for a refund and my son still doesn’t have uniforms due to the poor lack of organization and management of this store. if i could give 0 stars i would. terrible service

Okay service not enough selection in the larger girl sizes or young girl. I needed a 17 and I couldnt find any. Return policy is not enough time return and you cant get your money. If you paid cash you should be able to receive a cash refund.

The ONLY REASON I’m giving this a 5 is because of a lady that answered the phone her name is HILDA. She was very helpful with letting me know what could be going on with my order. She mentioned that there’s a delay for shirts with the mascot print on them. I’ve been calling the location on Jefferson for a few days now and NO ONE ANSWERED! that location is terrible. THIS LADY DESERVES A RAISE!

I purchased 2 pair of Dickie blue pants on 8/27. Came home and washed them prior to wearing. 1 pair are fine. The 2nd pair the piping on the rear pocket came off. I attempted to return the pants on 9/1 and was told “ you can not wash the cloths”. Levine’s just stold $32.99 plus tax from me. Note I did not want my money back just a swap. Also, no where there is a posting saying you can not wash clothing. Beware!

Great experience,They had all of my daughters Uplift Hampton Highschool clothes,blazers,cardigan sweater,vest,ties for girls,pants everything in one store.I was really pleased with Mike,that young man knows body type and size .He is very attentive and fast. Great work ethic .He won my business for next school year

Line was long but expected do to back to school, the ladies that work there do their best to find right sizes.

The Redbird Ln location is quite unorganized....not the store but the check-out process. Theres only a single line for all transactions (i.e. purchases, returns, exchanges, paying on lay-a-way or retrieving lay-a-way). I arrived at the store when it opened at 9am to purchase uniform shirts and had to stand in line for over an hour.

Although it seems cramped the staff is very much helpful. I found most of what I needed.

Havent been there in awhile. But today I went in and found my grandson some uniform shirts. Much cheaper than buying them from the school! Very excited! Called my daughter and told her! Praise God!!!!

This is not the Levines I grew up with, but with kids wearing uniforms its the best.

Nobody answers the phone they only customer service is thru email.and nobody replys back dont order online

...salesman was helpful,very polite,and had me try on a shirt from a rack to be sure i wouid have the correct size;first time Id seen that in any store,and i found the cooooolest shoes...

You cant find anything.its all every where.and they had 2 cashiers at 10am,the line went all the way to the back of the store,so I put my items down and left🤪

They had everything except shoes and had 5 cashiers to speed up check-out but, never saw anyone on the floor to help find what you needed!!

The prices for children uniforms were twice the price of buying them at The Childrens Place store. There was only a very limited amount of uniforms remaining.

Not the same Levines I grew up on it was all about uniforms. Thats all I saw no regular cloths but we found what we needed. Customer service is always good.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here tho I highly had better moments in this store in the past. All the services were great except for the older lady in the mens department area. I was constantly hovered over while shopping for my young son. Once again it only takes one bad seed to sour the rest.

I seem to love all the Levines stores nearby. Their items or products are very affordable and well made in a very nice material. You can find lots of interesting things that cant be found in any other stores. I was able to buy a pair of shoes in this place at a very affordable price but I wont tell you the price. Give this place a visit so you will know.

Given the close proximity to the Christmas Holiday, I was very impressed with the stores organization and cleanloness. I was disappointed to find that womens apparel and accessories are no longer carried at this location. I do plan to return. The staff was pleasant and helpful in helping me navigate the colored jeans and Dickies wear.

They have exactly what my kids school wanted. Here is it Oct. 29th... An Im here again... The lady who help the last time is here and went straight to what I was looking/lost for... Really good place to get uniforms.... Especially when your in a hurry.

Like the accessibility to school uniforms. The staff members are helpful and knowledgeable about the products, sales and return procedures. Dont like the lay away plan, Burlington has a better option.

They were sold out of an item my daughter needed for school, I was told theyd be in today but they werent. Just told me to keep coming in to check because they cant answer the phone. Also, its hard to tell who works there because they dont have anything on that makes them look different than the customers.

I have been going here for years for my long johns. I am a big and tall man. They didnt have any. I was told because of the Trump taxing the imports that the foreign companies refused to export goods and/or went up on prices. So basically no long johns 🙄. Im happy Winter wasnt that bad this year.

Their a/c is out & no restroom for paying customers (this told to me by the manager (the older white gentleman); so it was no need to ask a sales associate) ... smh ... raised prices to offset tax free weekend ... double shame on them... other than that... they had everything we needed 🤷🏾‍♀️

I was just visiting this area and notices shop and decided to look and see what they had to offer. There are a lot of things in there that I could buy and use so I will be back to shop.

Went to pay on Layaway for school. I like it because of the ability to put in layaway. Store is to small and its always stuffy.

I like shopping at Levines because theyve got everything that I need and the place is so cool with huge parking that I know everyones concern when considering a nice place to go shopping. Aside from their huge parking, they are also located in a very nice and peaceful place also not to mention their affordable items that you may not need to bring lots of money.

Good uniform place employee are helpful but come on get real with your fitting room super small and only 2 on the mens side and whats up with the cop at the door his head dive in on his cell phone if they get rob he will not even be a witness lol thats how focus he was on his cell phone.

I get my gray uniform pants from Levines and belts

Let me first start by saying that I have shopped at this location for many years. Ive gone here first because they always have more of a variety and with 2 picky girls it makes it easy to shop. Yesterday 01/16/2017 I went in and bought a pair of khaki pants for my daughter for her work. I bought a size 3 because that is what she requested. Unfortunately she took off the tag that goes on the top the pants. Well no big deal right. They didnt fit so I asked her to take them back to exchange them the next day. She didnt have the receipt but I thought it wouldnt be a problem. They told her they couldnt exchange them because she washed them. No way! So I came in and brought the receipt. They still refused to exchange them. The man I talked kept telling me there is no way this store would sell this pant in that condition. Well, guess what...you did. Why they were in that condition Im not sure. After talking with two more people I still got know where. I was insulted being made out to be someone who would not be honest and try to do something to these pants. I went to another store that is in Desoto and exchanged them no problem. And guess what, they were in the same condition. Hmm...makes you wonder. I am so disappointed and will never go back there. What a shame because I really like that store regardless of the location that it sits in.
