In all honesty, one of the best experiences EVER purchasing any item. We were able to try (my wife and I) many of the mattresses available and were able to find one we were both able to agree on. Weve had it for two weeks now and I can say she never had a better nights sleep. Our main problem is finding the power to actually leave the bed because its so insanely perfect for us. I recommend not only the pricing, the comfortably of the mattresses or brands available but the salesman ship. Everything was perfect. Uptown Mattress Direct is the place to go. Give or take approximately 6 months ago my husband and I bought a memory foam mattress from a very well known furniture store . First thing I want to express is the only place you need to shop for mattresses is here. The owner was professional, attentive, and extremely helpful. The inventory is awesome and the prices were amazing. I purchased a queen Serta. I have been sleeping in this bed for about 6 weeks now and my back aches have disappeared and I rise feeling rested from a good nights sleep. I have a couple more mattresses I need to replace in my home and I plan on returning to this store to purchase them. I highly recommend Uptown Mattress Direct.

Bought a gorgeous new queen pillowtop mattress set for WAY LESS than anywhere else I looked and got a free bed frame and mattress protector. Chris came in early to accommodate our crazy holiday schedule. Great guy! Ill never shop anywhere else for a mattress.

This is a true story...I arrived to town and literally googled best mattress stores Dallas. This was one of the top that came up. I called the phone number and within an hour I was at the store meeting with Chris. I checked out half a dozen mattresses and decided on one. I purchased it on the spot and then asked for same-day delivery (with 3 hours notice). There were of course no delivery companies available because it was Good Friday so what did they do for me? They white-glove delivered it to my door. I went in at 1pm and by 4pm, I had my mattress and box spring set up and ready to go. I would have had to buy an air mattress or slept on a floor as I had no other furniture. True story. If thats not worth 5-stars, then I dont know what is!

Last month we helped our nephew relocate to the Frisco area of Texas. He was starting from scratch and had to buy a lot of new things. Real important was getting a new mattress set. We found Chris at Uptown Mattress on Google and called him to set up a time to see his showroom. Well, when we found out it was going to be a 38 minute drive we almost scrapped the trip but Im glad we didnt. It is always such a nice experience to shop with someone as polite and friendly as Chris. Taylor, our nephew, got a great deal on a really nice queen size mattress set and Chris gave him a couple of brand new Serta pillows as we were loading the truck. But what really made the trip worth it was dealing with Chris. Nice doing business with nice people.

My wife and I bought a mattress from Chris in February. Mattresses are made by people and people can make mistakes. Given this, ours started to swoop a bit on both my wifes and my side. I texted Chris (yes - it was this easy) to discuss it and it was as if he went into hyperdrive getting me taken care of and warrantying the bed out. He was checking in with me every single day on the status of it and letting me know every step of the way what was happening. He ordered me a new bed (at no cost/no headache) that was actually even better than the one Id bought and had it not only delivered to my door within just a couple of days, but took the defective mattress away as well. So we set our appointment for a Sunday. I found the AD on craigslist. I liked that Chris worked with my schedule and was flexible working around the time slot that was best for me and my wife.We showed up, he probed and asked questions as to what we were looking for to save time from us looking at something that we werent looking for.We bought a Pillow-Top Queen and Box set, a Pillow-Top Twin, and a regular Twin. The pricing was better than what we were quoted at Mattress Firm and Sleep Experts. I actually got a better deal and quality of mattresses here than i would have at those other places.To top it off got it delivered the same day for cheap. Cant beat his prices and service.
