Highly recommend Dallas Door Designs! We are so impressed with the quality of the doors they made and installed for us. Their customer service and installation teams were fantastic as well. Both sets of doors we had installed were designed based on specific photos and drawings I provided and they executed them perfectly. This is a family-owned business in high demand and I believe they only have one sales person (Sergio), so I did have to be a bit persistent to get him out to our house for a quote, but he could not be any nicer! Just dont give up if it takes you a bit to get a quote, it is WELL worth the wait.

I reached out to this company based on the reviews.Kind of disappointing with there sales approach. No consulting what so ever. I was asked by there sales rep to provide pictues of Ideas of what I liked. He turns around and puts an astronomical quote in front of me. Doesnt talk about color of the doors, the kinds of glass installed, or provide any professional expertise and then has the audacity to just throw a price out there to see if it sticks. No value whatsoever. I dont think that is much to ask when shopping for a new door.

We could not be more thrilled with the new iron door, both design and quality. The installation of the door was flawless. The installers were very meticulous and great to deal with.The office staff from sales (Sergio) to Customer Service (Bianca) and logistics/operations (Jami) were pleasant to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. I have nothing but great things to say. I moved out of state and bought a house in NorthEast Dallas. Given I work from home I claimed the flex room as my office, but the downside was that it had no door. I called, they came onsite, took measurements and suggested a few designs. Needless to say I’m not disappointed with the results.

Highly recommend Dallas Door Designs for both custom exterior doors and installing interior doors. Everyone in their office is extremely responsive and their installers are true craftsmen. Our house was built in 1953 and the installers were able to adjust our existing door jams vs. replacing. Jami gave me a tour of their manufacturing facility and shared options for my front door. I wish we couldve gotten our front door faster but totally worth the wait! The pictures speak for themselves.

Dallas Door Designs is too notch. The custom made a terrific folding multi-door system to close a large cased opening. The product was high quality and the installation crew really knew what they were doing.

I highly recommend this company. They installed a custom interior French door for us and did a great job. Sergio and Jami and Bianca were great to work with and quick to respond. Their installation crew did a great job and kept our house clean during installation. The door was delivered on price and on time. You wont be disappointed.

We really wanted to spend our money at Dallas Door. After repeated attempts to get someone to respond to our inquiry we finally got ahold of a salesperson via phone. He asked us to send in some details via email and he should be able to give us a quote. After radio silence and more attempts to follow up, we finally got a quote and were told that someone would be in touch to schedule a time to come out to take measurements and get our order. This never happened. More back and forth and I finally get Sergio to respond via text. His business acumen is certainly lacking. He scheduled a meeting to which he never showed up. We decided that this was the final straw. We never followed up again and they have yet to contact us nearly a month later.

I highly recommend these guys. They are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and the installers were awesome. Sergio and Jami were very patient in helping us design our door.

Excellent service and great results. From start to finish Dallas door designs did not disappoint. From drawing up the design to install, everyone involved was excellent. They spent considerable time installing our new front door that replaced a used, old door that was installed incorrectly from a previous flip. I found DDD online and filled out their form to be contacted. The online form had me select a date and time for a rep to call me to discuss our project. At our appointment time I did not receive a call. Five to ten minutes after our appointment time I received a text from the rep stating that he was ready and that I could call him. I did not call and 30 minutes after our appointment time he called. The rep was not interested in coming out to look at our project and take measurements. He told me to send him measurements and he would create a quote. He said after I reviewed the quote if I was interested in moving forward he would come out to take correct measurements. I sent him measurements and received a quote approximately 10 days later. Thought the interaction the rep tried to make me feel as though I would be lucky to get to work with them.

We recently had Dallas Door Designs come to our home to estimate the cost of replacing our front doors. Sergio was very professional and thorough in explaining the process along with our options. After consulting with him on the possibilities it occurred to me our doors wouldnt look right unless they also replaced the side windows and the half circle window above. It would basically double the cost of the install, but wouldnt look right in our opinion if we omitted this change.Sergio didnt press us in the least to do the additional work, but we were convinced it was necessary or it would look incomplete. Jami designed the doors and windows which were beautiful and turned out far better looking in person than we expected. The entire process from design to install was amazing. The results are stunning. We cannot walk by them from inside or outside without stopping to admire them. You get far more for your money working with Dallas Door Design that you can imagine.

Wow! I can’t say enough about this company. They installed barn doors in our master bedroom to separate the bedroom and the bathroom. The quality of these doors is impeccable. Thank you to John and Heldon, the installers, they were Very professional and the doors were installed in a very timely manner. Thank you to Jami for helping us pick out the perfect doors for our room and excellent communication during the whole process. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade a front door, or add something special to a bedroom like barn doors.

Patricks team was incredibly helpful installing a new modern exterior front door on our house in the Lakewood area of Dallas. They were affordable. Ordered Milgard sliding doors and windows through their company, their installation guys do not know what they are doing.. have been going back and forth with Milgard and Dallas Door Design about who’s fault it is.. Brought Milgard technicians and said it was originally installed wrong. It’s been about 3 months and one of my doors and windows is still not working and wants to blame me for it? Keep in mind these items are not cheap so all I ask is for them to work properly.. but I cant even get that. Customer service is just not there as the owner of the company doesnt really care either. Honestly really sad when I could have gone anywhere else and got proper customer service and paid the same price. Only would suggest to buy front doors from them and thats about it.
