Had some security/storm doors installed on my front and back door of my home. Had to wait a little longer for the doors to arrive due to my custom design. Once they arrived, I was extremely happy with the installation and the way the doors look on my home. AAA Custom Windows & Custom Security Doors did a great job and I can definitely recommend them to others.  The windows and door came in within 6 weeks of the order being placed and it was extremely easy to schedule the installation.  The installation crew did a fantastic job on the installation - were very professional, courteous and thorough.  Everyone I have spoken to at the company has been very helpful on any questions I had about the products. The house looks much better with the windows - its really amazing what a difference they make!  The temperature is far more consistent and the house stays cooler in the Summer and warmer in the Winter (with a lower electric and gas bill) and the lack of street noise is huge!

We are very satisfied with the work completed. The installers were professional and very courteous. They cleaned up as they went along removing/installing our new windows. Dont know who Bob talked to but the 2 guys at AAA Custom Security Doors are fabulous! Both are hard working, god fearing men who will bend over backwards to help you. I have bought windows and doors from them for over 20 years and have always had nothing but pleasant experiences with both men and even their installer! So Bob must be talking about another company, I couldnt possibly believe they were rude and you could never convince me they were not honest! They even corrected my bill and made sure I knew that I had overpaid the initial deposit for my last window! So Bob, you are welcome to your opinion but I think that you are totally wrong!
