Took my phone here to be fixed and when I came to pick it up I was pretty much shooed away. “Here’s your phone bye”. Paid to get it fixed only to find out when I get home all the way to Grand Prairie that they never put my SIM back in!!! Note they’re closed and I have to rush to Verizon and pay $20 for a new SIM that should’ve been put back in the first place!!!! They didn’t check to see if everything was working as it should. Just took payment and left it at good luck! Call us if there’s an issue!! Yea right, maybe if I had a SIM CARD I COULD!!!

I have been an apple consumer for the last 10 years at least and I have always had amazing experiences at the stores. Today for the first time I felt uncomfortable, I went there to buy an accessory and I opened it before paying ( right maybe my bad), the point was that I have Simon lecturing by about 5 minutes about how bad was to open a device before paying and doing the right thing . I believe that you can tell your customer once, please don’t do this again. But insisting and preaching on it to the level of making the consumer feel bad ? There is no need to do that, the situation could be managed in a much better way

This place is a shining example of what it means to have good customer service. I’ve worked with them a few times and they are always knowledgeable, friendly, and I’ve never felt like they were trying to upsell me. They pay attention to what you’re saying and recommend a product based on what you need, not what the highest price. I worked with Joel and with Devon and cannot thank them enough for their kindness and knowledge!

Shout out to Randy who was so fun and helpful! I walked in early for my appointment and he assisted right away. I was able to buy a new MacBook Pro and turn in two of my old ones in less than 15 minutes. Plus Randy helped me decide on the best computer so I didn’t overspend. Very impressed and grateful!

It’s an Apple store! Two gentlemen helped me with my issue and they got it all sorted out. Top notch customer service as always and everyone was really friendly. It’s fun to walk around and look at things. Parking was a little tricky and I had to park on the side and walk around.

Brought my computer in they told me I need an appointment so I got an appointment for 6:00 p.m. and before I left the store they saw me and shipped it off for repairs. I figured it would take about 2 weeks to get new one. It took 3 days and the new one came and was ready to be picked up. I only had to pay $50 because I had insurance so I am very satisfied with the customer service.

Firstly, they make you wear masks... get with the times people, were all either vaccinated or have been exposed at this point. Secondly, how has apple not figured out a way to fix a cracked screen?? Couldnt even give me some cash for an upgrade.

Great experience. Was trying to get my son a new phone and was helped by several employees, Chad one of the managers that was assisting was awesome! I believe it was Arturo, as well that helped after my original sells person had to go to break (cant remember her name). But they went over a beyond on assisting me today, extremely patient as well and that I really appreciated.

Waited here for 45 minutes waiting for our appointment. Not a problem. What was a problem while sitting In the waiting area we saw 2 females getting hit on by their male counterparts. Amazing it took 20 minutes to get her number while she could have been working on our watch. Please keep in mind we also. Speak Spanish. Please keep in mind as customers we here your conversations while waiting at the table for you…:

I came into the store prepared to be angry as I had already spent hours on the phone trying to fix the problem the Mac update caused on my MacBook. Honestly I didnt think they were going to be able to fix it. Matt called me over and he was AMAZING. He was not only kind and understanding but he actually FIXED my computer. The BigSur update caused my 2020 MacBook to basically crash. I work from that computer and I did NOT want to lose everything on. He was able to pull the data onto an external hard-drive (thank goodness) but we ultimately had to erase the computer clean and start from scratch. Which at that point I didnt care since we saved my files. He was great and I was pleasantly surprised since the last time I was at the Apple store in the Galleria, it was an awful experience. Had an appointment to replace the battery on an iPhone X as it had swollen to the point there was a large gap from the screen separating on top. Tech broke the screen while disassembling the phone and had the audacity to claim the screen was a third party one because “every time there is a 3rd party screen they break”. They tried to scam me into paying for a screen replacement, I stayed firm saying that either they sold me a phone with a 3rd party screen (bought it at the same store) or the tech was a liar. Manager went to the back and they returned saying that the screen was missing apple logo but everything else looked right. Whatever.Ended up replacing the screen that they broke as “a favor” and I paid for battery replacement.Beware that their techs would outright lie to cover their tracks and get you to pay for their mistakes!

This by far my favorite Apple Store of all time. I drive 3 hours from where I live in Texarkana, Arkansas, knowing there is an Apple Store only 2 hours from me in Little Rock, to come to this Apple Store. Chad, one of the managers there, is AWESOME. He truly cares about the people that come in here, and the rest of the staff reflect that. If youre ever in the Dallas metroplex or closer and have a thought as to which Apple Store to go to for all of your Apple needs, dont think twice about it, choose this one. This location will forever have my business!

Purchased IPhone 11 for my 90 year old mother over the phone. Also own over 8 other Apple devices. So when a sales girl popped up handed me my bag and said thank you. I said No Mam.. get me a person to assist with this set up. I understand new Covid rules... A few minutes later she brings over Mr. Joseph Allen. He had me remove my phone from the package and guess what the phone did not work. Had I picked up the package and returned home, I would have been shish out of luck!!! having to drive back to the Apple store and I live outside Dallas county. Not to mention the frustration my 90 year old mother would have. Mr Joseph Allen was patient with me, I explained and answered each question I asked. His demeanor was ultra professional and he seemed unscaved by my strong opinions. This man is a leader and I hope Apple recognizes that. As a business owner I need professionalism and he gave it!!

I visited this month to get my phone screen fixed. Service was done well, no issues with my phone and it is as good as new. It took an hour for the repair. We hung out at Starbucks and looked at furniture while we waited. Theres a woman who was controlling the line outside that had a poor demeanor. Tall with box braids. I didnt like how she spoke to some people. Even when youre tired you need to still provide exceptional service and have an attractive personality. The people inside were perfect. Glad I have apple care.

Worst experience every, I will NOT be returning. I was checked in an told someone will be with me in 30 to 35 minutes. No one EVER approached me, I felt as if I SHOULDNT had to go look for SOMEONE to HELP me. Everyone else who was checked in WITH ME & AFTER ME, had been approached helped and sent on their way. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH LATELY, AN NO I STILL DIDNT GET SEEN OR MY PROBLEM DIDNT GET RESOLVED.

Nice employees but Apple products are turning into a total scam. I received AirPods Pro as a gift and the left one stopped working. I’ve used them less than an hour total. Took them in and the only option is to pay close to $100 to replace it. It’s ridiculous that they are selling defective products and the only solution is to force the customer to pay more.

I felt very comfortable making my purchase at this Apple Store. The staff checks your temperature before you enter and there’s a cleaning person wiping everything down. Mask are mandatory and a uniformed police officer at the door.5 stars all day

I got an appointment to get my mac’s battery replaced. I got two e-mail reminders plus a phone call for instructions. When I got there I was told that they didn’t have batteries in stock and the store was shutting down. Why would they bother sending me a notification to not waste my time?Apple, you’re great at making money, but also at frustrating your loyal customers.

Horrible customer service. i place 2 ipad over the web and i call ahead to know if i can change it to instore pick up . the customer support over the phone told me i dont need appointment to come in store. i live 1 hr away so i repeatedly asking to give an appointment so i can come in . she insists i dont need appointment to shop. i told her are you sure and she said yes . she canceled my web order without telling me she canceled. this is not acceptable customer service

Bad experience here. I can only find a park at the back of the building. Wait for half an hour to pick up an iPhone. Not because here is too crowded, but because severs are talking with each other ignoring customers. Highly suggest you go to another Apple Store to make a purchase.

I had to visit the store as my phone was not working and i was asked to get it checked at the store. The store provides a comfortable environment and with a good staff. Staff was helpful and the person Anahi who fixed my phone was very professional at her work. It took about 30-40 minutes to get the phone fixed and i was requested to wait there only, which is something which was a little of concern. Another point to mention here is the parking. The place has very limited parking. For an apple store this area is little congested. Over all experience was good.

My first visit to this store was with a 9 yr. old MacBook Pro 17”. They treated me like I had bought a brand new Mac from them. I was very impressed with the way they took care of me. In subsequent visits, the Customer Service treatment was always the same. I’ll be glad to see this store open again.With the Apple Stores being closed, it has pushed up my timetable to buy a new Mac. If any of my other devices need a reset or self-service, a Mac is an absolute necessity to restore my iPad, iPhone, etc. on my own, without having to send them off.Thanks to all the great guys and gals I used to see at Knox Street store for your fantastic Customer Service and Support!! KUDOS to ALL of you!!

Garbage customer service including the security guard who’s acting like a man who does not know anything about what’s going on inside the store and acting like she’s in charge. Even one of the workers gave her a very nasty look the day i was there in line.they treat you like a homeless approaching the store begging for money.

I bought a phone online to pick it up here. First thing, I drove 35 min to get here, the parking was almost impossible. I dont know who had the idea of placing a store in the worst place ever. Second, left my wallet in the car since I was rushing for pickup and when I got there with the email, and code the wouldnt let me pick up the phone. Then if I left, to get my ID, I risk loosing my turn. The girl attendant had an awful attitude and was not nice at all. I dont understand why they dont improve with so many bad reviews. If you have to pick up, is better to go to a different store. Awful customer service

This store is so terrible, I’m questioning my commitment to apple products.My camera has broken for over 3 months and I can’t get it fixed. I pay monthly for apple care, made an appointment online, waited for two weeks, waited again in the cold outside for two hours, and then finally made it to the desk.Suddenly, when they need to replace my phone, their system “shuts down” and I’m told to come back any time, they have my name, no need to make another appointment. Today, I come and explain my circumstances. Lo and behold, my name “isn’t in the system,” and I “can’t talk to a manager,” “can’t make a new appointment in person,” and they can’t help me.I’ve never been to a store that blatantly lies to my face, refuses to let me speak to the manager, and tells me it’s my own fault because if I “had remembered the name of my worker” THEN they could help me. So apparently it’s my own fault for following all their instructions, and believing their workers.Going to a new location. And maybe next time I won’t buy an apple product if this is how they treat people who pay them monthly and follow all instructions.

I mistakenly took my iPhone XS Max into a swimming pool for about 10-15min, it never worked again! This phone is suppose to be good in up to 3 meters of water for up to 30 minutes!!! Sounded like a guarantee to me!Took it to this Apple Store on Knox Street, and met with Gabriel on 6/18/20. He told me that they could not help me, my mint condition phone was now done, it couldn’t be fixed “safely”, and that I should buy a new one. So my phone is garbage now, Gabe? Yes it is!I ended up taking it to a small shop on Fitzhugh, and 2 hours later, like magic… FIXED!!!I’ve had Apple products since the 90’s, and never really had an issue until now.Buy a new phone? It should have never had an issue in the first place! Very disappointed, especially with the lack of effort from their representative.Do your due diligence before completely trusting what the folks at Apple tell you! They’ve gotten too big for their own good!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this store.I brought my mac book pro in because the battery needed service and would not stay charged. They told me because of another recall issue they would need to fix the keyboard which was attached to the battery. Since the keyboard needed to be replaced they would be replacing the battery for free. (sounds great)They then notified me that the mac would be ready on Monday.On Monday they called and told me that while replacing the battery they broke the display. They now needed to order additional parts, and these additional parts would arrive on Tuesday. They then told me my computer would be ready on Tuesday.At this point I am frustrated, but I felt they were doing the right thing.Unfortunately, when i attempted to contact them about a pick up time I could no longer reach them.I made more than 7 attempts to contact the store throughout the day. They did not answer the phone. I even called the national support line who also attempted to contact the store. They didnt answer their call either. I waited on the phone with two representatives that made more than four attempts to contact the store. No one ever answered and I never received an update on the status of my computer.Finally, in frustration, I drove to the Apple store to retrieve my computer.I was then informed that there was a new issue with the new parts and the audio and mic no longer work.I use my computer for daily business and this was unacceptable. I had them release my computer immediately. I now have a computer with no audio and a non functioning mic.Do not go to this store for your Apple needs unless you are willing to deal with incompetence.
