Cant disclose price over the phone, cant contact any store directly to get any answers, and cant disclose part availability in specific locations over the phone. Wasted hours of my time driving to/from + waiting for my reservation only to tell me the parts were not in stock. Repair service is probably the least transparent experience i ever had with a company. No employee really knows why they cant disclose any information until an appointment is in progress. Honestly cant believe how awful apples service is.

Don’t go to Apple Store for repairs if you can help it. I’ve had to go back 4 times and waste 5+ hours and they couldn’t fix a 3Month old phone 12 and would not replace it despite the “warranty”. Kept mailing it off. Taken 2 weeks so far and still no fix. Total fail. Should have gone to Best Buy like the Apple care rep advised.

A lady out front was very rude, shoved a box of masks in our face and glared at us. We put them on and she started complaining about us as we walked away. The store was very busy for a Monday morning. We went in to look at MacBooks and the police inside were constantly eyeing us. I looked over my shoulder and they were literally staring down my back. Very uncomfortable shopping experience, shop online and not in store. Very rude customer service and bad experience.

Look folks, first off - I do not want to come accross as a Karen.I do not leave reviews often and when I do, it is only 5 star reviews.But having previously worked in retail myself, this needs to be said.While the staff was extremely friendly, the company lacks customer service in every other aspect.Especially considering we are talking about an extremely premium brand.I went in with a damaged iPhone (with Apple Care) 10 minutes prior to closing. After being told that it is too close to closing time to look at the phone (which is understandable), I was also advised that I could not even purchase a replacement because the sales staff is leaving.I was told to go purchase a prepaid phone at Walmart if I really needed one so bad.
Went to buy a phone charger for an IPhone 11, but apparently the iPhone 13 came out today so the wait is more than a day. Lady that works there recommended I buy it online. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have a separate line for other things.

Obnoxious Service at Galleria Apple Store. I booked for my Pro device online and they confirmed with a quotation to go to any apple store and show the quote and get it. But when I went to store, they were not cooperative. They say its not a genuine email. Its sad to see that apple.com / Phone sale is not trusted at Galleria Apple Store. It is disappointing at the store that they whisper to colleague in front of customer as if customer is the villain. I wish I dont give this one star rating. Recommend people think twice before getting to this store.

I went directly to the store after calling to confirm for product availability. Store associate confirmed the product is available and there would be no need to schedule an appointment. When I arrived at the store, Derek (the manager) mentioned if I dont have an appointment there was nothing he could do for me as the store was already 40 minutes from closing and there was no associate available to sell me a product --- Derek, if you say to be a manager, please inform your employees that if someone call in advance they should recommend an appointment. Is this really how Apple is now treating their customers? or maybe Derek needs some management training?
Horrendous customer service. We shouldnt have to chase the lady with blue hair to check in. All other employees were clustered together to converse.Best Buy across the street has the same stuff, and they price match.

Rudest experience ever!! If I could rate them zero I would!! My wifes phone was just 3 weeks old and totally failed. My wife cant go without a phone and works overseeing hospital operations! T-Mobile sent us thru Apple. Apple techs sent me to this store after being on the phone for 2 hours!!! I drove 45 min to the location and not a single person would let me in even tho there was nobody in line! The manager (Dave... or at least thats what security said his name was) would not even take two seconds and walk out and even let me know what to do with the product or how I could expedite things being it was for a healthcare worker who is essential and is in operations! This forced me back home (45 min drive) and once again on the phone for another 2.5 hours with supervisors. They supposedly were sending a phone, but its been 6 days and still no phone!!!I will never buy a single Apple product again! They have lost touch with any sincerity or compassion with clients in a already social challenging society! If I ran my business like that I wouldnt have business. Its about personal touch and respect. This store has neither of those qualities! If I could rate this store zero stars I would. Made an appointment for 3:15 pm for AirPods that were not working. They finally got to us at 3:45pm. Gave us a pick up receipt for a replacement and told us to come back at 4:30 pm. We went to the pick up area at 4:30 pm they told us our replacement wasn’t ready to come back at 4:45 pm. Came back at 4:50 pm they guy tells us he can’t give us a replacement Bc our item was flagged to go to corporate for special parts . They are AIR PODS! We just got them in March less than 5 months old. These people are ridiculous . Then he told me have parts were not in stock when I clearly saw on the screen they where in stock. I absolutely wasted 3 hrs of my life and they did nothing. Horrible communication and customer service. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!! Unless you want to waste your time.
Exceeded expectations. I set an appointment ahead of time for the Genius Bar to get my AirPod Pros fixed (one wasn’t connecting). Tip: There is no line anywhere or designated area for the Genius Bar so you have to just find a worker and ask to get signed in. I didn’t have to wait very long. The workers that I talked to were polite and helpful. Gage was efficient and professional when helping me with my AirPod pros! Thank you!

I would give no stars except the sales clerk was helpful. We cannot wear mask due to lung condition which CDC states cannot wear mask or get vaccine and was not allowed in store. Apple requires irregardless of your health issues to wear a mask and assume no responsibility for health issues that may occur. The african American lady who was security would talk nice but after talk with clerk outside she was ugly, rude and tried to create a public scene saying I cant talk to you because you dont have a mask. I was starting to feel threatened by her actions. The manager made us put mask/faceshield on to walk in store for them to photo our phone order to pick up phones already paid for. My mom ended up in an asthma attack from this experience. Will never get an apple product after this experience.
If 0 was an option I would give them that. Went to the store and was told that product I bought at Nebraska Furniture Mart was out of warranty. I asked why and Tony said because Apple doesnt recognize date of purchase warranty, they go by when that vendor took deliver of it. So I paid $96 to replace one air pod and went home. One hour on the phone and they did recognize that my AirPods are under warranty but for my refund I have to go back to the store. So they created 2 hour chore for me if that Tony guy would just listen instead of talk this could have been resolved right then and there. Feel like Apple stores in general think that world revolves round them for some reason, take care of your customers, they are the reason why you have a job in the first place. If you dont like people Tony, get out of customer service buddy, its not for everyone.

I had Gage as my technician today. You guys would not understand how frustrated I was when I walked in the apple store. I had been to numerous places and have been told nothing helpful to that point. I work in sales and my phone is needed literally at all times lol. He realized how important it was to get this fixed ASAP and did a PHENOMENAL JOB and fixed all of my problems!!! If you go to this apple store please ask for Gage!

I drive 30 min to get to the store to buy a new Apple Watch then get told that I need an appointment even though their site states that you can walk in. Two guys standing outside the store doing nothing, no more than 3 people in the store but I am told they can’t help me today and will be happy to make an appointment for the next day. I am not wasting any more of my time and money to get more of Apple’s horrible attitude towards their customers

Purchased a new Iphone on 6/12/21 and on 07/14/21 the screen went completely static. I bought the phone at the AT&T store and bought a Speck case and a screen protector ($49.99). I work from home and am a recruiter so my work day revolves around my phone. I drove to the AT&T store and was directed to the apple store. At the Apple store in Galleria Dallas there was a 2hr & 45min wait. I showed my phone to an employee and she agreed it looked like a hardware issue. I asked if we could expedite because I was in the middle of my work day. They said no. People were calling me and I had to answer on my watch since they didnt know where to go interview, etc. I was then told they had to replace the screen but couldnt replace the protector as it was merchandise. After I was appalled and said that wasnt fair as it was not my fault that the phone was defective in the first place, they said they would do me the favor. I lost 6 hours of my WORK DAY. I walked out with a brand new phone that had to be repaired...Needless to say, this is why people switch to Android.
Let me start by saying that I am an Apple fan. Have been for 35 years. I received a new Iphone 12 for Christmas was sold the wrong case for it. When I went to exchange it a few days later the store was closed due to Coronavirus. It is still in the original bag and when I went to exchange it today, they would not because it was too long ago. This billion dollar company would not exchange a product they still sell, unused in its original packaging because it was too long ago during a year that has been crazy for everyone. It is a case!! a $50 resellable case and they wouldnt take back, even though it was their mistake. I feel like they know loyal customers will keep using their products because, lets face it, changing computers, ipads, phones, airpods and everything would be such a hassle. Plus I like their products. I am still in shock they simply wouldnt take the case back and give us the correct one. At the very least go to a different Apple store!
Super disappointed with Apple here in Dallas. I took in an iPad that has a broken charging port. They were not willing to do anything to help. They wouldn’t repair and told me I could buy a new iPad at full price. Their own products, even relatively new ones fail and they won’t back them. My entire home and business has Apple products and for the first time I’m ready to switch to another company.

Terrible customer service. I drove 30 minutes to purchase replacement AirPod Pro tips. I waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged and then got told I would have to wait another 20 minutes to make a $10 purchase. Try another Apple store if you can.

Let me be honest. The guys who were helping me were very nice and kind people. I booked my appointment and the guy who I met at the desk was very nice and understanding of my issue and told me I was eligible for a free repair on my iPhone. When I went to pick up the iPhone the guy behind the counter was different, but he was a very fun and nice guy. He was very social and was doing a good job in keeping his customers happy. I was thinking the experience was going to be bad based off of these reviews, but as long as you know what you are doing and treating the employees normally you will have a good time and most likely get to your end goal. Thank you Genius Bar!

I get there for my appointment, wait in line for ten minutes, then get told that line with a sign for appointments isnt for repair appointments so I get sent down to someone else. Have to wait five or so more minutes to get greeted, tell the woman my appointment time and then she comes back and says that it’s been 15 past my appointment time and I can’t be seen. Try to explain that we were in line waiting for said appointment and were told to come down to her and was told to just make another one. Thank you for wasting my time. Considering I live an hour away

Horrible service. The employees are very rude to the customers. When I bought my iPhone here, I was asked not to browsing or going around anywhere is the store. I know it there is COVID, but that is definitely ridiculers. I did not have the good service as well for using the Genius Bar service. Very rude employees. The Apple Stores in North Park and on Knox Street are way better than this one. I will never come back to this store for any Apple service or product.

Ordered product to be delivered. Received a call from an UBER driver that he was at my door with a package. Told him I would be home in 2 minutes to sign for the package. He left. Apple refunded the amount for the product, but not the delivery charge. Very poor performance by Apple Store Galleria.
It was my first visit to Apple store in Galleria during pandemic. I was there to pick up my phone so I had an appointment. I went to stand in line but a nice lady asked my about my appointment time and I told her (I was like 5 minutes early) She asked me to show her the code I revived in email and once I showed the code she told me to go on line. The Apple specialist attended my in few minutes and the pick up was very smooth and quick. Staff is nice and pick up process is really smooth. I still miss the feel of old apple store but hopefully everything will be back to normal soon. But still staff is doing there best to keep the process smooth.
The Genius Bar not was telling you the truth, they stated was not true, they just wanted to have you pay for their service. Worst Genius Bar here.

I was so flustered that I wanted to see his manager but then I thought not to spoil my mood and left the store. Billion dollars company lost all the respect in a sec.
Very standard 3-star mall but with a few details that elevate it, such as the skating rink and the glass ceiling.
It is situated on the first floor, and is a big store. All security guidelines for maintaining six feet distance and applying face masks were followed. My process for returning an apple product was pretty fast and smooth.

If youd like to be told we cant help you call Apple Care, then this is the place to go. Schedule an appointment, wait 20 plus minutes for help and be told we cant help you, then visit this place visit often. Apple care can handle the booking of your appointment only to be turned away with no help at all.

They herd you through like cattle. If you are interested in looking at anything dont go here. They will only allow you pick up items you purchased online, or if you have a genius bar appointment. They are evidently SUPER scared of COVID. They have security and police everywhere, this does not seem like the Apple that I know. Overall for a tech savvy guy like myself I loved it, used my Apple Wallet to pick up all I had to do was scan a QR code and pick up my item. They even put it in this super nice bag! I would give them five stars because I love Apple, but the whole herding me through like cattle was not cool.

HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES! My daughter and I were trying to get in line to go into the store in hopes of getting her Ipads screen looked at. It was evident that there was a sign saying “no appointment no problem” with an arrow to a walk in line. The African American lady outside of the store pretty much ran us off. Saying we needed an appointment. She was not only rude to my daughter and I but also everyone else in line. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and I do believe she needs further training on catering to the customers.

Take a picture of where you park when you go to this place. The SIM-free iPhone models are unlocked and do not include a SIM card for any specific carrier. You can use the phone with the carrier of your choice. According to apple.com, all of the iPhone 12 models they sell are unlocked, except for the ones purchased with an AT&T installment plan. Meaning no fee.

Walked in, made an appointment since I was told the wait would be about 30 minutes. Ended up waiting an hour for an appointment only to discover I wasn’t marked as “here” and was at the back of the line. Not worth it.
I love Apple products, I have two MacBook Pros, an Apple Watch, multiple Apple TV’s, AirPods, iPads, the works, but this new appointment policy to even be able to walk into the store to buy a replacement watch band is RIDICULOUS. A two day wait!?! Seriously? Insane.

Great to see the stores are open again! There are currently only 2 services available in the store : pick up stuff and Genius bar services. Both would require appointments in advance while it saved a lot of time as there are fewer people. Appointment windows are like 15 min, but not that strict.
