If I can give them a 0 star I would of. Very disappointed with the customer service here! I have been calling every single day for the last two weeks trying to schedule an appointment but the phone kept on ringing. I even try to go on the portal to make an appointment but there’s no available slot at all this year. I even emailed them asking if someone can return my call and until today still no one. I’m very disappointed! This is a luxury brand so I expected the customer service to be on top. Never again will I purchase from them.
Before heading to this Cartier location, please read this review. For starters, I’m not one to take the time to review stores on Google but this was such a bad experience I figured I’d pay it forward and maybe save the next person some time :)TLDR: Don’t go to this location. If you want to make a purchase, do so online. If you want to browse in person… you’re basically out of luck.It all started when I showed up to the store WITHOUT an appointment (my fault, this is posted on the website and I should’ve checked that out instead of assuming it was back to normal operations). I see the posted sign on the door to call a number to book an appointment, so I do that but no one answers. I then decide to try the online booking portal while I’m still outside but there’s no availability for the next 4+ weeks. In that moment, a sales associate comes outside and tells me that they are fully booked for the day, but she could squeeze me in for Tuesday afternoon (which is odd bc that’s not an option through the booking portal) but I had to decline due to my M-F work schedule. I communicate to her that I know exactly what I want and asked if I could make a purchase online for a curbside pick up and she said yes, but that it had to be done via phone call. I told her that’s fine, to just give me the number so I could start the order… but guess what… they couldn’t take any orders at the time (even though the store was visibly empty, which is where my frustration stems from). Anyway, she took my number and never gave me a call. It is now Monday night and still nothing.Feedback to management/ leadership:- If you’re going to extend the “appointment only” experience, please consider investing into the booking portal. The current one is so clunky and doesn’t seem to match the store’s availability.- Consider investing into the “curbside” pick up flow so a purchase can be completed online and not limited to connecting with a sales associate 1:1 since staffing might be a problem.Hope this helps.
Highly recommend Cartier of Dallas. If you’re looking for is it jewelry with white glove service you will find no better. While I have shopped here for a few years, I recently had an amazing experience to share. Alex a Cartier, help me order anniversary present for my wife two days prior to the date. She had a dropship from another store inadvertently put in the wrong street name. She was able to reach out to FedEx and have them redirect the package in mid-transit and get it to me on time for the big day. Thank you to Alex and all the Cartier team who’ve always made for special occasions even more special.

I want to take a moment to commend two associates at the Dallas location. I had purchased a bracelet for my wife, and during an impromptu trip, we decided to stop by the store and have them look at it. Due to us not living in Dallas, we were unaware of their reservation policy, but after a quick phone call, Sarah could accommodate us that afternoon. Sarah introduced us to another sales associate Diane, who took excellent care of us throughout the process. Both associates were very friendly to my family and me, and I am thankful for the customer service and attention I have received and continue to receive from them.I would highly encourage anyone to reach out to either Diane or Sarah, as I believe you will find their customer service impressive.
Cartier requires appointments by phone to visit the store. Tried multiple times for 2 days, but nobody cared to pick up the phone. So we made our way there, and despite the store being entirely empty, we were turned down with an appointment granted one week out. We felt under-appreciated as a customer and were treated with arrogance by the associate on duty. Really damaging to the image of an otherwise excellent brand, very disappointing.In previous years this Dallas store has been a real role model for the Cartier Experience, for some reason it seems current management has somehow lost it.
Courteous but unhelpful. 800 phone number at Cartier.com rang to “ Dallas” here I assume. Tried to get info re: watch band. Was unable to get any help via phone. I do not live near boutique was told I should visit one instead. Gave my contact info ph email, she said a boutique would follow up.Thurs, mid morning- never got follow up. It is Saturday. Tried to schedule online for appt with a boutique for my travels as I will be near one next week coincidentally- but the online website is flawed too. CARTIER MAKES IT EXCEEDINGLY HARD TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!! If I didn’t already own the watches and bands I would not be working so hard for the another deployment band and watch band. Hopefully the Cartier store I walk into in another state next week will be better. If not will try the following month in the third state on my planned travels. Jeez.
If there’s a Cartier location to close, it’s this one. Getting profiled because your young is no way to treat any potential clients. Seems like this place needs to realize they are not the only store selling jewelry.
The ambassadors at this location are simply amazing. Zach and Diane are wonderful people with an overwhelming knowledge in thier field. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be back for multiple occasions
Anniversary in two days, so last week I tried to book appt. at boutique. no availability. So, I ordered online, specifying exactly what I wanted and size with express shipping. Received order confirmation and credit card was charged. Was supposed to be delivered today. Nothing. Called customer service. Put on hold for 30 min. Finally hung up. Emailed twice. No response. This is my first experience with Cartier. What a horrible excuse for a luxury brand. Will be cancelling charge tomorrow and hitting Chanel - a true luxury brand that knows how to treat its customers.

Greeted by a very rude & demeaning sales associate. Showed up to the store without an appt scheduled (from out of town). The store was empty and was told we were not allowed in. I had a specific ring I wanted to buy as a gift and would have been a 10 minute max transaction. So ridiculous and not a way to treat clientele. Covid or not, good customer service should not be forgotten. Plenty other options in Highland Park to spend your money.
I called to make an appointment to buy a specific necklace. I was told it would need to be ordered, and was given an appointment for a week later. I did mention to call me if there was any delay in the delivery because I live one hour away from Dallas.Fast forward one week, I drove to Dallas. First of all, my name was not on the appointment list. But the lady at the front door let me in anyway.After I explained the reason for my visit, I was told that Barbara, the person who made the appointment for me, was not in. Another salesperson helped me, and started to look for my order all over the place.Then he came back and announced that my order had not arrived. When I said that they could have called me and save me a long drive, he just said that he was not responsible for the miscommunication. After that, it turns out Barbara was in, just busy with another customer. I got no apologies from anyone for wasting my time. Very unprofessional, and not up to Cartier’s standards.
We had an amazing experience spending thousands of dollars here! Why shouldn’t we right if we spent that much. But my experience wasn’t just about how much we spent, but it is really on how this team here helped me create such a memorable visit that made me wanted to spent more money with them. I am from out of state and was only going to be in Dallas for one night. Couple of days in advance from my Dallas arrival, I tried to book an appointment on Cartier.com at this boutique. Not surprised, due to COVID-19 limited staffed team, this beautiful boutique was booked full for the day that I wanted to go in. After booking unsuccessfully online, I decided to call them directly to see if I can get in in the day that I’m going to be in Dallas. The amazing sales associate, Lura, who answered my call helped me procure the LOVE bracelet that I wanted to surprise my fiancée with and coordinated my visit. We coordinated the visit and with the help of Kent and Francis to pull off our surprise. I enjoyed myself so much while I was there that I ended up buying a Juste Un Clou for myself! Great customer service and aim to please. Cartier products really sell themselves, but so refreshing when you have a wonderul team that ensure you a wonderful experience at the same time, just can’t beat that. Huge shoutouts to Lura, Francis, and Kent for making our purchases memorable and enjoyable! Thanks for EVERYTHING 🙏
Posted sign on the locked door of the boutique says to call to make an appointment. Called the number 4 times and each time was disconnected with no option to leave a message. Meanwhile the security guard is watching me from inside the store. Each time a potential customer walked by to enter the store found the door locked said security guard would raise one finger and wave “no”. The least he could have done was to open the door and inform people of a wait or assist in having someone answer the phone when people are calling to schedule “appointments”.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The entitlement of the staff is disgusting. I am unsure if they were behaving this way because there was no manager on duty (as I requested one twice because of the attitudes the sales associates were given off) even the guy in the back, Zack, was very rude and dismissive. They are racially bias and profile you. You see the treatment change depending on who is in boutique. Please visit another Cartier boutique if you want to be seen as a person and have a great experience. This boutique is not it. They ruined my day and I will never visit the boutique in Dallas again. Advice to management teach your staff manners because they lack it. I may look young but a child I am not so it was uncalled for how I was treated.

0 STARS!!! I paid and ordered a Love Bracelet, the entitlement, the arrogance of your staff is unbelievable. This was back in January and no-one called me with an update, 3 months later I asked for a refund because the bracelet arrived in March, but NO ONE had the courtesy to let me know, only after I called several times. I can imagine how many lost customers you have.
After reading reviews at this location, I was skeptical on even visiting the boutique. BUT, unlike a lot of people these days, I take covid-19 very seriously. I live 3.5 hours from Dallas and used my common sense, called before making the drive and booked and appointment without a single problem! I will say, for people that got turned away, even though the boutique looks empty, it is not. There are associates with clients at every desk and I appreciate Cartier doing their part to ensure our safety for those of us who have medical conditions. I saw my associate disinfect the area after her previous client, I was seen on time and was able to make another Cartier purchase. For anyone reading this, call ahead of time as I went in Saturday and it was extremely busy which doesn’t surprise me at all! I had the best experience, my associate was very knowledgeable and the entire staff was welcoming, beginning to end. Cannot wait to be back! xo Sandy
Poor customer service. Was Racially profiled insulted my the sales associate. EntitledEmployees with poor customer service. Can’t speak for anyone else but mine was clearly racially driven. Felt very humiliated insulted never going back there again. Zack I believe was the associates name and also the lady at the door was very disrespectful and rude. I saw multiple people go in while I was left to wait outside even after having a reservation. all because I was black the treatment changed depending on skin color. Please visit another Cartier boutique if you want to be seen as a person and have a great experience. This boutique is not it.

Ive shopped at several Cartier boutiques and by far the customer service at this location is subpar. Ive called several times and requested a manager to call and have not received a call back & the last time I called was told my a male employee that its a known problem that the bracelet you received is difficult to size. I received my Cartier Love bracelet as a Mothers Day gift in May 2020 and after 2 failed attempts to size the bracelet my only choice according to a Cartier employee is to have it resized for the 3rd time and wait weeks or return the bracelet. Ive yet to be able to wear the bracelet. Im so disappointed to have to make a decision about a gift. Cartier should have come up with a better solution.

Got a band from here and received excellent service. Got the screw on one and didn’t like it so they allowed me to swap it for the one you can take off with no issues.
Went in to the New York store to buy my husband a new wedding ring. His old ring was too small. The salesman was super helpful and took his time with us. They didn’t have the size my husband needed so they had it shipped to us. They shipped the wrong size. They sent the exact ring from the store which was too large . We live about an hour away from Cartier in Dallas so we went to exchange it for the right size. There they gave us grief about the ring having scratches. My husband literally put it on and knew it was too big, took it off and put it in the box. They did finally exchange it. I bought a Santos de Cartier watch for my husband from here and they were very friendly and helpful. This part isn’t against the Dallas store but against the lack of quality of the brand. The ring was one thing but then my husbands $9,500 watch started showing signs of condensation after 3 months. They now want $800 to fix it when it is supposed to have an 8 year warranty. I spent $27,000 in 8 months at 3 Cartier stores (my love bracelet and necklace are fine) but I will no longer spend my money on a brand with poor quality and a high price tag. My husbands $1000 Oakley watch lasted 9 years so I expect more from this brand. I am very upset at the lack of quality because I had my eye on a ring, earrings and a watch for me but that is definitely off the table now.

We called her for a Mothers Day present and she couldnt have more helpful from start to finish! She had a very special necklace on its way to NY within hours, overnight shipping, so we could surprise Mom on her day. We tried two other Cartier stores (both had VERY unhelpful employees) before calling Dallas. THANK YOU Jasmine - you made our familys day! I will buy from the Dallas Cartier store again because of this exceptional experience!!

Wife took her watch here to get the battery replaced on one of her watches. Cartier being Cartier Im not sure what I was expecting, but they were all super nice and the battery repair cost was equal to a small shop we took another of her high end watches to. The replacement took longer than expected but that was fine. Piece of mind is worth just a few extra days.
I was outside the Hermes boutique at this location in Dallas at the Highland Park Village. And as I was trying to walk in, the security guard they had held his hand up and rudely told me to stay outside. Nothing else was said and the frowning sales associate was right next to him and said absolutely nothing. I asked if I can get in and he said: No you can’t. You need to have an appointment. That behavior or attitude is unacceptable and it is bad enough that I don’t want to shop at Cartier anywhere anymore.I hope Cartier Paris reads this review but am not sure it would change anything. American, British and Italians retailers like Harry Winston, Graff, Bulgari, Buccellati and Tiffany don’t have this unfriendly, cheap, and vulgar attitude of lack of abundance and respect. I walked to Harry Winston and the friendly, professional and welcoming service couldn’t be any more different than that at Cartier. Shame on you Cartier for having and allowing such disrespectful and repulsive employees. You have lost a client who will make sure he shares his experience with others for years to come. I am disgusted.

We have been to other boutiques which have all offered excellent service, however I would not categorize this location as a boutique due to the poor quality sales staff & service. They didnt offer us champagne after spending over just under 8k! The big deal breaker for us is when they tried not to accept a different return that had never been opened from the box. SHAME ON YOU DALLAS FOR YOU BEING 4 STARS BELOW THE REST OF THE COUNTRY!

Cartier as a brand has a reputation of high-end excellence. This store lived up to that reputation and then went on to exceed it. I placed my original order online with Cartier, but needed to exchange the ring a few times due to sizing issues (nothing wrong with the ring just personal comfort level). We worked with Francis at this location to make everything right; he was kind, patient, and professional the entire time... even after our 3rd exchange to finally get the right size ring. I really appreciate all the help and top notch service we received from Francis as well as the other staff that we interacted with at this location. Cartier is a world class brand, but this store and people like Francis make it a step above even the highest expectations. Thanks again for all the service and help Francis without ever being annoyed with us!!

Really happy with the cleaning/maintenance service on my watch, and I felt the pricing was in line with the level of service.
I was slightly hesitant to take my watch here after reading some of the reviews. I cant recommend this store enough. Every employee was extremely nice. I thought my watch just needed a new battery and told them that might be the issue. The next day I got my watch back working perfectly.

This is only my second visit to Cartier, and I am consistently treated with open arms by the staff! There are many reviews saying that the customer service is horrible, but Ive been coming to the Dallas boutique for years, and they have been nothing except exceptional. Barbara has always helped us and has gone above and beyond making our experience wonderful. When Barbara isnt there, Francis and Jasmin have also helped us many times.Very beautiful store and great service all around. Highly recommend stopping by here.

Worst. Service. Ever. All I needed was a new screw for my Love bracelet. I called Cartier in NYC for help, I called the Dallas boutique for help. I was told that a boutique would be more help to me because I dont live in NYC. After overnighting the bracelet so it could seen at the Dallas boutique, I learned the boutique didnt have any screws in stock. After a month during which the store couldnt even get my phone number correct, I received my bracelet. The repair Cartier recommended cost me $400. The screw I needed was free. After talking repeatedly to the clerk about not having my decade-old bracelet polished because I liked the patina, the bracelet came back completely polished and SHINY, SHINY, SHINY. I have loved my Cartier bracelet and other Cartier jewelry for years, buying and wearing their jewelry is wonderful, but stay away from the service department.

They dont know how to repair what they sell, not do they stand behind the warranty. when my $5k watch was not working properly, they keept it for 1 week. never called me with any update. and when i picked it up they said it was fine but never did any repair. i had to sell that watch on ebay, and i lost $1500. now i just never by cartier. very disappointing considering its not a timex, its a very expensive, high end product.
