The entire facility is always impeccable. They exterminate regularly and it is always an easy access to the unit. If I hadn’t bought a house, I’d still be using it.The manager, Myra, was the best ever!!

We could not get our storage unit to lock (long story, turned out to be our fault) and Myra came within 20 minutes after hours to help us out. She was so kind and gracious even though she should have been at home in her pajamas. Cannot recommend enough and I am so appreciative!!

Too expensive. I ended up paying $430 per month. They increase every 6 months and with the current situation, it’s totally unacceptable. Other places offered $125 per month for the same 10x10 space.

Our experience has been excellent, from the first call to try to figure out what size unit we needed, to long distance arranging for access 6 weeks out, to how clean and well managed the location is. Myra, the manager is on premises and knows whats going on there. Thats why it is the amazing place that it is. I feel like our belongings are in a safe place thats neat, orderly and clean. Plus its actually a pleasant experience to go there when we need to access something from our unit. Extremely professional! We are so relieved to have this resource to help us.

As a mover, I constantly get asked by my customers where to store their items. I have told several of my customers I am moving about this location. The facility is well maintained and the managers Adam and Megan are very attentive to the needs of everyone on their property. The technology at the facility makes for fast and efficient moves. At the office they can set any of the three doors to open and with plenty of carts and two elevators, you never have to wait. I give this location two thumbs up for service and quality.

Adam has always been so accommodating and friendly! My storage needs require me to get various shipments throughout the week and he is always there to make sure the shipments get placed in my unit, help me break down boxes and dispose of them, etc. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

I went in today with issues with my account .I must say I was kinda frustrated that I was not getting any confirmation of payments been made to my email like was told. I had a years worth of payments I needed copies of. Mayra Elliott was very pleasant she took the time to answer all my questions and made copies for each month. She also resolved the problem with my email and sent copies of each month to my email.

My experience at this facility has been excellent. Adam and Megan have been helpful every time I have stopped by to get boxes or tape. I recommend this facility.
