Irene was very helpful, she walked me through the units and helped me choose the unit that was best for me. Literally saving me hundreds of dollars! Plus extra storage is immaculate. Sometimes storage places look dumpy, but not here. I trust that my items will be safe here.

I thought this place was fine as a storage unit. It was safe and I had no issues with my belongings. I used this location for six months. On the entryway of the facility, there is a sign about having the first month free, but there are stipulations to this that were annoying. It depends on the size of the storage unit you rent. So it was negligible for the unit size I rented. And with any real estate in the bay area, prices can get high even for renting storage space. The prices at this location is fairly comparable to other storage facilities within the area. The main reason I chose this location was mainly how close it was to my house. The process for renting a space and checking out of the space was pretty easy though and I also appreciate that it was contactless. If I had any issues, I could just call or email. I appreciate this during times of COVID.

I’m back again with a smaller unit to help store a few personal items as I’m currently moving. I had the pleasure of Luvi assisting me throughout the process, and making sure I understood everything.She was very sweet and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend if you need a storage unit, to use extra storage space! You can drive up to punch in your gate access code, and it’s always super clean around the storage units.

Blake was so helpful with gathering the information I needed. He gave me tours of different storage areas, onsite, and suggested what would be able to fit in the spaces. Blake also gave me clear instructions of how much things would cost and what steps Id need to take in order to complete my request.Blake also communicated with me exceptionally well, throughout the week before I reserved my space, informing me with information about what spaces were still available and when the specific space I needed was open.Great customer service!
