The manager is very nice. I arrived at the time she is about to close the door but she still let me move all stuff inside after closed hour. I got a truck of stuff and she extended half hour for me. Just too nice of her.

This place is not helpful to try to save u money and make it difficult to move into a smaller unit efficiently. Then keep uping my rent every few months!After reviewing the company on this platform, the district manager Mer reached out to make good with me. He was very attentive to my concerns and couldnt say yes to every request i had but for sure made me feel valued while going above and beyond to make me continue doing business here.My rating went from a 1 to a 5.

Bruce helped us and was he is the meaning of Fantastic Customer Service! He gives great advice tips too! He is so patient and explained everything very simple to understand. We had a bad experience at a different storage company in the past but this experience last night at Public Storage (on Mission in Daly City) was the opposite. It was fabulous! The phone customer service was very nice when we set up our reservation as well. The facility is clean, easy to get to, secure, friendly staff and the whole process is easy. We got a $1 month deal, too! Merry Christmas!

My favorite storage place in the Bay Area. Bruce is always a pleasure to talk to, and is ALWAYS helpful. Lost of great deals for the first 6 months or so, after that the prices are around 180 for a 10x12. Plenty of parking and very clean facility. Look no further!

The place is friendly is well-kept I just dont like the fact how every few months the price goes up been renting the smallest unit they have for not even a year and already the price has gone up twice I started off at a hundred bucks then to 130 150 this is not what I agreed to. But I have very little choice if the price continues to go out I will have to take all my stuff out and just keep it in my room f*** it I dont like the Shady tactics at this place is doing the price going up is not cool not what I agreed to for the smallest unit I mean come on and I told him that Im going to be here for years so why get greedy

Bruce made the moving experience totally pain-free. He was very kind and was more than happy to figure what unit saved us the most money for what we had! I really liked that he talked to us as more than just customers and more like good friends. It’s because of him I really like this Public Storage!

Extremely happy with the customer service received at this storage. My only complaint is the limited gate access hours which is 6am to 6pm. If they returned to the regular gate access hours of 6am to 9pm I would give 5 stars.

I really appreciated the service I received from Majesty. I wasnt able to come at my appointment time and he was able to help me and allow me to come in earlier. He did a great job at explaining the rental process thoroughly and in a timely manor. The whole thing took about 20 minutes which I really appreciated because moving takes up enough time already haha thanks again!

Its a storage place. The folks there have been extremely helpful in answering questions. I am facing the ignominy of being unhoused and am in need of, among other things, a place to house the detritus of my life. Bruce helped answer questions about my own lock and is communicative about other things. He’s always willing to chat and check in to make sure everything is well.Update: Its only fair to leave the original review up. Since then, I have moved to another storage facility.when the pandemic hit and a lot of people were facing financial troubles with rent car payments groceries and other bills, I went to the storage facility to ask what would happen if someone were in such a position and could not pay their bill on time. Like a switch, Bruce changed from cheerfully helpful to cold.I was told that they can pay up or move out. No questions no mercy.Right then and there I began to call around and ask the same questions of other storage facilities in the area.I found one that is willing to work with people and has been working with people experiencing financial difficulty in the midst of this pandemic.Once I had, I filled out an application and rented a unit there. I immediately went to clean out my storage space itself storage at this location. I simply could not support a business or anyone who is cold and blind to the community that it serves.When he asked why I was moving out, I calmly told him. At this point he became very angry and indignant. Bruce resorted to excuses like, Youll never find a storage space that does what you ask!Bruce told me that he would like to do a walkthrough of the unit once I finished cleaning it out.standard practice for the industry except when I came back to the office to finalize everything, he refused and made like I was in his way and holding him up, wasting his time. When I inquired as to the payment I had already made for the upcoming month, he said Oh youll get a check. At that I asked him where it would be mailed. And he told me the address on file. I had since moved out of that address and needed to change it in the self-storage account that I had set up. How else was I going to get said check? So in the office, before leaving, I got on my phone went to the website and logged in and changed the address. Bruce was impatient and while the page was loading to confirm the address had been changed, he yelled at me Get out!The only time Ive ever seen a switch in someones demeanor like this is when theyre trying to pull a fast one on you or theyre crazy AF. While he was clearly upset at losing my business, (I dont know why either because Im just one dude who rented a small closet sized space.), Thats no reason to speak to or treat anybody like he did to me.I strongly recommend staying away from this particular location as Bruce is hostile and unpleasant if he hears something he doesnt like. Also, his friendliness borders on too much, too often, creepy.Stay away from this particular location and this business.And that check? I never got it. He lied to me. Either that or he doesnt know his own company procedures. they did eventually issue a refund, but only after I called the customer support number waited in line on hold for a while and had to negotiate with a customer service agent while recounting my experiences there.DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE.

Bruce always deliver an excellent customer service experience. He is very helpful and enthusiastic. He also is very hilarious! Makes you laugh and smile all the time. Needs more employee like Bruce.

Bruce is a friendly and helpful manager - the upkeep of this location has vastly improved from years ago and my 7yr old said what a lovely place when we wen by to pick up some decorations from our unit recently. Definitely happy with this location!

I came in today to buy some boxes and Ralph that works there was so nice that he ask what I was packing to make sure that I get the right size boxes. The showed me what I need to put my cloths in. Great guy and a Great sales person. I even bought more than I had to. If i ever get a storage unit I would defiantly come here.

I come here once a week I think this location is very well maintained and clean.

Bruce provided above-and-beyond customer service! Also, he was extremely transparent about pricing and genuinely wanted to help me get the best deal possible (combination of choosing the right unit + getting the right monthly price). Also, didnt try to upsell me on anything. I only rented the unit yesterday (2/14/18), so this review is mostly regarding customer service. Ill update this post if anything changes.

This place is awesome! I recently moved from my house to a one bedroom apartment so I had a ton of stuff that I needed to stash. Perplexed on the process of renting out a unit I was helped out by Eddie. Eddie was calm and collected and helped me choose the best unit of the amount of things I had. Cant beat the price and the facility is well kept. Definitely one of the best PS in the city

The staff is great but the facilities leave you wanting. The security gate has been broken for months meaning you can only access your storage unit when the staff is there during regular business hours... There are only 2 flatbed carts available so weekend moving can be tricky unless you get there early. The elevator is periodically out of service making you use the stairs that smell of mildew. Luckily the storage units themselves are in great shape and super clean.

Claudia was awesome. She was super fast, very friendly, and made my move seamless. I was worried about the time my movers would have to wait while I filled out the paperwork but she was nice enough to let them start as I was doing it which was a huge time saver.

I signed a contract with this facility months ago and the gates used to be open to unlock starting at 6am and ending at 9pm. That’s why I chose a unit here because of work. Now the gates are CLOSED BY 6pm! The only reason the gates close now are because there are no cameras and some crazy person pisses everywhere and even poops!! I’ve seen this in the stairs. It’s disgusting. Instead of them putting money into the concrete they just renovated they should’ve used it to buy cameras to scare off that crazy person!
