Ive been renting a space here for years and its been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the building is always clean, and Ive not had any issues with pests or rodents ever. Ive definitely been to other storage facilities that arent so clean so I appreciate the well kept grounds. The rooms are well ventilated and pretty tall for the most part.I would suggest keeping a flashlight or lantern in any unit that doesnt come with a light and a door stop for any units with regular swing doors.Overall very secure, clean, and friendly place to use as a home for extra items.

Manager John Garcia has been doing an excellent job, combining outstanding customer service, an impressive command of the demanding job requirements, and a sincere friendly, professional attitude towards the customers. Other long time tenants like me voice the same top tier performance review. What I would like to add is my personal experience with my account, and how John has specifically assisted me. I have, over the years, added access family members, changed my due date, and clarified language in my older contract regarding computing due dates. These one shot deals could have been time consuming or somewhat complicated, but John handled everything efficiently and quickly, further impressing me, and motivating me to take the time to give him the pat on the back he has earned and richly deserves.

We been a tenant at this 99 Hyde court location for n Daly City, since 1987 and never moved out and this is the extension of my house and we never had a problem .john the Manager is the best for 8 years that have known him he always help us and smile to us and now another new manager named Ines is also another great manager . I love this place and i been here for almost 4 years and do far i have no complain other than increasing rent all the time they are the best by far.

I have been renting a small unit in Security Public Storage in Daly City. The unit is clean, and the building is secured. While unloading my things into the storage, I ended up needing additional boxes, tape, mattress bags and large bags and luckily they had all of these available for sale on site, which saved me a few trips to the store. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to those looking for a storage.

Security Public Storage is great! This is my first experience with a storage unit place and I was very impressed when I arrived to drop all my stuff off. It was easy to make the arrangement over the phone reserving the unit, even on short notice! I appreciate the level of security offered here, how they make sure to walk you through the process of signing into the gate and how to go about leaving. The premises was clean and organized, if you dont have a lock (which I didnt) they have them at the front desk to buy - very convenient! Units are clean and they provide nice size carts to trek your belongings up and down the elevators. Overall, very please :) Thanks for your great service!

The most unorganized site Mgr. John just doesnt know how to manage his time. He tries to please everyone and cant seem to manage any sort of organization with billing. While he is serving a walk-in customer he gets easily distracted when the phone rings and leaves the walk-in customer waiting then he ends up frustrated losing his train of thought. Always keep your statements because this thrid world on-site mgr will always say he doesnt have it on file or lost it. Beware!!! Terrible and unprofessional customer service.

My brother and I have been storing some of our moms things here for several years. The facility is clean, well-lighted and secure (alarms on every unit). I feel quite safe coming to the storage unit by myself, which would not be the case at a few other places I looked at. The staff have always been very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for self-storage in the area.

John is great, everything is clean, and the security is high. We have felt confident leaving all of our belongings here while on extended travels. There are even bay views from the parking lot! If we could move in, we would.

Clean, clean, clean...Ill say it again...CLEAN!! Does not smell, look dirty or appear unattended in any way. Bathroom is always well stocked and clean as well. Move in bonus was awesome...saved a bunch. Cant go wrong here...even the views are incredible.

The employees are always friendly and the facility is very clean! This facility doesnt have the stinky mildew/mold scent that most storage places have and is very well maintained by the staff. While the price is a little higher than most this place is well worth the price! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage space.

The Hyde location is pretty well kept and run in an organized manner. Evelyn is always very helpful and friendly when we have questions. Having a storage unit has definitely made our lives a bit easier. I recommend going to this location if you live near San Francisco.

The place is clean and secure. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are bins for donations and trash when you decide to move or downsize your unit. Everything is right where you need it. The prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone on the move or looking to store some excess stuff.

This Public Storage is nice and well lit. The staff John and Evelyn are very nice. They always greet me and offer me snacks! I feel safe storing my things here because they are very trustworthy and they have good security.

Everything you would expect from an excellent self storage facility: security, cleanliness, safe accessibility, and professional attentive staff. I appreciate that John and/or Evelyn are ever present and helpful in answering any questions about the facility. Despite the recent wet weather, neither the facility nor unit feel clammy. All of the hallways are well lit and monitored, spacious, and there are always carts available to transport items from the conveniently-located parking spaces to the (two) large elevators. Also, there is sufficient room to maneuver a loaded cart through the doorways and hallways. Use of SPS continues to be a very positive experience.

FIVE STARS FOR THEM!!!The corporate and how the online accounts are handled, however, is a different story. Their policy needs to be more flexible and accommodating. Always helpful staff. The place is kept clean and well lit. Easy to get in touch with. If they dont answer leave a message and theyll ring you back or email in and they get back to you quickly. Ive been using their services for over 3 months now and havent had an issue.

Ive been using Security Public Storage for a long-long time. The facilty is safe and secure and well-kept. I have never heard of any problems at this facility. There are always enough carts for your use and you dont have to wait until someone else is finished using them which is important to me, because I value my time.

If you are picky about your storage facilities like me, you will find that Public Storage is excellent. The facility and units are very clean, convenient, & cheerful helpful management! They make it easy to move your stuff into your unit because they have trolley carts and elevators! After working very hard to fill up your unit with your stuff; you will find nice cold sodas, water, and a very clean restroom to wash up. There is really nothing more you could wish for from this great storage facility. Lastly, the manager, John, he is the best! !

Believe it or not this place is awesome!! I just changed jobs along with a move and realized that I dont have enough space for all my out doors equipment anymore. But I love the woods and the snow and just cant part with it. I walked in and met with friendly staff and they quickly showed me the units available and which were right for me. Easy access and clean. I am glad I went to this location.

This is the cleanest storage facility Ive ever seen. It has lots of security cameras, carts, and John the manager is super helpful and courteous. The gate to get into the parking area/storage building requires a security code, so that is an extra added measure of security. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.

We did our research on all the local storage companies and Security Public Storage had rave reviews. John, the manager of the Hyde Ct. location was very informative and along with the staff, ranks very high on customer service. Their facility is very secure with cameras that do not malfunction (like the other local storage companies) and an alarm system for every unit. Payment reminders are sent every month which can be paid online or in-person. I highly recommend Security Public Storage for all your storage needs.

I have found that after using this facility for a number of years, that they keep the place clean and secure, there have never been any problems with water leaks or other environmental issues. The management has always been courteous and helpful and I will continue to use this place as long as I have the need for it.

I was late like for maybe less than 5 minutes cleaning up my unit. The gate closes sharp at 7:00 pm; my mistake of course. However, I was greeted by a bark from the manager stating that I was lucky that somebody else was going to be late unloading. He mentioned that the only way to get out was to call 911 and that I am responsible for paying the 911 fee.I understand that this was my fault. However, there was no first-time-mistake-forgive-and-forget. Instead I was treated like a vagabond that somehow violated the rules of conduct. I thanked him for opening the gate and left thinking thats no way to treat a paying customer.This treatment was akin to Dutertes reign when he was in office in Davao; shoot and ask questions later. I will not recommended this place to anyone as it seems to be run with an iron fist.

I would say that this facility excels in cleanliness, location, security and friendly staff. I had been with them for more than 10 years and never have any problems or whatsoever. This place is highly recommended.

This is a very well organized and neatly kept storage facility and very convenient to my temporary residence as I have moved here from out of state. The people in the office are always very helpful and courteous- I would definitely recommend this facility!!!

So secure youll get locked in after 6:30pm. The place is clean and has many dolleys for you to use to move things in and out which is convenient. The staff I met John is very nice and courteous. Each storage unit is armed with an alarm if you dont open the gate with your own code as an added security measure. However, I dont know how they would check cause I definitely set off my own alarm on accident a couple of times. The price is definitely a bit higher than other places but you can get a good discount for the 1st month and 10% off 2nd if you write a review.

Security Public Storage is legit - reasonably priced, easy to work with, clean, and feels secure, as per the name. Only complaint would be the nightly 7pm lockdown - had a few frantic evenings after work trying to ensure that everything was shuffled about prior to the deadline (the security aspect of a nightly lockdown makes a lot of sense - 7pm comes earlier than one would expect though). Definitely recommend reading the reviews prior to selecting a storage company - many looked great until you read their customers horror stories. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality here.

Small corridors and doors. Very difficult and hard to get stuff in and out. The carts are huge and very hard to get them go through doors. Not recommended if u have furnitures or large items. Storage time is short. Not flexible to normal hour 8to5 folks.

After experiencing two robberies at Public Storage in Colma, and putting up with their appalling lack of security for too many years, I was referred by one of my neighbors to John Garcia at Security Public Storage, 99 Hyde Court, Daly City. I have been there for several years now, and I couldnt be happier. The facility is clean and secure, and that is very important, to be sure! But John Garcia is the #1 reason I continue to enthusiastically recommend SPS. As someone who used to hire and supervise employees myself, I can say, without reservation, that John Garcia would be any employers dream come true. He genuinely loves his job; he is extremely loyal to his company, and even praises them on his own time. And Johns level of superior customer service is unsurpassed. From the first day I met him, I felt welcome and valued as a client. John took the time to explain everything, and even walked me around the property. He later talked me into a second storage unit, when he sensed that I might need one. I dont like to pay online or mail a check..
