The experience was amazing. Kelly and Robert were extremely helpful and polite. Robert showed us around the facility and gave us all the necessary information needed to make moving in our items easy. Kelly knew her job extremely well and made everything clear to understand when it came to getting a unit. She was nice to help us out with the promos and very social throughout our entire interaction. I would highly recommend this storage to any friends and family who may be looking to store items. The facility is also very secure which was another highlight. 10/10 would recommend West Coast self storage!!

I have been with West Coast Storage for 6 months now. I recently needed to upgrade to a bigger unit and it was done hassle free. Easiest public storage I have dealt with. I am happy with the location, cleanliness and I love that it is climate controlled. Plus, they have carts to help load items. Jazmine has helped me since day one and continues to excel in customer satisfaction. She is very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend West Coast storage!!

I think the service here is great! Jasmine the manager is extremely helpful and very professional. I think the facility feels safe and I have no concerns about my belongings being stored here. This is the best storage facility I have seen around.

Great storage facility, clean, and convenient location . Very well maintained and doesnt smell like a musty garage. The staff was stellar, which is hard to come by now a days. I was looking for a storage unit in DC and fell upon this place by chance. Jazmine helped me explore different options, helped me with packing materials and really went above and beyond to help me find the right unit. She was always very friendly, courteous and professional.

Super nice people running the place.That said, be wary if they offer you a larger unit than you require. They will not prorate the unit to the cost of the one you initially requested.That is called a bait and switch and will end up costing you more than you were willing to pay! (Oh ya, it’s illegal too)The elevators are also problematic if making a lot of trips up and down.

The girl that works in the front office is an asset to the company she is terrific shell take care of anything you need she is the best great place if you need to rent a single van for moving not busy at all you can get in and out with your van or you can rent it online and do a self pickup this place is great they also have storage units

I had been meaning to write a review about this place! My wife and I have been customers here for a few months now and Jazmine set us up with an account and upon arrival she was super nice and very welcoming. She did everything to make sure we were satisfied with the storage unit and size of it as well. Also theyre clean about their property and neatly organized with the carts near the elevators. Thats something my wife and I really do appreciate. Jazmine still continues to be welcoming whenever we see her around and has been great help every time weve come up with questions! She deserves a nice bonus or raise 😌 ! Keep up the great work Jazmine! We appreciate helpful people like you!

The experience was mediocre.The prices and terms on the website were confusing and purposefully misleading: (1) The website offered a discount, but only mentioned that the discount had a 2-month lifetime at the bottom in light gray text and WITHOUT adding an asterisk to the price to indicate that the price was not actually the price, just a 2-month teaser. (2) What was called a reservation was not actually a reservation, it was just a way for them to collect my information; I wasnt guaranteed a space when I showed up (although one was there). (3) After completion of the reservation process, the pricing on the confirmation page on the website and the email confirmation differed in unexplained ways.The check-in process at the storage facility was very slow, and it was especially irritating that the clerk had to re-enter information by hand Id already entered online. The lease we had to sign was 8 pages long. It took multiple attempts for the clerk to get our elevator code working. The elevator was just plain slow, and at one point malfunctioned for so long (with the door repeatedly opening and closing without going anywhere) that other patrons decided to take the stairs.The upsides were that the facility was clean, there were plenty of hand carts, and security looked good.

They emailed me someone elses invoice. I called them and explained that they had the wrong email address in their system and that their customer had not received the emailed invoice. They said theyd fix it right away. 4 days later I received yet another email intended for their customer. With that sort of attention to detail, Id expect that anything stored with them will either be destroyed or stolen. I highly recommend that you find some other facility for your storage needs.

I’ve dealt with West Coast Storage twice so far. I spoke with a rep over the phone and he was great. He assisted with securing my unit over the phone without the hassle and it was easy. A few days later, I dealt with a woman at the front desk when I picked up my keys, she too, was great and helped me through and through. Overall, they were both very helpful, prompt and professional. The place was clean, secured and the location of the site is perfect. I was very pleased with my experience.

I was helped by Jasmine, she was so helpful. I was a little tired from just leaving work. I almost left with out looking at the storage unit I had just paid for. Jasmine was very friendly and walked me through the facilities. They have a restroom on the third floor and one on the ground level. Very convenient and clean, when having to go. My experience with WCSS was a huge let down. Reading all the positive reviews on google made me confident in using them as a storage provider. I wish I could leave a better review but the district manager is a complete mess for this company. Dont think about even connecting with him on any issues you may be concerned about because he will treat you with total disregard and disrespect. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on solely our experience with him. I wish the owners luck as they continue having him run the storage facility into the ground.

I reserved a 10x22 unit online, a representative contacted me and walked me through the process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I then went to the facility and was greeted by Jasmine. She was so nice and helpful. She finished my paper work with me, and showed me my unit and closest exits. The storage unit was really clean and new, I am very happy to find this place and got such a great help from the staff.

Ive had a storage unit for almost a year now with West Coast Self-Storage and Ive been very impressed by their facility and customer service. My experience at West Coast Storage Daly City has been super positive. The facility is new and well-kept and I feel secure with my belongings here. Jazmine has been the employee I’ve worked with both initially to find the best unit for me, and throughout the 6+ months I’ve rented here has always been super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I have to say it makes the biggest difference when you enter into a storage place and are greeted with genuine kind people like Bakari and Jazmine. They are nice, professional and very very knowledgeable at this facility. I get that they know the stresses of moving and they make you feel at ease. AND, during the whole Pandemic I lost my job and my housing and I had to move at a time when it probably wasnt even safe to do so. I was interested in the 3 month special that was going on and they made my move a breeze and I felt really supported during that hard time and even now they continue to give great service as I needed a little more time at my storage unit before moving out. I am super glad they are here!

I recently stored my belongings for 4 months here, and any time I called, the manager Jasmine was rude and condescending towards me. My partner had the same experience whenever speaking with her. I would not store my things here again, given how disrespectful Jasmine always was.

Our experience with this facilty has been great. The manager, Jazmine, was/is so helpful, kind, and patient. She does a great job managing the facility and keeping it clean. When we checked in, she was so willing to walk through all the details and didnt rush through anything. As I mentioned, the facility looks and smells great and feels very secure. I would recommend this to anyone.

Jazmine and Bakari keep this place super clean. It took 15 min to get me in and out.I was in a full rush to get my storage. They were so polite and understanding.The bathrooms are so clean,so happy to be here. Camera are everywhere,packing supplies, gate codes everything you need is here.I feel safe here. This is a beautiful place. Its well lit up at night, so its not creepy at all that was something I was worried about, bathrooms are always clean every time I come. Jazmine always has the best energy and a beautiful smile,so Happy im dealing with a good energy person.My storage is so nice I feel like I can go anywhere and I know for a fact things will remain the same as I left them.She even wipes down the elevator buttons as well so were not touching too many germs, love that. When they built this place they didnt put much thought into making sure there manager was taken care of.... No parking, No on site living,but the access hours are great because I have to come before and after work and I see her having to come back because of a alarm going off. You guys are so lucky to have Ms Jazmine as your manager very loyal person. I will Take her if you dont need her. I will post a picture soon.

Oh my goodness Jazmine helped me at the last minute of the night I had movers, who were getting up set because of traffic and I couldnt find a storage place to put my best things, but I found wcss..omg when I tell you this place is beautiful clean easy to access most helpful kind hearted people ever treated as family.. I needed help I also needed a truck for the next day and I couldnt believe they had uhaul right in my face as well..the next day I came in her office her phone were messed up printer was broken but she still had a smile, on her face, that made me feel even better about the mess I created..if you need easy get and up and go storage come here.

Good things:- Clean, safe space- Relatively easy to access your unit from 6am-10pm - just make sure you write down the instructions for how to type a passcode into the gate and into the elevator code box.- Nice service representatives. JAKARI was fantastically helpful and helped me out even though I had been given inaccurate information about moving out of my unit. I left happy instead of upset. Good work Jakari.Why 4 instead of 5 stars:- More than once I was given different information by different people about autopayment, and then about moving out. So make sure you ask twice and ask what the FULL process is each time.- Its kind of expensive, but its a nice facility

Jazmine was very helpful and accommodating on getting us moved in. My wife and I just moved down from Oregon, and it was nice that even with the limited parking available she allowed us to leave our POD there overnight to unload, and move in to our unit.

The customer service that we got was beyond what I was expecting. They help me everyway they could exspecial Bacard. He has give beyond the service exspecial with U-Haul. I had such bad experience with U-Haul that I didnt want to use them but Bacard state that he would be able to do all of it for me. He made it so easy. Thank you Bacard for all your help
