We purchased a CPO Audi last fall. Once the deal was signed we noticed a rapid change in the ambiance and behavior of the personnel. The salesman quickly ran off to his next customer- a repeat customer which, after our horrific experience stunned us that Weeks (more like Weaks) had any repeat customers. The promises began to unravel quickly - vehicle wasn’t ready when promised. Ready means properly prepped and detailed as if it were going to a dear dealership family member - no long hairs from the previous owner. We had no assurance that the Audi CPO checklist was even completed. Seeking the top of the dealership’s food chain, the owner, was thwarted by his CFO. We had to press them to repair a couple of safety items. One of the more egregious oversights was their failure to address an open safety recall. So we’re not certain what type of clients the dealership is targeting - perhaps price is the only consideration of their customers - kind of that Walmart mentality. We even resorted to contacting Audi Corporate who was sympathetic yet unsurprised by our apparently common experience with this dealership. Wonder how they are doing now.
