We called them up and scheduled a test drive. The car was in pristine condition with no flaws at all. Our sales advisor Derek helped us get all the paperwork ready and ensured that we drive off the lot the same day. Once we were able to secure a good deal from the banks it was some quick paperwork and final delivery of the car. Had a fantastic experience with Rich. I was purchasing from MS and he had everything set up and ready to go once I got to CT. It took less than an hour to go through all the paperwork and check out the car. Everything was smooth sailing and the car looked just as great in person as it did in pictures. The night we drove in Weeks Preowned we had been shopping for a used car for months in the tristate area and it had been aweful. High pressure sales tactics, sales staff breathing down your neck as you look at cars, and even some places wanting to run our credit just so we could test drive a car. The whole used car buying experience was so sketchy and we were exhausted. But all that changed when we began working with Brian at Weeks. We showed up a few minutes before they were going to close up and even though I am sure he was itching to get home Brian never rushed or pressured us. His calm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He sold us a beautiful car at a fair price and any time an issue arose during the buying process he went out of his way to make it right. They made everything so easy. We will surely buy our next car from Brian.

Had great experience with Steve Mortati. Visited the dealership on our way home in a Friday afternoon. Steve presented the car/communicated the shipping logistics and got a good deal for us on a low mileage CPO A5. We left the dealer 2 hours later and drove back to NC. This is one of the best used car dealerships in the area for Volkswagen and Audi. I believe they all took care of some other models, but that is what they focus on. They have an excellent selection of both car makes. They are right behind, location wise, a new Volkswagen and Audi dealership. I saw numerous cars here that I very much liked. The buying experience is great, I was immediately greeted by one of their salesman. Gary. He was extremely helpful, he walked me through any questions that I had regarding the cars or the buying process. I was unable to trip him up with anything. He always had an answer that was acceptable. He went over and above to help me through this visit. they also offered me coffee or some sort of a beverage. I took a bottle of water, it was very hot day. I did not go for a test drive, because I was uncertain about the actual purchase. but overall the experience was excellent, and I will definitely return. Great experience! Just bought a CPO 2019 Audi Q5. Bryan LeBlanc was very helpful. He worked really hard to give me a great deal. I noticed in one picture that the Q5 had cross bars for a ski rack, however when I went to test drive they were not in the car. Bryan told me he would get them for me. On delivery day he delivered the car to me with brand new cross bars. Everything he promised... he delivered. He also was very tech savvy. He knows how the cars work inside and out!! I took delivery of the car on a very cold day (8 degrees) Bryan stood outside the car and wanted to make sure I didn’t leave until he answered all my questions about the vehicle. Also no pressure from anyone including Al (service manager) who was very sincere and friendly. I’ve bought many used cars. Best experience I have had. Great job guys!

Derrick, told me I could test drive an S3 so I drive an hour to the dealership. The same dealership had an 18k S3. I explain that I’m interested in an S3 around 20k, and then doesn’t allow me to drive the car we scheduled. He asks if I’m interested in an S5, no I want to drive the car I scheduled. I can more than afford the 32k S3 right now. Did he need my bank statement over the phone? We never talked about purchasing the car, we talked about driving it. If an S3 came in around 25k I would have loved to come back here and purchase a car from them. After this I’m not coming back. Derrick assumes you can’t afford cars. So because I did not want to buy this car, I couldn’t drive it.Edit: ya’ll lost 25k

This is the second bad experience I had with this dealership and I narrowly dodged the bullet on this last one. Wont try for a third. A number of years ago I test drove an A4 and the car made clunking sounds and felt like the transmission was slipping. We were afraid to get on the highway and were thankful to be able to get the car the two miles back to the dealership. Was told they would look into the problem. One would think that would have been done before the arranged test drive.This time I fell in love with an S5 the first time I test drove it. Even though they refused to deal on the price (offered $200 off the asking price!), I put a deposit on the car and came back with my husband, who hadnt yet seen the car, before closing the deal. We were told that the car had just been checked out and was all ready for us. This time several features I hadnt previously tested didnt work, such as blind spot warnings and indication of obstacles behind the car. After about 10 minutes of driving, several idiot lights started flashing and there was no driver assistance warning, as there was supposed to be, when I purposely exceeded the speed limit by over 20 miles.When we mentioned these things we were told the car would be checked, although we were told it had been when we arrived. Again, there was a refusal to further negotiate price even though I had been following the car on the website for a month and saw it come down $1,000 every week. My husband and I both had a bad feeling about this car and thought it may be a lemon. The kicker came when we called and said we wanted our deposit back (no problem there) and the response was, Oh, I would have come down on the price. I think the S5 is a fabulous car, but not this particular car and not from this dealership.

My wife and I wanted an A4 for the winter instead of a 2 wheel drive accord because she was driving into work instead of public transportation with COVID. When we went into Weeks preowned they didn’t have the exact color/features we were looking for but Rich Gallagher was able to keep his eye out and found us a 2017 A4 we wanted within the price range we wanted with all the features we wanted within 2 weeks. The car has performed great throughout the winter. We have had a couple minor issues with the car but the warranty covered it and the Audi service department down the street took care of us at no charge. Would have even give us a loner if we needed it. Rich was great and the staff in general is very helpful and focused on great service.

Where do I begin....This has been a long roller coaster doing business with Weeks Pre-Owned, but I must say I could not be more proud to have purchased my car from this dealer! There were a few hiccups along the way with the buying process, but Al got everything worked out! Forgive me if I spoke too soon in my previous review claiming this dealer to be a SCAM and not worth the visit. Spoke with Daniel Putzig in sales last evening about test driving an Audi, informed him that Id be driving over an hour and a half to get to the lot. He informed me the vehicle was available, I once again confirmed in the morning at 10:30am that it was available and that Id be there around one that day. I arrived at 130pm that same day, with financing and down payment in hand, to the news that the car was apparently sold earlier that morning. Was a complete waste of the 3 hour round trip from Long Island.Edit: Dealerships response to my review was two months late, was callous, and didnt address the issue at all. I was informed the same morning, 2 hours, before I arrived that the car was available. I made it clear about my intention to purchase and was never even given an option for a deposit. I subsequently bought another Audi at a reputable dealer two days later. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I received a tip from a friend to check out Weeks Pre-Owned at the beginning of my car search. Living in NJ, I was skeptical, but I could NOT recommend Weeks enough! The entire purchasing process was seamless, and within 24 hours I was walking home with my dream Volkswagen Tiguan. Manager Al DiFusco and his team do an excellent job and I would refer out of staters to him in a heartbeat, as well as those in the neighborhood.

I was shopping around for a Q7 online and found a well equipped reasonably priced one at Weeks Pre-Owned. The process was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. I emailed my inquiry to the dealer Derek replied to my email and followed up with a phone call and scheduled a test drive. I made the 1.5 hour trip, was pleasantly greeted with the car ready and waiting for me. The car was as it was pictured online they were clear and concise with financing and all the paperwork was done within the hour. They even took care of a scratches I saw on the rear bumper I had to come back for the vehicle but it was worth the wait everything was taken care of. As usual great customer service when buying.But after I got home I gave the vehicle a more in depth inspection and discovered that the air filters hadnt been changed as stated. Here is usually where you follow up with the dealer and they give you the runaround because you have already purchased the USED car and they are done with you. But that was NOT the case here AL DI FUSCO the sales manager was awesome handled everything with the most professional client service ever. They actually met me half way so I would not have to make the trip back gave me a loaner vehicle, the service department took care of everything and I had my car back within 2 days. The experience was that of luxury brand new dealer not a used car lot at all. If you are looking for a preowned vehicle and can make it out to Weeks Pre Owned they are worth the trip.

Very excited about my new purchase! I am loving my A3 from Weeks. I inquired online and was called just minutes later. Bryan found me my dream ride! He was very helpful and courteous, even spending a few nights past close to assist me and my annoying family. Buying a car should not be this much work. This dealer is a shining example of what gives used car dealers a bad name so watch them like hawks and double-check everything. They give you friendly, prompt service but while doing so, will nickle and dime you at every turn. First, they will tell you they are able to find you the best financing options but I was able to find a MUCH lower interest rate on my own in less than 5 min. And then then had the audacity to try to convince me to go with the higher quote. Clearly theyre getting a kick-back. Second, insist on an itemized invoice. I had to ask 2 different people a total of 5 times and threaten to walk away from the deal to get one. Third, their registration and documentation fees are egregiously high so be sure to ask about them and factor that into your deal. Fourth, double-check all the documentation at closing. Even after confirming the loan terms with me, paperwork showed entirely different terms. And lastly, be sure youre getting all the benefits of your CPO Warranty. The last point on the Audi CPO Warranty states, Your car is clean and fully fueled. The car had a half a tank of gas. Ill leave it to you to decide whether a dealer who conveniently made so many slips accurately performed the 300+ point inspection and certification process but for me, it was the last straw to a truly miserable experience.

Huge inventory of CPO / pre owned Audi

I have now bought 2 cars from Weeks, They are pretty good and straightforward, it takes a lot of the pain out of car shopping. Rich showed me 4 cars on a really bad day for weather, snow sleet wind we had it all, but he was great walking me through the cars. Never pressured or rushed us, never gave us the full court press. All was pretty smooth. Once I decided he worked with me to coordinate the work and to handle as much as possible ahead of time so when I showed up with my children it was quick. We also had a bit of an issue with the title for my previous car and they worked with us to get it resolved with the bank/DMV quickly.All and all I will be back at Weeks. Thanks Rich!

Found the car I wanted on their website. They had better prices than any of the other dealers I searched within 100 miles of Norwalk, CT. Went up and met with Rich. Test drive, down payment, and approved for financing within an hour. Couldnt be happier. Went back two days later to pick up the car...met with Anthony the business manager. Great guy. We discussed a few options. I said yes to some, no to others...no pressure. My 2016 A6 is a dream to drive, and I was very pleased with the service, knowledge, and professionalism of the entire team. Would recommend for sure!

I was looking for a car and i had in mind what kind of car i really wanted and on my way to work everyday i would always look at this car place and i told my parents about it and one day after work. Dont trust if they say they are going to hold your car - they will not :( the salesperson told me not to give a deposit to call him instead and when I called first thing in the morning the car was sold.

Even down to my top choice of color. Was treated well by the whole staff. No shady sales tricks, no hidden charges, and even got me better financing than I thought. Excellent service at Weeks Pre-Owned! Purchased a new used car for my wife and they made it easy!

I went to Weeks to buy a certified Pre-Owned Audi and had one of the worst experiences by far at the dealership. Bryan LeBlanc was my salesman and upon asking for information on the warranty and asking for something in writing, he produced a piece of paper where he handwrote the details of the warranty. Upon putting down a deposit and taking more time to do research I asked for a warranty in writing and was emailed the same document. I went to another dealer and was given the warranty information from Audi immediately when I asked. When I called to talk to Bryan or Joe the sales manager they were never available and would return my call usually 2-3 days later and but would not have the information I asked them to provide. I called back to get my deposit back and I was again given inaccurate information. I was told by Bryan that they would process the refund the next day which I came to find out from the finance department that was not possible and could not be completed for another 3 days. The reaction from them when I stated that the lack of transparency about the warranty and providing information at an accurate time was important to me when I am looking to purchase a car was that they were surprised that a lack of transparency was enough for me to walk away. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone and will never go there for a car

I bought my certified 2014 VW Tiguan in April. Good customer service until I found out this month (August) that my brakes were rusted and need to be replaced (only 4 months). Weeks refused to replaced them without charge (estimated cost $1,000). What does certifiedmean? My phone calls and email were not returned. I am an unhappy customer and will not recommend anyone to this business!

After obsessively reading car reviews for a month, narrowing down my selection and visiting several other dealerships, I can honestly say that meeting with Daniel was like a breath of fresh air: yes, I knew he wanted to make the sale, but his approach was more like a counselor trying to work with me than that of the dreaded used-car salesman pushing to close the deal. But then again, Weeks Pre-Owned Center doesn’t sell just any old used car, they sell only the highest quality pre-owned vehicles, and their professionalism perfectly suits the higher-end makes they sell. I had to do a little bit of financial juggling between accounts and knew that this would take a few days, but Daniel, knowing how much I loved the car, eased my mind when he assured me that the car was indeed mine with what I had put down. We juggled funds considerably more quickly than expected and called Daniel Monday morning, saying that we were on our way to pick up the car, about three days earlier than expected. When we arrived, the car was in the bay receiving its final checks and cleaning, and we completed the sales process with Daniel and Jenn, the finance manager. Again, all went smoothly, with all questions being answered, and none of the pressure normally associated with purchasing a car. Before long, Daniel was out showing us all the functions and features of my new car. We drove from our home in Pennsylvania to Weeks in Connecticut, something I never thought I would do to buy a car, but I would do it all again in a heartbeat. This is the first time in all my years of buying cars, mostly new, that I can say that the experience was pleasurable. Thank you, Daniel and Jenn, for your courtesy, and your professionalism in making me one very happy Volkswagen Eos owner! BTW, this car is absolutely fantastic! :-)

Weeks was great, Walking in Steve immediately asked if we needed assistance, even though we came in around closing time, I told him exactly what I wanted and he showed me 3 options in my price range, I decided on one, came back again on Saturday and drove it home a few days later. He always remained positive and very helpful, He was very knowledgeable about all 3, different, vehicles he showed us. The delivery process was quick and easy. Anthony in Finance was great he was very helpful and very nice as well. They both were constant contact with me the whole time to go over any little hiccup. And called me after it was delivered to make sure I didnt have any questions or problems. The only thing I found a little odd, was out of the 3 times I was there, the manager never came over to introduce himself. Not once did I get the vibe that I was being duped or shmoozed in any way, Stephen was very down to earth and easy to work with. We pointed out a few small scratches on the sides and back of the car, and Stephens team had all of them buffed out before I picked the car up. I cant even tell where they were anymore. Thanks guys!

This is the pre-owned division of the Weeks Auto group that includes Danbury Volkswagen, Danbury Audi and Danbury Porsche. They sell all the certified and pre-owned vehicles from those dealers. I went in to find a CPO Audi and worked with Bryan LeBlanc. He was fantastic. Even though I was not able to find a vehicle that I wanted and ended up buying a new A4 from Danbury Audi, I would recommend this place for your pre-owned/CPO needs. Go see Bryan. He even wanted to see my new car after I picked it up!

Bought a certified preowned 2013 Jetta from these guys. The car had low miles and drove well except for a rumbling during braking. I called them a day later and said I would buy the vehicle if they addressed the braking issues. When I arrived, they said the braking issue was fixed. I test drove the vehicle and it appeared that the issue was addressed. Four days later, I am driving the vehicle and 3 things happen: the EPC light turns on, the check engine light comes on and the rumbling on the brakes is heard again. Living 1 hour away from Weeks and having no confidence in their service department, I take it to the service center in Stamford. There, they identify the EPC issue as a spark plug and wiring issue. Then, they find an engine gasket leak and a radiator hose leak. All of these are covered under the preowned warranty. But, they also find that the back rotors are extremely corroded and need to be replaced. Rewind back to the sale of the car... where they touted their 112 point inspection... including item 69 attesting to no brake noise, line 83 attesting to no engine leak and line 85 attesting to no radiator leak. I contact Weeks after I figure out the issues. You would think if they had any level of customer service, they would fall on their sword and eat the service cost. Not so much. They wanted to pay for half of the service costs. Call me stubborn... I told them to keep their money as they would not be able to buy my satisfaction unless they paid for 100% of the repairs. BUYER BEWARE. These guys have no integrity and no customer service after the sale.

I purchased a 2016 black metallic Audi A3 on 10/11/16 from Bryan LeBlanc. I havent experienced better customer service at any dealership Ive been to. Bryan went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted and love. He is very knowledgeable and always made himself available when I had questions about the car I was purchasing. Bryan is extremely kind, funny, and truly cares about his customers. He was sweet to my mom and that meant a lot to me. For this reason, I decided to go with Weeks Pre-Owned Dealership, which is an hour away from my house, instead of a dealership that is about 5 minutes away from where I live. My mom bought her Audi A4 from Danbury Audi a few years ago and she received good customer service as well. I would recommend my friends, family, and anyone looking to buy a high quality car to go to see Bryan LeBlanc at Weeks Pre-Owned. You wont receive a better car buying experience anywhere else. Mis represented the vehicle. Also, car dot com had wrong model associated with car. Was told that the car was clean, no scratches or dents, needed nothing. Drive 2 hours to find out that there was a 2 foot long scratch on the molding near the bottom of the vehicle and the steering vibrated most likely due to the rotors in need of replacement. Arrived at dealership, person who we spoke with wasnt there as he said he would be. Very Disappointing! Wouldnt recommend them whatsoever.

Well we decided to buy a used car as we were in need of a car ASAP. the salesman was great and even though i had so many issues with VW touareg at the dealer there I was rest assure this would be different. Well not so. We bought our 2009 Audi A4 with 79k miles out of warranty blah blah and i did not go with the aftermarket warranty. Car was super clean and I kept asking if this car would be good for a few years . Oh yeah these are great never any issues. Well first day out tail light blew. no biggie then issue with key insert for starter. They did replace it. I notice vibration at higher speeds and they checked and low and behold. No issue what so ever sir. Ok. must be my imagination. Few months later I get engine light. Low boost on the turbo. Oh great. clear the code then its fine for quite a while. So few mths later i get tired of the vibration and have a tire place look at balancing. All 4 rims are bent pretty badly. WOW. not by me I only drive it. So I just have to deal with it. Almost a year after buying the car. I go to work and notice no turbo power. No engine light either. Odd to say the least. I find out turbo is bad and also my engine has been burning about a quart of oil every month. Well here i am again screwed over by WEEKS AUTO. gotta go spend 1000s to fix a car i just wanted to get buy with for a year or two. Oh i paid about 18k for this also. Dont buy from this place as they dont care. I tried to mention a few issues right off the bat but they said there is no 30 day warranty it is as is car. State of CT doesnt say so.

I live & needed to title my car in another state, something I knew nothing about & dreaded.
