Excellent service consultant— informative, kind and honest. Chris was awesome throughout the whole process — the mechanics fixed a major oil leak that another shop had botched more than once. They took a video and explained the whole process. Chris even helped me get an Uber ride back to my town while my car was being worked on. I would recommend Honda service !!

Purchased a new CR-V (sight unseen!) to replace my familys car lost in Hurricane Ida. This dealership was the only one I called in the area that was charging MSRP - every other dealership (NY & NJ) I called was charging anywhere between $2-10K over sticker. Heather Ramos who handles internet sales was a breath of fresh air; friendly, informative and wasnt pushy at all. We ended up securing a car with them that wasnt even delivered yet - sight unseen!John Francisco who ultimately handled our sale was fantastic; even though we had already purchased, he spent an incredible amount of time giving us the best run-through of the features of the car when we came to pick it up as if we were still prospective buyers.We truly feel like we made a great decision to purchase from Honda of Danbury!

Scheduling, and rescheduling, my appointment was simple and I appreciated the follow up reminder call. It was pretty busy when I arrived so the service took longer than usual, but they were very apologetic and made up for the delay (there is a comfortable waiting room to pass the time, extremely clean bathroom, and the free coffee machine was a bonus too)! They also wash the exterior of your car when finished. The staff is friendly and professional and I will definitely be bringing my CR-V back to Honda of Danbury for my future service needs (it’s also where I bought my new car a few months ago, which was a positive experience as well).

The sale staff very good and handling the purchase of new car. I just bought 2019 Fit Sport. They also add on the block heater I need, even though, they did not know you could get such thing, with few minutes of talking the repair department, also before drove I notice the floor mats were missing from the car, but they just misplace in another car and found them quickly.Only thing this disappoint in, was misrepresent of the extended warranty, which more general failure plan, I was no, but after few minutes of saying no, loan department got point.I am fairly capable doing work on cars, and getting scan tool work on them. Also they very upfront with all options at point and time. My only recommendation is provide print documents of the options before buy comes in sign on the line. Also, bit surprised they shock, I want to read the document before I sign them. However I could understand this reaction because I know many people dont read long legal document, much now before they sign. However I do because my line work and dealing government agencies. I known other car dealership would be more upset and pretty mad. However they more than happy let me read, once they understood why.Also, my only concern about the not print documentation or alack ability read from computer or other device, seem be problem at all the dealerships now in name of going green. I feel this maybe an ADA issues.With all that said, Honda of Danbury, one the better dealerships have done a deal in Connecticut and would go back to them again if need another car, again, if Honda makes a car that fits my needs.

I came in expecting to get a quote for close to $1000 to have the motor on my automatic door replaced. Dave did some research and discovered that it was covered under my extended warranty! He asked if I wanted it taken care of that day and I explained that I was in a time crunch and had about 2 hours available. Dace checked with the service technician who said not a problem. They did more than deliver…I was out of there in an hour!

Since I was waiting for rather than leaving the vehicle, he got me in and out within the anticipated time frame. Im a current owner of 2018 Honda Accord EX-L with a lease thats almost up. I visited this dealership on 9/15/21 around 5 PM. I walked around the the lot checking out the used cars etc. I finally make it into the showroom and browse the vehicles for about 10 minutes. The issue is during those 10 minutes, no one asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me for that matter. I will not beg any dealership to take my money. 2 stars for a clean showroom.

I honestly do not believe I’ve had a better experience there. I went in for a ‘B16’ service, which I just assumed meant I needed an oil change. Marcus was SO thorough and explained to me in great (and understandable) detail that a B-1-6 actually was more than just an oil change, showed me where to look it up in my car, and was just overall helpful and ensuring I was aware of every step of the process. So, thank you Marcus!On top of that, they returned my car to me CLEAN! It’s the middle of winter and my car was FILTHY. I was actually planning on bringing it to the car wash after, but they saved me a trip. The service at Danbury Honda is absolutely fantastic. I will absolutely be going there for now on.

The process was very easy. I set up an appointment through the website, I was contacted by an scheduler who ask a few easy questions. Dropped off car. Anthony (who worked on car) called to say the car was ready about an hour and a half later. He explained what happened and work done, gave me my keys and paperwork. They offer great Customer Service, appreciation and expertise. Above and beyond has been the treatment from Service Manager Scott and advisor Christopher Fehr. Chris Fehr takes the time to thoroughly explain what is going on with my vehicle so I fully understand. He works with me and offers suggestions on how to move forward in the safest and most economical way. I was recently able to meet some of the Technicians who have worked on my car or just work there and they also get a rave review for courtesy and kindness. I was meet with Duane who turned out to be very honest in his sales and went above and beyond service to satisfy his customers. I had a coupe of issues with the truck that every time I called him he was right on top of it. He never pushed me off or ignored any of my calls. I’m very pleased to be doing business with him. There were a few inconveniences during the paperwork and review of the vehicle but it was all handled promptly and professionally. My only bad note was the wait time. Four years ago, a bought a new hybrid accord which I still enjoy driving. Over the years I have come in for routine maintenance. This place, Honda of Danbury, is always clean and staffed with really nice folks. During COVID19, they have a large air purifying machine and constant surface sanitation. Oil change was fine. But even though it was scheduled and I arrived on time it took about an hour and fifteen minutes. Service desk agent, Ed, was great. The car was returned with the side mirrors fully shifted to a position where I couldnt see out of them. Also, as I was pulling out of the service pay the Honda Dealership service worker driving out of the opposing bay cut me off and seemed to be in a pretty big rush: with someone elses car. Then, I received an email asking about my service. I answered Ed was great. Then got six emails from Carfax asking for a survey. Asked Ed, and the customer service agent, and the service manager to unsubscribe me from any other emails. No answer from any of them. I unsubscribed myself. Today received another email, this time from Honda, asking for a survey.Nobody at the dealership has responded to a single email I’ve sent asking for help. Feels like they’re happy to sign me up and send me 10+ unsolicited emails but can’t bother to answer a single one of mine. This never happened at my 15 minute oil change at Valvoline.I’ll ask again here: can you guys please close my account, remove my information, and ensure I won’t receive any more annoying solicitations?

I have now rated Honda of Danbury a 1 star. I will never go back there again after years of purchasing my cars there and having them serviced. The issue - the service department never informed me of a hole in my tire after rotating them. I spoke with the service manager, Scott Benz to make him aware of the dangerous situation, which he agreed and was going to comp me for my bad experience, I never heard back from him. Poor customer service all around. (I needed to purchase a new tire thats how bad it was - Thanks Costco!)
