Okay so I bought a Samsung Galaxy a21 phone at the store. Within a week I started having marketing ads pop up on this phone. Im not talking about the little small ads that run on the bottom of your phone; Im talking about full screen ads that run on top of anything I was doing.I took the phone back to the store. I was furious! Can I just say DIANA. Shes the best! she went through every app on my phone and deleted everything that she thought could have downloaded a virus.I havent had a problem since. If youre reading this and youre the owner of this store, give the girl a raise! Shes the best representation of customer service that you will ever have.

Bad service, I went to exchange cash checks, but the employee said it was not possible because some of the checks were in my wifes name, I said to exchange only the cash and she said it was not possible, I asked for talk to the owner and give me his number because I own a business in the city and the employees were laughing in my face.

Fixed my phone here about 5 times one drop and the screen shatters. Fake phone screens all set on this bootleg place

I bought a H20 sim card with a new number from this store. I went in to get Boost, but he told me to get h20 because it was a better service. But h2o is no good, so we switched to simple mobile the next month. Thanks guys.

Sweet store, sells everything under the sun but the customer service is terrible. I walked in to buy a Boost Mobile phone. The guy convinces me Boost Mobile is a bad service (Even though it says Boost Mobile outside the store, and tells me this company called Simple something is better. THEY SUCK! I went back 2 hours after buying the sims card and the phone and they wont give me my money back. WORST STORE EVER!

Stay away from this place! They are scammers. Went there to get phone service for my son, the guy(rodriguez, i think) said the phone was compatible,asked for the payment before the phone wasn’t even activated, i made the payment, all of the sudden he told me the phone wasnt working and that i had to go to the apple store to get problem resolved with apple. I arrived at the apple store, they said the phone was working perfectly but they decided to give me a new one anyway. Went back to boost and the guy still couldn’t activate the phone, so i said enough is enough i dont want to do business with you anymore, i need my money back. He refused to refund me the money, i had to threat to call the police for them to give my money back.Worst experience i’ve ever had!!

I called to get information about purchasing an IPhone 6 and I was told that there was nobody there that speaks English. Smh. On to another Boost Mobile retailer I go...

I always activate all my H20 phones here. They sell everything, Simple Mobile, H20, Pageplus. I always go here, but sometimes they are too busy.
