I came into the store after being on a call with them for over a hr, when I got to the store, the store smelled like cleaner and roach spray, then I was told that the internet crashed they wouldnt be able to help me for at least an hr, metro pcs is a horrible cell company, I only use the for my sons cell phone and now I guess Im jus gonna have to upgrade them cuz even cricket wireless is better the metro pcs

They do not honor their promises, Map clearly shows coverage at my house, there is no coverage. The clerk told me a phone made for their network would work better. Bought a phone from them, was told I had a week to try it out. Did not work any better than old phone. Returned 5 days later, the store was closed, doors locked, no one answered their phone. Returned 2 days later, was told they do not offer refunds for upgrade phones. Asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager, and was asked to leave store when I demanded a refund.
Went in to connect a business line Nancy was exceptional I was in and out without any hassle and she was quite helpful in helping me remove the lock pin on the phone.

I enter in the store in need of help troubleshooting my phone and I was greeted by young lady Nancy. she was able to fix my phone in a timely manner she has great customer service and made me feel welcomed and confident knowing my phone works correctly.
Terrible. My student paid $60.00 for a month of unlimited data on his iphone. The phone only worked for one day. Joseph, an employee in the store, told him he would need to bring the receipt back to the store in order to prove that he paid in order to fix the problem AFTER Joseph told me that he could see the students payment. I will be helping my student contact consumer protection.
I have never been so displeased with a business costumer service that I had to write a review...First of all, I dont know who owns this place ...is it a family business or something? The times I showed up here, on very different ocasions the workers were innaproppiately dressed, a woman on pijamas was hanging around the store with her kids, later on I came to find out shes an employee. How can upper management allow someone to come to work like that? A profesional electronics business is no place for children by the way. It appears as if Metro treats their employees very well and they get too comfortable. Id love to get paid to eat in front of a computer on my pijamas too, but the sight of such thing is just so unprofesional.However, unapproapiately dressed employees are the least of your worries here....the employees try to SCAM YOU. If you are a person who does not know much about electronics and how cell phones work, they will take advantage of that. My mother first came here in need of a phone and she told me they charged her 10$ to set up her Google account and download some apps. I have NEVER heard of other stores doing this. I think they just took advantage of my mums knowledge. That being said...we have ended all business with them and will be telling everyone we know to be ware of this business.If you need help and assistance with electronic devices dont come here, they will take advantage of you. I hope whoever owns the store sees this and makes some changes in their unprofessional staff.

Horrible service I drove over a hour to this store and had the worst in-store experience. Kids 20 years younger than me and there not up to date on there technology. And had to pay extra for everything and bought the I phone and the guy didnt even set up the phone.
